INCREDIBLE Filipino Adventure, Mt Pinatubo! We Never Expected This In Philippines

[Music] good morning guys welcome to another GZ love with up pretty much the same time as the Sun this morning and we are currently in a place called Santa Ana we are doing a trooper trap today to Mount Pinatubo so it's currently hot in the morning reading the records now and then we're getting an Akula for climbing wake up starting off this morning with some coffees it's a long time since we did a hike so this is gonna be fun I think barley yeah lilium my last pack was actually also up the volcano oh yeah ended up not too well ended up a really bad situation we didn't make it up all the way to the top it was too cold on top we need to our temperatures on top yeah yeah and Alfred Pierre lost his drone yeah it was supposed to be three hours that ended up being six hours and we still work on tough we're told this is just one hour automatically we're told this is just one hour hike in with some 4x4 action in between so hopefully we're all weird when losing drains on a fun day living in the sequence trying not to see it need some place in turbulence if you wanna do the longer hike on your way up the vehicle is giving you a heart massage tell the guy to slow down okay alright it's time to hit the road you know fall back for okay this event to go Faison [Music] haven't had a pass yet maxing out my mistakes all my dreams might be made of God it's four by four it is for the 1945 which is crazy what just stopped a little tourism office here to sign something it's a military area so when we drove in last night it was pitch black it was about midnight and like him to give his ID so we had to get through they checked the boot and his guns and stuff I was kind of surprised because we didn't realize it was absolute find the guys are really lovely we might have got a military ID which is always good in replacement for his current ID they start and I would look at the mountains wow it sixteen this is why we love the Philippines this is just incredible like I've never been to a live manner for the Philippines yeah true that is backdrop cycle artist son going on here [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] this is not a good lens changing situation but it's actually amazing it's like fan just blowing up everywhere of us have ever seen anything like this in the Philippines or elsewhere this is we didn't expect I don't know I didn't expect it to look like this don't open and mounted either side so sandy ha absolutely stunning Oh [Music] it's absolutely incredible we've just got the most insane drive we still feel like another thing about again and it's stunning there's mountains and lakes and cows and horses and sand everywhere I've never seen anything like this mobility of life in terms of terrain and whole landscape is so unusual so much fun guys insane [Laughter] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] so the area we're in right now on Google Maps is showing up that it's like water and lake so I'm guessing them when it's not like deities on its like wet season hair maybe this is the water yes it's super bumpy and Mike very glad he got his give all the kids he's gonna have some nice stabilized footage hopefully yeah it looks like Jurassic Park or something anything like this is like something out of a movie it looks like I filmed that yeah expect like big coaches to be here ready fulfillment or looks like thousands of animals just what's that is it ice age or something when all those animals like walk for like days like that doesn't matter it definitely doesn't feel like it's the same time as we are living now yeah it's crazy [Music] so our guys we should get one for the next road trip it's obviously days like there's some moments like this where we just love what we do in love travel we love seeing new places and just experiencing what this world has to offer like in the most incredible way just takin a jeep taking some friends some cameras just going off driving off coming across stuff like this just absolutely incredible I love it it's only 8:00 in the morning and we've done all this Wow I love days that isn't it we're not even at the lake we're not even at the thing that we're here to see and I feel completely satisfied like more than satisfied it I never expected to have this whole journey up I know Mike and Ellie have said before like I come in with a phrase in German but the road is the goal not the end destination yeah the journeys always the best bet so the plan now is to hop back in the Jeep for a little bit go further down the road and then we're gonna start our hike all right we're gonna start our hike up into the mountain into the volcano see this late we're incredibly excited we've also got some chicken adobo for lunch Wow we're back what we stopped we're driving through a river and there's like a huge drop Eva sighs I feel oh wow on okay we're good Wow holding on now Wow we made it through the best day ever [Music] oh really is the Beast this is crazy this this Jeep this 4x4 is a powerful powerful machine it's getting us through this really incredible rockin terrain it's just unlike anything we've seen you normally wouldn't even try and come here unless you had some kind of machine like this oh well with Mike driving maybe yeah whoo so we just stopped in the middle of his lake you're like what's going on because we thought we'd let broken down the lovely it's very old it's Jeep not I'm talking about the other way it's a very og refilling the coolant with the water ready to start the hike up to the actual volcano we've just arrived then it will stop there's a few upper four-by-fours here but it's really not feeling very tourist is that at all no.11 upper 4x4 path starts on the way out but no one else and it's so cool it's like we're basically the only ones here but we now got a three-kilometer hike i think it used to be like seven kilometers but they fought it for us because they had like heavy machinery to move some of the rocks out the way so now we might get much closer which is cool so it's really a really enjoyed that driver is very bumpy but now we've got a nice warm stretch our legs for few kilometers and then get to the lake few varieties of 4x4 just parked up wherever they feel like this is yeah this kind of feels like a bit of a undiscovered land still untouched by like a mass tourism kind of industry so I think great experience for us I think I saw a design just over there [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] so we started the hike I was going quite well it's it's flat so far I think it's about to get a little bit speaker I'm it's three comma two total are we halfway how come one kilometer more it's it more steep I still flat are still flat 3/3 the way in and it stays flat [Music] the whole terrain completely change now it's now gone to light luscious jungle with like waterfalls and loads of green and it's a lot cooler now worried oh don't know some kind of like I don't attach it just in case some kind of berry all of us have said how nice it is to be back out in the countryside and a fresh air just hear the water running being kind of pretty much the only ones out here it's more relaxing than the city we love changing out we love seeing loads of different places but it's been a little while since we've been out here somewhere like this and so we're this incredible and stunning this is exactly why we love the Philippines we've said it before it's just so so varied like yesterday we're in Manila in a big city and then couple hours drive and you can be somewhere like this Wow yeah so peaceful so quiet amazing stunning this is the part that we've been waiting for Oh worth the early start worth the hike worth the bumpy ride this this is incredible this looks like this looks like a lake I've seen only in photos and videos in Canada this is Wow absolutely unbelievable [Music] I just said that yes look at possibly the most incredible thing I've ever seen just keeps getting better and better there's some people down there I think you can camp here on this little beach area gonna chill here for a little bit enjoy a cup of coffee oh that's quite good actually it's not bad for volcano coffee yeah and we're just going to enjoy the view here for a little bit have a look back at some of the drone footage and photos we've been taking today [Music] [Music] [Music] after contemplating and lots of discussions we decided that we do want to come into the lake because we weren't sure we were up there it's amazing do we want to head back do you want to start the hike back obviously we've got that after our food like now come on we're just here once yeah you have to take these opportunities when they present to you you never know if you're come here again ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha look at the reflection on the water Wow absolutely insane that bounced all around these hills it's turned into children now we can actually come and camp down here I've seen people do that and then you just wake up here this view to make a cup of coffee watch the Sun Rise I'm not sure if the Sun rises here or not but in any case that would be quite the experience just to wake up here and I think you'd get pretty quiet night's sleep as well no air-conditioning units or chickens I think tonight I think might be warm here because it's shallow and it gets the Sun as it cold yes incredibly clear ok it's time for us to head back up the top get back in the 4x4 back over the rocky terrain I think they're gonna let Mike have a drive so that could be interesting and then we're going to hit the road this afternoon heading to our next destination [Music] today so we are currently a little bit of a detour and Mike's helping us get to this tiny little gap with the car so many smiley faces there right now it's crazy what I'm George be driving so that was just a very risky little ledge to take the car up so Mike can talk out see us up so many kids here freezing what the kids like the dog [Music] and just like that we are in Baguio in an apartment setup very very kindly by one of you guys that's emotional face but you like got an apartment in Baguio you guys can stay if you want so we are here sorry for the vlog suddenly flipping here but bit on the road of a couple of hours it was good Drive such a good day today we need some sleep now so we'll show you around this place tomorrow a bit better ok so any of you guys want to stay here as well they've got this place up on Airbnb so we'll probably do a proper tour tomorrow but for now we
