CRAZY Manila Meet Up with Filipino Fans!

- good morning guys welcome back to another daily juice thanks for coming back to the channel now today we start the day off in our apartment it's actually a hotel room I'm calling it an apartment cos scott living room a kitchen bedroom we're at the Sofitel in Manila and we woke up today to this view which is wow look at that all the way around and then over here ah incredible now today we are doing something that we have never conceived me as a bit too dark that we have never done before and this is something that we love meeting people who watch our videos is it's been crazy sinhala was crazy dinner gang was crazy we meet people in the streets every day just walking around shopping centers that kind of thing but we have never ever done a set arranged meetup I wouldn't really cool today arranged we've kind of said we're gonna be around this area at this time if you're around come and say hi that means we have no idea how many people actually come in however we did a poll on Instagram and I had that many people say yes Mike had that many people say yes please have that many people say yes so if I do some quick math here we still have no idea how many people are going to come [Music] Wow Kenny copses pom pom pom look at these [Music] sorry about that I just got very excited over two helicopters they were literally just coming like right towards the hotel they were over shouted and shouted at you these helicopters were like they're a filmer I tried the exposure was all over the place but I tried to get a bear that never mind lots of luggage see this is a problem with grabs we've got quite a lot of luggage boot 70 were good if the boots yeah we helped one the other day that boot was full of stuff and we were like that's going to entice Americans they're saying if the trunk is empty oh yeah exactly I'll check into another hotel now and we're gonna literally dump our bags and I think it's before check-in time and then we're gonna walk to a yellow triangle for our meetup I'm so excited it's quite what my t-shirt says I'm very excited today's office the back of a taxi in the grab now on our way to the meetup we're getting there a little bit early because we're gonna be late for you guys so again a nice Nellie Mike and Nellie it's been annoying we couldn't check into our hotel just yet so Mike and Ellie I've had to hold back stay with the bags get all our stuff into the hotel and then they're going to join so I don't know it's half one moment we're supposed to be there at two o'clock and we're hoping Mike and Ellie will make it on time but I think we're gonna get a lot of questions like where are they yeah we are super excited though because like we said we've never I mean when we were in lol oh we put six on our instagrams it was like we're gonna be here so it's not it wasn't ever a meet-up because it was just like we're here if you fancy coming to say hi we're going to be here this is more like an actual like we announced it a couple of weeks ago so we have no idea how many of you guys are coming and we've done a few like poles or instagrams and stuff that they say yes if you're coming and loads of you guys a message and stuff saying we're looking forward to seeing you later on so I'm really excited it's so good to meet these people who watch these videos because you watch us all the time though we never get to see you that's so true people always like oh how is that and I'm like ah you know everything I don't know anything about you yeah hi guys we are on our way now to the meantime we're so excited to meet some of you 2 p.m. throughout the Ayala Gardens I'm gonna grab a coffee here quickly there's a coffee coffee bean and tea or something which is a company I don't think I've been before I think Mike said the coffee see Mike's not here again copy recommendations but I'm pretty sure he approves of the coffee yeah so we're gonna we're gonna grab one now so we've come into a coffee shop grab a quick coffee before you meet everyone and then make it happen sign which is very convenient by the way yeah Mike and Ellie are on their way and we've already met some of you outside so it's all good we've had official word that my cannelli are on their way there in a grab so we're gonna head out to so now we're going to meet them and hopefully meet loads of you guys very excited I just blew in I just tweeted you last time I was a Jones part from Qatar and I just alright last Thursday and I celebrated my birthday and there [Music] like and now you're on the way it should be I then location somewhere over there you know with these people that's why it feels like a look at that Prince things it does feel different it feels very very personal feels like we're hanging out with friends which is um which is so so pick Nelly up with some coffees in Roachy but everything started was yeah talking point Wow [Music] which right we did try and get em for me but by the way we were in cutting contact with a guy but it didn't work out this time but I'm sure we're doing coffee some food and we need to buy a few things I think we were we were all overwhelmed by the amount of people that came today and how generously we're in comm and there was just so so nice it was a great experience so so good to meet so many of you comment below if you were at the meet up say hello Paul thanks yeah my hair I didn't wear my hat today few people ask me where my hat was I went hatless today exactly my new haircut but in every photo I was checking checking at my hair as all goods you're too far away quick stock and tobey's estate coffee picking up some mint leaves met these guys as well they watch the videos for sparkling waters as well rehydrate after the meet-up Mike's gone a little double espresso this is so cool is tunnel Toby's in the shopping mall I've never been to this one look at this place we love Manila this is so so cool we've come up to the roof now for some food we're gonna eat here and we're gonna enjoy this view and we're gonna let you enjoy this view [Music] they described ruptor up and we're going to be DC again now quickly because George's really got his heart set on his trainer he stood me up today he didn't buy them I don't wait by the man so basically either myself or Lucia materialistic people anymore we we never were but when we were at home in the UK like working corporate jobs we were we were in that funnel of like buying things yeah I don't know I it doesn't fulfill me anymore other things for filming but my shoes have holes it and I do really genuinely like a pair of these trainers I've seen so I tried them on the other day yeah they're really comfy well praise that it's so we've been going around other shoe shop loves it I should have just bought them then but you didn't know that they were the ones exactly but I now know they are the ones I'm desperate for some new headphones to edit with because currently the ones I use push on my ear and I need ones that like go round my ear and I know the ones I want so we're gonna wish you've got two things together we're going to find them hopefully or a mission I'm gonna go back to the hotel oh my going after a nice meal tonight with my cannoli to somewhere called Hughie is it Japanese place apparent it's really nice but we've just been chatting about the meetup and literally so overwhelmed with like the love that our community is just so kind like no one was shopping no one was pushing no one was getting angry that we bit people who like lining up to get selfies and stuff and it was just so nice if I like a group of mates me and if it didn't feel like anything else it was just so chilled chilled but so everyone's so happy and fun and friendly so genuinely like huge thank you some people like cycles for hours to get to us some people travelled for hours and hours to come and it just means so much to us no Jenny hot is full they look nice and clean and white they're very clean and why are they I love this I love this yeah it's really nice so we managed to get the shoes we were after both of us quite similar pair we're gonna rock it together we're walking around BGC again we didn't actually come to this part the other day we didn't come thank you we didn't come this side of the high street so so cool everyone's our eating drinking meeting up it's Saturday so is it Saturday I never know a day is yeah Saturday so everyone's out with their friends people have finished work for the weekend great vibe should have included this in our BGC video the other day we're looking for a store which sells headphones because that is the only thing our list today that we still haven't been able to find we've come into glorietta mall and there is a huge camera flare going on here so we're going to have a little look around see if we can find the camera bag that we've been looking for I've done I though sorry it's really wavy because the light the fans saying pass the light and it's a bit horrible to watch so sorry just go back to the hotel and we've just opened all the stuff you for us and wow like so kind and thoughtful these gifts there's some really nice notes here someone got us key rings with our names on and then our Filipino names on the other side and George is here with a guitar it's so thoughtful some baggage tags and some eye masks these are great these are mugs with us on them it's amazing some snacks just here it's a little gift from this is apparently a traditional take on a Filipino snack some wildflower with this little note here these are great ease of snacks fragrances with our faces on I love that and then even inside we've even got this hair it's so great got some delicious looking Mountain coffee beans that look so good and baked was amazing someone came in showing us this is so clever it's so accurate as well like even George's cap and his beard the GC blog Georgian Lucy and there's a little orange here for the things all of the dried mango which I love and there's even one here this chocolate coated never seen before and in someone else for us some fresh mango from a tree in their house but seriously huge thank you to anyone who came today gifts or no gifts it was amazing to meet you all we didn't expect to receive anything and we didn't expect to see so many of you there so it's just it was such a good day wasn't that so bad incredible [Music]
