Literally, I've been trying all day to get the footage or to get the disk to load. The hard drive finally showed up and then it was empty. The drive was empty and I was like, no! And then I got it to come on and so I started transferring stuff but it kept disconnecting. Anyway, long story short, not forever. We did get some stuff. And I hope that we can get more. I hope we can get more. As we continue to plug it in and unplug it. No. I think we're gonna, please put your hands up. Okay so the FDA does not regulate natural products because they can't because you could make it yourself. They can't regulate things that you can't patent if that makes sense. And so because of that they have really strict guidelines about what you can say natural products do or don't do and if you're not licensed medical professional you are not allowed to treat or diagnose or prescribe and so you have to be very careful especially as a member of a company like Young Living with what you say that the oils can be used for because if it falls into a category of discur- I'm going to need to ask you please to be quiet for just a second because that's rude. So you have to be careful with what you say because if it does fall into one of those categories then they will basically like take away my membership and I guess I had a video that fell too close to that or something talking about how we use them for the girls so with that said send me a message and I will tell you what oils I would use if we were dealing with seasonal discomfort. I don't know if it's anxiety or depression or both. I think it's mostly anxiety. I need quiet. I retreat to my room and I just get a few minutes of quiet and that kind of refills me a little bit. But it's hard. Jude is like what are you doing? It's hard but I do try to just be gracious and remind myself they're kids. They learn everything that they know from us and what we teach them. We need to teach them grace and patience. Show them. You have to make a conscious decision to not get angry and frustrated with your kids because there's days that we do get angry and frustrated and there's days that we don't because we just make that decision. It's just practice too. You just have to practice being calm in the midst of chaos. I'm better at being calm in chaos. When we're in public it's much easier for me to be patient than when it's like hey buddy than when I'm like here trying to relax or something. No, this is bad.
