Hello everyone, my name is Neeraj Sharma. I'm from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
I did my B.Tech from Purnima University.
My domain is Computer Science with specialization of Cloud Computing and Information Security.
After completing my graduation, I decided to prepare for a few IT exams,
which is conducted by the Rajasthan government,
How did this program helps you in preparing?
and some extra add-on topics, just like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and all.
What made you interested in Salesforce as a career path?
Who initiated?
So after getting few failure in the preparation phase,
I decided to come back into the IT domain again.
Then I was exploring different types of domains,
just like DevOps Engineer and Web Dev and Salesforce and many more.
Then I got to know about the Salesforce from one of my relatives.
Then I started exploring about Salesforce.
I started my Salesforce journey with the help of multiple online courses and some of YouTube channel.
Then I got to know about the one of best channel, which is Sanjay sir.
Then I was able to relate to Sanjay sir's content,
because of Sanjay sir's conceptual learning,
I was able to clear my logical thinking,
with the help of which I was able to continue my Salesforce journey.
Then I got to know about the one of the program,
which is conducted by Sanjay sir and OneShift Technologies.
What outcomes did you set for yourself at the beginning of this program?
The name of the program is Tech Elevate Cohort 2.
Then I enrolled in this program.
After enrolling, I was a little nervous and a little excited,
because I was going to start a new journey of my Salesforce and life with the help of Sanjay sir.
What were the mentors or support systems that made a difference?
Sanjay sir, who is our mentor, he designed our mentorship and leadership accordingly,
with which I was able to dive deeper about my overall performance,
with which I was able to implement my analytical and logical thinking in a better way.
And not only for the Salesforce Developer Profile,
but the support system provided us with extra add-on sessions
for the soft skills for QA, BA, and UI, UX from the different mentors,
with which we were able to develop our interests rather than the Salesforce Developer Profile.
Online or offline, what do you prefer to study?
So the difference that I observed in online and offline batches,
in online batches, the main difference is we are lacking with the environment,
and we lack mentorship and leadership,
which makes us unable to find out what level of learning we are able to do in our performance.
What I felt in offline batches, all these add-ons,
we got a better environment with the help of mentorship and Sanjay sir's guidance,
and in a proper guided way, according to a curriculum,
we were told a path, which week, which month, and what we have to do day by day, and what things.
How did you feel when you got your first placement?
So I got an opportunity from Zodial Technologies.
After being placed in Zodial Technologies, I was excited and a little emotional at the same time,
because in my life journey, in the preparation phase,
I faced some failures,
through which I was able to connect the dots,
that the decision I had taken before 4 months,
after enrolling in a program,
I was able to execute it and land on a proper job.
What guidance would you give to a newcomer in this field?
So I would like to give a guidance to newcomers,
and I would like to give a suggestion,
that if you have watched the video till here,
then somewhere or the other, you have mapped in your mind,
that you have to make your career in sales force.
So from my side, there is a suggestion,
that if you opt out of this program,
so you will never regret that you ever opted for a wrong program,
and this is going to be the best decision of your life.
Learn today, lead tomorrow.
