What do you get when you combine a rap legend with two coasts, two mega mansions,
and a real estate game as strong as his bars? You get Lil Wayne living larger than ever with
not one but two stunning properties that scream luxury from Miami to Hidden Hills.
From sky-high ceilings to private docks and Kardashian-level neighbors,
let's take a tour through Weezy's jaw-dropping homes.
Guys, I have an important announcement about this channel. There is someone trying to take
this channel, Famous Entertainment, down and have everything that I've worked so hard on
deleted. Click the link in the top comment and I'll explain everything at the end of this video,
so please stay tuned. Let's start with the palm tree sway, Miami Beach, Florida.
Back in 2018, Lil Wayne dropped a cool $16.75 million on a custom modern mansion tucked into
the ultra-exclusive Allison Island. Just steps away from Biscayne Bay, this tropical oasis sits
on over 110 feet of prime waterfront and takes full advantage of that with a private dock,
tropical backyard, and resort-style swimming pool. Now sold for $22.5 million after being listed at
a wild $29.5 million, the estate still stands as one of the finest examples of contemporary
Miami architecture. It was designed by Chief Levi Fishman, the same firm that built A-Rod's home.
The moment you arrive, it's clear this is no ordinary pad. A floating walkway over water
leads to double mahogany doors, opening into a nearly 10,300-square-foot masterpiece.
Inside, the vibe is sleek, minimalist, and dramatic, with 22-foot ceilings,
walls of glass, and a lush living green wall that brings the outdoors in. The main home
boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, with the primary suite offering not just one,
but two spa-like baths, a sitting room, custom walk-in closet, and a private terrace.
Slide open the glass doors, and you've got a wraparound deck overlooking the pool and the
bay. And for entertainment, there's a home theater, wine cellar, elevator, and an outdoor patio
perfect for those Miami nights. Even though Wayne eventually gave up this slice of paradise in 2023,
walking away with a nice profit, it's hard to forget the pure oceanfront luxury of his Florida
escape. Now let's head way west, to the private, star-studded hills of Los Angeles. In 2021,
Lil Wayne made headlines again when he dropped $15.4 million on a newly built Hidden Hills
mansion. Nestled on three sprawling acres, this 12,135-square-foot modern farmhouse is part luxury
resort, part family compound, and 100% rockstar. The property is so exclusive that it's right next
to Kylie Jenner, and shares the same gated community as Drake, Lori Loughlin, and the rest
of the A-list Hidden Hills crew. Built in 2019, this place has everything you'd expect and more.
Walk in through the two-story foyer, and you're greeted by sunlight pouring in through oversized
windows and sliding glass walls that open to the yard. At the heart of this home is a chef's kitchen
complete with two massive islands, pro-level stainless appliances, and a breakfast nook that
flows right into the family room. The entire layout is open concept, giving the house an airy,
sun-drenched California vibe. The master suite offers panoramic views of the Santa Monica
mountains, and includes a private retreat, duo walk-in closets, and a luxe stone bathroom with
a steam shower. When it's time to unwind, Wayne can head to his glass-encased wine display,
cozy up in the entertainment lounge with wet bar, or catch a flick in the private home theater,
where the ceiling mimics a starlit sky. I like that feature. Of course, this wouldn't be Lil
Wayne without some outdoor flair. There's a basketball court, resort-style pool, spa,
and a large guest house tucked away behind the main residence. The entire property is
completely gated and surrounded by lush landscaping for ultimate privacy. Between
his former Miami modern masterpiece and his lavish Hidden Hills retreat, Lil Wayne has proven
he's just as serious about his real estate as he is about his music. These homes aren't just
status symbols, they're reflections of a man who's built an empire from the ground up,
reinvented himself time and time again, and now lives life at the very top. So, what do you think?
Would you take oceanfront luxury in Miami or ultra-private celebrity living in Hidden Hills?

there's trips to the hairdresser sometimes. I also have three amazing rescue dogs, I've fostered
dogs before, I do daily workouts, we go to events, you know, maybe I'll even someday have a big
wedding that Michael promised me. Anyways, I've been posting this stuff for years on Instagram,
but with me having to start all over again, I'm gonna try to merge my personal content with the
content that you come to watch here. Mainly house tours. Regardless, if you love this channel or
have watched it over the years, I need your support to get the new channel going. So please,
if you enjoyed the content that I've created, hit that subscribe button for the new channel

this is where you're always going to be able to find me. We've recently had some hiccups
that have affected both life and business. So there's someone trying to take this channel down,
like I mentioned before, and I've honestly put so much work into famous entertainment over the
years. I want to keep my passion for creating content alive and not let the drama or bullies
bring me down or affect my ability to work. So we're starting fresh, keeping it real, and I
promise you're gonna love what's coming next. So let's make this backup channel something
incredible together. Subscribe now and join me on this exciting new journey. I can't wait
