Macbook vs Macbook PRO 2018 - Which Is Better? Unboxing Review!

[Music] [Music] [Music] we have stairs it's we awaken having someone's house isn't it yeah and I forget yeah I know are your minds all over the place we say it Mike the new house last night my sister bought a house my sister's 21 know how she I'm 21 my sister twenty three or four when I bought this house we thought it's stay in it and here we are good morning guys welcome to another GC box [Music] so I'm not having a garden we're not used to them and come out here this morning made of coffee and just the world this is what an awesome Midwife looks like this isn't necessarily relating to me my baby wife but my sister is so this is why she has about 300 of these mugs thanks for clarifying about to make some breakfast tea we've never stayed over that at their house before its own us we might be barbecuing the bacon it's only fair Mike those are allowed to though yeah because it's extra cleaning and stuff and after that we're heading off into Brighton because today there's something coming up which it was going to be revealed on the channel very very soon but for this we need an another MacBook we need another computer because we need to be twice as efficient so depending you guys already know because we've titled the video about this MacBook but we're currently deciding between whether to get the MacBook Pro which we've already got or for real portability and so word portability yes a word and smallness and it's not a word and just pure usefulness we're also looking within say the actual words we're also looking at the MacBook which is a 12-inch it's basically a mini MacBook Pro it's the same price weirdly or just get another MacBook Pro because it's more powerful but it's heavier and it's bigger basically we're hoping that we get there and fall in love with one of the other and we go yeah we'll have that yeah the benefits of the MacBook is that it comes in different colors and Lucy quite fancies a gold one I think I do but I'm glad to know I keep going off the idea I need something in person basic ok so anyway that's exciting minis get another MacBook we can't reveal why exactly or what's going it's basically to do with workload and it's gonna help us a lot whatever [Music] bye guys see you coming leave us the TripAdvisor review of course now we offer rights to try and find a map I hope I seem like movements Dawson a lot different ones right of course we have a problem oh my god I feel sick I'm gonna throw up our miles has just lines it's gone past zero it'll be like this at a time I didn't realize we've just been driving along loud music or and racing around and we were not caught it's got really good power uphill I'm like flooring here I look down and it's one three lines which means there's no fuel at all so right now the last two minutes three minutes of driving have been with no fuel and it could brick cut at any second literally any second we're rolling okay it's a yes I fear oh my god it's there the petrol I'm in heels I'm not pushing his car to that if it breaks down now I'm in hills oh no we're stopping can you see that range lines we made it we didn't break down and we made it into Brighton it's so lucky Lucy well we look like idiots wearing them the yellow Lucy merely made me go and change yeah she she wanted me to change my t-shirt before we came out today basically and I said no I said if you've got problem in it you can change I'm not changing I like looking like a highlighter so we are kind of clashing but doesn't matter right now we're gonna go to the Apple store hopefully they've got one of these Macs in stock come on there this is the small MacBook that we're looking at and that is actually tiny isn't it how small is that okay we can't slide out of gold or silver we're doing it in circles for gold so this is like today yeah that'd be good choice 5b I think we've been in and out here in what seven minutes was that it wasn't four pounds and baffle this was twelve hundred pounds of all charges five P for the bag it's probably done though it's a nice bag to be fair it's got like these strings and stuff yeah huge thanks to Elliot in the Apple store who saw us out we were trying to decide between the MacBook Pro and that Mac but it's wid they're exactly the same price but for the price but for the portability and the smallness and the quietness it doesn't have a fan go and hold these two in a Mac shop Mac shop in Apple hold the two together because the MacBook is so much lighter than the MacBook Pro and I know like it just seems to make more sense of what we need it for it's an amazing piece of machinery we're going to get it home and unboxing this is having a new child really a new man gonna get home a gonna unbox it we can have a look we get in the box and we'll show you around it properly also incredibly hungry but we've been super healthy at the moment I don't if I had a pound for every time we said we're being healthy at the moment in a vlog we'd be so rich have 80 pounds yeah I suppose is probably bout 20 times but no we are been healthy moment so we might pick up some healthy lunch I want to drive through it from honest with one of them cold frappe things sugar sugar makes it ice mix of a straw exactly that's it and what into that kind of stuff anymore all I eat is green oh shut up oh so true and we are home from Brighton took quite a messy flap we got us all hour later but we stopped off on the way home because we were starving so we've actually picked up some pizzas which Lucy is preparing now I'll show you what we've got oh dang oh no your balls fall off we went for some of these like co-op posh ones Ventris inna salami pizza Louisiana blackened chicken pizza and here they are about to go in the oven how big is the top it is pineapple we are still believe it or not sticking to the daily green juices sometimes they're purple sometimes they read but there may be green and I do feel like they make a difference like I feel bad for having them anemic oh yeah making stuffs the best thing to have in the morning shall we open the map court we've got 10 to 12 minutes open the map yes get these in the oven while they're cooking let's get this mess with unbox Thank You parrot [Music] [Music] amazing so we went for the gold ma ma this is amazing whoever the gold there is no more satisfying feeling in the world than opening an Apple product apparently they make it slow apparently they make it slow on purpose to increase the excitement of opening one of these yeah I'm you know whole time I was putting that out with this is annoying it doesn't come off phrase let him and enjoy the moment and the magic in there how did you get out do you like lifts outside analyst no no no no no I can't believe we bought the small one how much I know it's crazy God makes that it's what we need it for so it's got like a seal around it okay it goes around the edge she smells of something that smell of Apple products no it really sweet how light is it weighs 2 pounds you mental it's like a lot better paper so cool I'm glad we got this one ma'am how can a sleepyhead teamahma sit forward sighs for a second here's our current MacBook there's not that much smaller but it's just so much light and then thin ice thin are definitely thinner it's gonna and it's certainly lighter wow this is meant to be look at my nose why did you cut up oh yeah it's exactly the same let's look for the box Tata Facebook's wait for the box oh so I know what you really want to see is this so light it literally weighs two point zero two pounds or something unbelievably light and portable but I know some of you are also interested in what comes in the box so it's the classic Apple box you kind of get anything with these these days I feel I used to get a lot more you see it like a mouse that's just documents which we're never going to read how long no wow that's dying is the power supply yeah look they have made that a lot smaller Apple and iPad one yeah yeah it's tiny that's insane that does also mean though the lead is quite small for it do you get one of these leads which is literally like a headphone cable it's tiny ash is quite long it's quite long but it's very thin collapse of power lead that's really very very thin connect that in Nice that goes in that end and that goes in this ends let's get this thing charged up do make any charger net probably a little bit but okay this is one of the things people have been moaning about on this map but it kind of lends itself to its portability you only have one hole how many husband I mean I usually like more than one hole to play with just because I'm sorry but you know we can get an adapter for that that's gonna be absolutely fine because I'll see we're gonna need to be reading SD cards and plug in USB stuff into it because at the moment r1 we have to just here as you can see and the men we put the charger in this one and then this one we've got a little adapter that we can put like you ain't add the memory cards and stuff in so I guess I'm going an adapter that charges and you can put them in yeah right yeah so let's get this baby turn whoa look at this comes with a little screen thing oh it's on let's get this off oh nice the screen will never be this clean ever again that's so satisfying it's got this new keyboard in here which is like super really quiet and that the travel is like black there's nothing to you these keys there's a bit of a problem loose it kind of looks pink in this light it looks kind of green on camera comment below what color that looks yellow on the camera comment comment below what is your got you've got a luminous talk on its reflecting off it doesn't like it what it's gonna get finger printing our pizzas already so we're gonna eat our pizzas then we're gonna finish setting this up okay gonna get this thing set up it's been on getting Portuguese sick of not possible to use English as the main language across the return key so that's cool so it talks to you straight away we just I cannot oh my literally I could probably hold that with this with these tipping with my little finger and thumb easily like like that weighs nothing that was absolutely nothing Mac OS contains a built-in screen reader called voiceover I don't need voiceover k we're in the United Kingdom British keyboard Wi-Fi password since we got a new Reuter after we had problems with our BT we didn't bother changing our Wi-Fi password every time someone asks for it gotta get this this little plastic thing out taking its time to connect to the internet mind you this does have a smaller processor this is like a 1.2 gigahertz processor oh no it's got the whole heel of doom already it's got eight gig of ram and it's got the good thing is it's got a 256 gigabyte solid state hard drive which means it's gonna be super fast and there's more storage than actually on our MacBook Pro which is 128 gig transfer information to this Mac I don't need to do that I want this map completely fresh nothing on it at all this evening I will load onto it Lightroom I'll probably load on Final Cut Pro just so we can edit videos if we need to the guy in the Apple Store said you probably don't want to edit like crazy 4k video but it it will be capable of doing some video editing a message with the verification code has been sent to your other devices running iOS that's also what I love that Apple how quickly everything works how everything syncs up terms and conditions not going to bother reading them agree I have read the Mac OS software license agreement yes I have ok we're creating an account here now some are okay it's got my really old photo of mine for my Apple ID that's good security it's just asked for my like pin to get into my phone oh yeah the new ones these new ones have Siri built in as well don't know when we'd use Siri on a laptop but setting up your Mac I think we're nearly there guys comment below if you've got one of these or if you're thinking of getting one obviously over the next a couple of vlogs we'll chat about how we're getting on with it there we go I think we'll set up well let us know if you get in the new MacBook Pro there they've released a brand new MacBook Pro prices seem to keep going up and up but you know for 1,200 pounds it's a lot of money but I don't think you can get a better machine that's as light as this and that does everything this does we're just so used to Mac now that I've ever ever go back to Windows yes they came out with something really really good so if you got any questions at all about this we're obviously going to be getting used to it over the next couple of weeks so feel free to ask those questions in the comments of this video and in the next few vlogs we'll be chatting about how again on with it super impressed with it looks pink in this light honestly looks pink not cold so yeah this is the new MacBook MacBook that's it's just called a MacBook I hope you enjoyed this video today guys we're going to have a play with this this evening so get in this vlog here thanks so much for watching if you enjoyed it please give it a thumbs up if you've got any questions at all as I said less noise out out to Elliott in the Apple store he helped us out with this one today and we gave him one of our little juicy blog cards so if he's found the channel if
