When it comes to Hollywood royalty and real estate, Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz
aren't just another celebrity couple. They're carving out their own slice of luxury living
in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the world. After years of jumping between
coasts and homes, the newlyweds have officially settled into their dream home. And let's just say
it's a far cry from the starter home they once called a mistake. The couple, Brooklyn,
the son of soccer legend David Beckham and fashion icon slash spice girl Victoria Beckham,
and Nicola, the heiress and actress best known for Transformers are now the proud owners of a
$16 million Beverly Hills villa. But it's not just the price tag that turns heads. It's the story
behind it from real estate regrets to whispers of family drama. And now this jaw dropping estate,
we're going to take a deep dive into Brooklyn and Nicola's property journey.
Guys, I have an important announcement about this channel. There is someone trying to take
this channel famous entertainment down and have everything that I've worked so hard on
deleted. Click the link in the top comment and I'll explain everything at the end of this video.
So please stay tuned. In December 2024, Brooklyn and Nicola quietly close in their dream home in
the ultra exclusive Truesdale Estates enclave of Beverly Hills. Nestled just a stone's throw
from Elton John's place, their brand new villa is the kind of property that most only dream about.
Originally listed for just under $19 million, the couple scored it for a relative bargain
at 16 mil. The records show they didn't pay all cash. Instead, they secured a 15 year mortgage
worth nearly $13 million, making it both a financial and emotional milestone in their
young marriage. This sprawling property includes four bedrooms and six bathrooms decked out with
luxe amenities like a private home theater, a state of the art fitness center, and a custom
wet bar. The grounds are dotted with mature olive trees and inside more than $100,000 worth of
furniture and curated art came with the sale. According to close sources, this wasn't just
another real estate move. It was a well thought out decision after an exhausting search for their
forever home. And for once, they feel like they found it. Nicola reportedly fell in love with the
house immediately and both she and Brooklyn are excited to plant roots in the city they now call
home. But before this new chapter, the couple had a very different experience with LA real estate.
Back in 2021, Brooklyn and Nicola spent $10.5 million on what they thought was the perfect
starter home in Beverly Hills. Known as the Ohm House, this 7,700 square foot stunner was
practically made for mindfulness and high end living. They even paid $1 million over the asking
price just to lock it down. The property featured five bedrooms, five full baths, and two half baths.
Glass walls opened up to sweeping views of the hills. Inside it was all about serenity. A wellness
spa with a massage room, sauna, steam room, and even a smoky quartz crystal in the foyer that
was said to neutralize the negative energy. There was also a meditation deck, rooftop spa, yoga zone,
a wine closet, and a designer level chef's kitchen. Sounds perfect, right? But just eight months later,
the couple listed the home for $10.9 million, taking a loss once you factor in fees, renovations,
and commission. So what went wrong? In a Cosmopolitan interview, Nicola admitted that
they rushed into it. At the time, they believed that they'd be relocating to Florida full-time.
After all, her billionaire father is based in Palm Beach, and Brooklyn's dad, David Beckham, is the
co-owner of Inter Miami CF. But within months, work commitments pulled them back to Los Angeles,
and the glamorous home, well, it suddenly didn't fit their lifestyle. Of course, no celebrity real
estate move is complete without a little controversy, and the Peltz-Beckhams had their
fair share. As news of their $16 million villa spread, so did reports of tensions with Brooklyn's
side of the family. Some tabloids speculate that David and Victoria Beckham were reluctant to hand
over money for the purchase, insisting that Brooklyn and Nicola handle it themselves. One source said
that they weren't just going to hand their son millions. What kind of message would that send?
Other insiders were quick to shut that down, saying it was absurd to frame their new home as
anything but a celebratory milestone. One friend of the couple said it best,
this is about building a life. Brooklyn went to school in LA, he's got friends here,
this has always felt like home. And while the pair are planting roots in California,
Florida still plays a big role in their lives. Brooklyn's family now owns a $20 million penthouse
in Miami's luxury 1000 Museum High Rise, right near David's soccer franchise. From a $10 million
oopsie to a $16 million dream come true, or so they say, Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz have
officially found their Hollywood haven. Their real estate journey hasn't been perfect, but it's been
real, and that's what makes this story so compelling. I mean, I guess real for them.
With lavish amenities, a prime location, and a fresh chapter ahead, the Peltz-Beckhams are
redefining what it means to settle down in style. Whether it's in the hills of Beverly,
or the beaches of Miami, one thing's clear. This couple is living large, learning as they go,
and building a life together. One multi-million dollar home at a time.
