Hey guys, welcome back.
So today we are doing another fall makeup look.
This one is going to be perfect for every day.
It's kind of been my go-to look recently and every time I wear it, you guys ask about it.
So I figured I should do an updated kind of go-to makeup look.
So I'm going to get right into it and I'm going to start by prepping my skin.
So I have freshly cleansed skin and now I'm going to go in with moisturizer.
So I have been loving this moisturizer from Clinique, you guys.
I am partnering with Clinique, but I seriously, seriously love this stuff.
This is their Clinique ID Custom Moisturizer.
This is what mine looks like.
Obviously, they're custom, so yours may look different depending on your skin type.
So basically, to create your own custom moisturizer, they ask you two questions.
They ask you your skin type, I am combination, and then they ask you what problems you want
to address, what you want to change about your skin.
And so I'm always looking to get more even-toned skin.
So based on that, they created this moisturizer for me.
So mine is the Lightweight Jelly as the base.
And then my cartridge, which is this little guy, is for uneven skin tone.
They also have ones for fine lines and wrinkles, fatigue, things like that.
So I have been loving this.
And so I'm going to apply this and use this as my base today.
It makes a great base for makeup.
Some days, I even use it as a primer if I forget.
And it just makes my face very hydrated while being very lightweight under makeup at the
same time and just smooths everything out.
And I've been loving it.
So I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I feel like I've actually noticed a little
bit of a difference already.
So definitely would recommend.
It's $39, and you can get it at a Clinique counter or on Clinique.com.
And I am relatively new to the Clinique brand, but I'm very impressed by this.
So if you guys have any suggestions from Clinique and some of your favorites, let me know what
they are.
But yeah, I just wanted to thank Clinique for sponsoring this video and introducing
me to this product.
So now I'm going to move on to prepping my eyes.
So I'm going to go in with this Cold Brew Eye Recovery Stick.
This is from the brand Peach and Lily.
And I've been loving this.
It's just like this little light blue stick, and it's very cooling on the skin.
And it illuminates, de-puffs, and it feels so good.
And again, it's very good as like an under-eye primer.
Next I'm going to go in with foundation.
This is another new product that I have been obsessed with.
This is the Shiseido Synchro Skin Self-Refreshing.
Is that what it's called?
Yeah.
Self-Refreshing Foundation.
It has SPF 30, which I love when foundations have sunscreen.
Because oftentimes I forget to apply mine, or sometimes I just don't want that layer
underneath my foundation.
So I've been loving this.
And it's self-refreshing, so you don't really have to touch up throughout the day ever.
And it doesn't settle into expression lines or fine lines and wrinkles.
It has some weird sorcery in there, which makes it so you don't have to worry about
that.
And I've really, really been loving that.
So I'm going to go ahead and apply this.
And I'm in the shade 340 Oak.
So I just apply just like that much initially.
And then I blend it out.
Oh, and I totally forgot to apply makeup primer.
That happens so often for me.
And honestly, that moisturizer saves me because it acts as a primer.
But anyways, this foundation is really, really good.
It blends really easily.
I feel like the color match is really nice for me.
And I'm just going to add a little tiny pump to my forehead.
I have a light up here today because it's so dark and dreary out.
And I hate that because then I can't use natural light.
And it literally is accentuating the size of my forehead.
No forehead highlighter needed today with this beaming sun above me.
Next, I'm going to go in with concealer.
And this is also a newer product for me.
I got sent a lot of products from this brand called DAL10.
But this one, I actually ordered myself.
I saw it on HSN.
And I was blown away by it.
So they had these clinical before and afters of these girls using the concealer.
And it has all of these anti-aging benefits in there that helps with fine lines, dark
circles, just by using the concealer over time.
So I was blown away by that.
And I actually really like the formula of it as well.
So I'm going to be using this today.
It is their Hydra Luxe Concealer in the shade Medium.
And why is my hand so shaky?
I do not know.
But it's really, really good.
This is what the applicator looks like.
It's kind of like this little ball at the top.
I don't know what's happening with my hands.
Stay still.
I'm going to apply this.
And by the way, I always have to say this, but when I say this is like my everyday go-to
look, I mean this is what I wear when I want to do my makeup regularly.
Like I don't necessarily wear this every day.
But when I do do my makeup and I want to look nice, this is what I wear.
And just a little tip, but wherever you want the most coverage, go in and blend that last
because it'll like set a little bit and add more coverage, but also you'll have more product
on your sponge instead of taking it away.
You know, because when you go right in with a damp sponge, it can pick up the product
and take away the coverage.
So I like to go in to the eyes last.
But this concealer is so good.
The coverage is good.
It doesn't accentuate or settle into lines and kind of has like a smoothing effect.
So I've really been loving it.
And I'll have to see if over time it does anything for my darkness or under eye issues,
but I will let you guys know.
As always, I'm setting with my Ilia Soft Focus Powder.
If you have not tried this yet, I do not know what you're waiting for because this is like
literally a life-changing product for me.
I will not use anything else because when I do, I hate my face.
Well, I don't hate my face, but I just don't enjoy the way that it looks when I use other
powders like this.
It's just everything and more.
I wish all products had that effect on me.
Well, not all, but I wish more products had that effect on me because it's very rare when
I find a product that I am so loyal to.
And then just a little tappity-tap-tap for the rest of the face.
Do you guys hear that rain?
I don't want a rainy fall.
That's not the vibe.
Next is blush.
So this is a new one.
I'm trying it for the first time today, but the color looked so gorgeous.
So this is from Physician's Formula.
This is their Butter Blush in the shade Copper Cabana, and it looked so pretty, and I'm going
for like copper vibes today anyway, so why not give it a try?
And the texture of these blushes honestly remind me a lot of the new Bare Minerals Bounce
Blushes.
I couldn't think of what the texture reminded me of at first, but definitely those.
Oh my God, that is gorgeous.
I probably put too much on, but nothing new here.
If you're new here, this is nothing new.
Love the color.
Love the smell of these, and they always look so smooth on the skin.
Bronzer again, nothing new.
I'm going to go in with my Cover FX Sun-Kissed Monochromatic Bronzer Duo, and I'm going to
use a Laura Mercier stippling brush, I think it's called, finishing brush, and this brush
is my friend because it just applies a little bit of product instead of so much because
sometimes I can go a little overboard on the bronzer, and then you guys want to make fun
of me and call me out when I know that you're totally right, but it's a good brush is what
I'm saying.
So I don't really want to go in with highlight today just because I feel like I'm already
looking quite glowy, but I am going to take the bronzy side of this duo and just do a
bronzy highlight, so just a little bit.
Now we're going to move on to the eyes.
I'm going to zoom you guys in.
That is not in.
So I am actually going to be using a palette that I just used in my last fall makeup look,
and I'm not mad about it.
It's the Naked Honey Palette.
This is so good, you guys.
I honestly didn't think that I loved it that much until I wasn't using anything else, and
I was like, I love it.
I love you.
So if you haven't seen this palette, this is what it looks like.
Before I continue, I wanted to show you guys a few other palettes that would give you a
similar look.
This is the Natasha Denona Mini Nude Palette.
It has very similar colors for what we're doing today.
The Catrice Iman Palette has very similar colors for what we're doing today.
Also, I have mentioned this before, I love it.
And then also, one of my all-time favorites right now is the ColourPop California Love
Palette.
Again, I've talked about this, raved about it.
It's so good, and again, similar colors and very good for fall.
But today in particular, I'm using this one because I love a specific color in it for
this look.
And, I don't know, I feel like I'm going to beat somebody over the head with this if they
don't buy it.
This is not sponsored by Urban Decay, you would think it was, but it's not.
It's not.
So it's going to be super simple.
Super simple.
So I'm going to go in with this color Keeper right here, and just take a big fluffy brush.
This is from BH Cosmetics, it's 140.
Don't even think it's an eyeshadow brush, but we're using it for that.
Just going to diffuse this softly into my crease.
You could also use your bronzer for this if you want to, but it just adds a little bit
of depth to the crease.
Same color is going to go on this Makeup Addiction Shader Brush, and onto the lower lash line.
Again, this is not a revolutionary look.
I am not trying to reinvent the wheel here, I'm just trying to reinvent my summer makeup
look, but for fall.
Then I'm going to take this little brush right here called My Ring Finger, and take this
color called Amber, which I'm obsessed with.
It's such a pretty, pretty color.
It's like a brand new copper penny.
Not that old, rusty, dusty 1975 penny, like a brand new one.
It's gorgeous, and I'm obsessed.
So I'm just going to take it on my finger, and I'm putting it all over the lid.
And you can even bring it up into the crease a little bit.
Don't be scared to have some shimmer in your crease, it's going to be okay.
If you have blue eyes, goodbye.
You're going to be that Miley Cyrus meme if you have blue eyes of this.
People are going to be staring into your soul, and you're going to love it.
Then I'm going to take an eyeliner and do a smudgy wing.
This is probably my most asked question in terms of makeup, is how I get my smudgy wing,
and I showed it in a video before a few times, but I'm going to do it again because this
is a look and a product and a technique that I use literally every single time I do my
makeup, so I have to show it.
But anyways, the product that I use for it is the CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner,
and this is in the shade Espresso.
I love this.
It does not smudge or fade on me throughout the day, and it doesn't transfer on my lids,
nothing like that.
And I love this little spongy guy at the end.
It just makes for the perfect, easiest, smudgiest, softest, beautifullest wing ever.
So again, I've shown this before, but I'm going to show you guys again because it's
super easy to do, and if you suck at winged liner, please try this technique and report
back, okay?
You just take a little bit and go like halfway like that, and then you do this little ugly
little baby wing guy.
So try to get it in this little wing shape.
It doesn't have to be perfect like I said, but it's going to look something like that,
and you're going to be like, ew, that is ugly.
Why are you telling me to do this?
You take the other side, and then you just drag it up, and it can take a few tries to
learn what works for your eye shape, but that's pretty much it.
Then I take the other side, and I smudge out the top part, and you honestly don't need
to set it with a shadow or anything.
It just stays all day.
That's pretty much the gist of it.
It doesn't have to be perfect.
It's supposed to look smudgy, and I love it.
Now we look like maybe Bella Hadid.
Probably not.
I'm going to take this cream shadow stick from Laura Mercier.
I have been obsessed with this because it lasts all day, and I have allergies and watery
runny eyes, so I'm always getting the gunk out of my inner corner, and then that takes
away my inner corner shadow, and I can't be having that.
This goes around that.
This is the loophole.
It is in the shade Metallic Taupe, and I love it.
It comes in a bunch of different shades also, but this is just the color I've been using
recently, so there's what it looks like on the back of my hand.
It's very metallic, very beautiful, and I draw it on the inner corner, and then I just
take my finger and just kind of smudge it in.
Next I'm just going to take my bronzer and just smudge that on the lower lash line just
to darken it a little bit.
Next I'm going to do my brows off camera really quick.
Next I'm going to do my brows really quick, and for that I'm going to be using these two
products, and it's the Wander Beauty Eyebrow Gel and the CoverGirl Ultra Fine Brow Pencil
in the shade Rich Brown.
For mascara, I'm going to go in with the Lancôme Hypnose Doll Lashes.
I like this way better than the regular Hypnose Drama.
It just has this little tapered triangular brush.
Now for lips, this lip liner has replaced my Charlotte Tilbury Iconic Nude.
It lasts so much better, and I feel like it's creamier.
I don't know if it's because my Charlotte Tilbury was so old and maybe a little bit
dried out, but this is so good.
This is Marc Jacobs Pout Liner in the shade Nudist, which that is truly what I am, a nudist.
In terms of lips, and I love it because it stays on all freaking day.
For the lip color itself, I'm actually not using a lipstick.
I'm using the Nudestix Matte All Over Bronze color in the shade Sunkissed.
You guys, this is such a good color all over, but I've been loving it for the lips recently.
It's just like the prettiest kind of like rusty terracotta shade, and I love it.
It stays on all day, and it is matte.
So that's basically the final look.
One last step that I have been doing is kind of buffing everything in with a powder.
This is the Soft Focus Hydrate and Set Powder from Jouer in the shade Medium, and it doesn't
add a lot of coverage.
It's like a finishing powder, and I kind of just like to do the buffing technique so everything
looks super seamless, and it makes it so you don't see like blush, bronzer, highlight.
It just all kind of blends together, so it's a really good final step to blur and set.
Lastly, I'm going to spray it with my Urban Decay, not Urban Decay, Makeup Forever Mist
and Fix No. 2.
So now I'm going to zoom out and show you the final look.
If anyone sees me this fall season, this is what my face is looking like, and I'm happy
about it.
It lasts all day.
It has a nice element of fall without being too dramatic or too orangey, and I'm obsessed.
So it's a little bit of a departure from my regular bronze, and now it's more of like
a coppery bronze, like if you will.
Is that what that color is, copper?
I'm trying to think.
Dave wants to make an appearance, so we will let him.
We will let him.
You want to be in the video?
I'll let you be in the video.
All right, I'll let you.
I'll let you be.
You're not going to be the star, though.
Fall makeup look.
Here, just all black.
All black-er-thing.
Yeah, so this is the final look.
Dave wants me to end the video, so we're ending the video.
Thank you guys so much for watching.
Thank you to Clinique for sponsoring, and I'll see you guys next time.
Your hand doesn't turn that way.
I'm sorry.
Toodles.
Tell me that Dave does not look like a snuffleupagus Muppet creature.
I don't think I had a dog.
I think I accidentally got a Muppet.
Is this a good thumbnail?
I don't know.
How about now?
David.
Bye.
