Hey there, April, my mom, Iko of Yes and X here.
Hi.
We're excited to do a fun walking and cardio workout
to four awesome songs by the country rock star
Chris Stapleton, okay?
And I love Chris Stapleton because his music
not only is influenced by rock, but also blues and R&B.
And the moves in this workout are super simple.
You can do them standing or seated.
And, you know, just follow along
and don't worry about getting everything right.
We certainly don't.
And the most important thing is just to keep moving,
enjoy the music, and let's just have fun.
All right, how does that all sound, mom?
Sounds good, let's go.
All right, we'll take a pause here and get stepping.
Hey, mom, do you want to have a seat?
Sure, thank you.
All right, everyone, let's just start just by warming it up.
Okay.
Okay, walk it out.
Nice and slow.
Get those arms open and close.
And close, good.
Well, three more of these.
And open.
And close.
Good, two more.
And open.
And close, very nice.
Stop the feet.
Breathe.
And breathe.
Nice.
Okay, head tilt to the right.
Good.
And center.
To the left.
Very nice.
Okay, shoulder rolls.
Good, and reverse.
Good, march it out.
March it out, good.
Hang on, your heel touches forward.
Good.
Warm it up.
Nice posture, everybody.
Good.
This is a nice, slow warmup.
Isn't it nice?
Okay, I want you to step it out now.
Step it outside, good.
Good, warm it up.
Good.
We're just getting into it, everybody.
Breathe.
Very nice.
Good, step it out.
Step it out.
Good.
And I want you to step it forward next.
Hold on, keep going.
Okay, step it forward here.
Good.

Opposite arm?
Yeah, whatever you want.
I'm good, I'm doing opposite arm.
Good, we're gonna go into heel touches.
Hold on.
Heel touches?
Good.
Heel touch.
And breathe.
Nice.
And give me hands to the side.
Just side to side.
Great.
Warm it up.
Yep, get that heart rate up.
Yep, strive.
Keep it going.
Looking good.
Very nice.

Can't even.
It's amazing you have her.
I'm fading myself here.
Whoops.
That was before cameras on iPhones.
Step it back.
Before iPhones?
No, they didn't have iPhones back then.
No, no.
I think it was a princess phone.
Oh yes.
You remember that?
Oh yes.
I remember that.
Yeah.
That was a big deal to get a phone.
Oh yeah.
With the long cord.
Yeah.
Okay, march it out.
Okay, we're traveling.
Traveling with Chris Stapleton.
I'd say Western music is very popular though.
It is, I love it.
I love the song.
I love the feel.
I love the stories.
And critically important.
It's got a little story.
Okay, we're going to heel touches again.
Here we go.
Heel touch.
And you form more of this.
Good.
Keep going.
Toe touches forward and punch.
Punch, yes.
