yeah I got a one-way ticket to Thailand and that was in April of 2017 and I've been traveling and making videos ever since that's crazy pretty much exactly what we did yeah one-way tickets hire and quit the job this was in August for us quit the job apartment gone all the stuff backpacks go film camera I said yeah nice like it like it meet some cool people along the way exactly it's what it's all about [Music] so here with Nellie Mike and Steve for this video for this dinner it is 9 o'clock here in Cebu so we're all pretty hungry about a full day and we're ready for some lechon Mike's ordering for us we trust him I hope he ordered enough Mike yes I would a kilo of the truck Isaac and I ordered I think the ordered all right so firefighters from the pole yeah [Music] the mountain of lechon has just arrived and it smells and looks in one kilogram [Music] you guys know the main reason we love a child is like the country that distillate we had some Street food lecture it was last year was kind of similar to this I think but it was a bit more red in color but everywhere [Music] it's so filthy I love it so nice really strong flavor a lot more flavor than Luba trying to get us but the Texas North punishes I like that really so here up notice that they actually give us the sauce that's already kind of pre-made previously with leptin we've made our own sauce up from calamansi of vinegar soy sauce that kind of thing and the chilies but I wonder what that is I'm not sure they give it let me know in the comments if you're not this is it's like an orange sauce it smells quite it's got kind of a bright kind of smell because everything in the Philippines is vinegar yeah exactly about vinegar so we learned our lesson from the first time we electron in a blog we didn't have rice with it you guys told us you guys told us that led Todd must always be paired with right so we've got some rice this time don't worry about it I'm also going to pour some of this sauce I'm probably gonna get this wrong Dean don't pour it dick what a poor I'm gonna pour some of this sauce live on the rise livin on the Left Shawn I hope I like it because otherwise I've just ruined my whole meal I'm gonna go right in with them with the meats this is always the best bit is it gonna be juicy is it gonna be dry as it gonna be tasty it's gonna be salty I'll be totally honest with you I was looking at this on my plate just before putting it in my mouth and it looked it looked a little bit dry as soon as you seem to take a bite it's it's juicy it's salty it's delicious now the big question hands it compared to zoo batán I can't answer that question until I've tried some of the skin which I'm about to pick up all it's not crispy you know that's pretty good let me crash that really really good I'm ready for a new type of Letran installation quite pretty much everything does the new place the skin as I said was a little bit it was crunchy but taste-wise was phenomenal now have a nice piece of tortilla with rice smells so good I got some of the dipping sauce on yeah it is super spicy I think it's a mixture of hot sauce it's nice and juicy the spice just hits you when you get it in the mouth it's really tasty my soup there for eight ten points [Music] very definitely in a group it has been told [Music] without sauce to begin with just like to make the roadway broke up look a lot [Music] [Music] tasted of media recyclers Ibrahim was eventually boy in here thank on a tankful combination Wow [Music] very you gonna drive them with a mouse [Music] ginger chili isms secret spices in here I get a nice mix of it off a piece this is this is the sauce yeah this is the salt in it so it's a coconut these are made out of coconut vinegar Wow yeah it's very nice yeah it's organic actually all right okay it's not like same vinegar that the white vinegar yeah different is here chemical this one very nice yes thank you thank you speech space definitely enjoy no brain of the pain and there's a lot of chili on top of an onion yeah as you guys may we destroy their in the capital city in the Philippines we've got another class but they should know [Music] actually very bit oh really the electron wasn't enough finale so she's got herself we are all very very full very very satisfied thank you guys for cooking up some delicious left on these guys enjoy their all their channels are linked below Steve Nellie in mind make sure you go subscribe to that and we will see you in tomorrow's video [Music] [Applause]
