Good afternoon guys, welcome back to another juicy vlog. Now this is a chilled Sunday video.
When I turn the camera around now, you're about to see what we're in the middle of.
Packing for holiday. Holiday. We are in the middle of packing. I'm just putting some washing
away. Packing for our two week holiday, which is in like a couple of days. We're going to
be bringing you daily videos. P&O are giving us internet whilst we're on the cruise ship.
If you don't know, if you haven't seen the recent vlogs, we are going on a two week cruise
to the Canary Islands. We're going to be filming every single day, bringing you guys daily
videos. P&O have kindly hooked us up with some free internet on board. But yeah, this
is a very chilled Sunday video. There's not going to be much cinematic stuff or the cool
stuff you're used to on the channel. Just Lucy and I stripped back. Not literally, like
we're wearing clothes. I've actually got a new top on, it says Amsterdam. We basically
wanted some company packing, didn't we? We're this close of being sick of each other's company.
So we wanted to bring you guys into the room. You can just chill with us and help us pack
up. How does that sound? All right. Do we have any lemon juice in the fridge? No, you're
not doing that again. Why not? Oh, does it go out of date, lemon juice? I got this one
from the Caribbean. On our last holiday, Lucy was obsessed with putting lemon juice in her
hair. You've been one month, it's been a year. No, get some new, it's like 20p. But I'm not
going to the shop between now and then. Apparently putting lemon juice in your hair lightens it
up a little bit. Okay, Lucy's kind of more organised than me already. She's got all her
stuff out here on the bed. All my stuff is still in my wardrobe, so I need to get it
all out, see what I've got, and get it into a suitcase. Yeah, take that. That's a bed
sunk. It looks like that, doesn't it? I wouldn't be surprised. Look at the amount of stuff
on there. And then I've got all my cosmetic things up here. So there's four formal nights
and eight normal nights. In here is underwear and swimming costumes. I'm packing 10 swimming
costumes for a 12-day holiday. That's a little bit excessive. But I kind of wanted to pack
it as I went, but I need to work out space. Right, I'll show you my shoes first then,
so I can take them out. So I'm taking Vans to go, and probably for days out and stuff.
I'll need sensible footwear. So these wedges are from River Island, and they're just perfect
for holidays. They'll be for evenings and days out maybe. It's weird I'm taking things
out of my suitcase. That's not the right sort of unpacking video, is it? No. These are one
of the heels I'm wearing. They're like mermaid-y. And these can be for like formal and normal
nights. Then I've got these. These are my Miss Brighton heels, and I wear them on nights
out, so they're actually like pretty battered up. But they're very comfy, and they go with
everything because they're nude. And then I've also got these glittery flip-flops. Do
you think that's enough shoe-wise? Yes. Three pairs of potential evening shoes, three pairs
of potential day shoes, one that's in the middle. Do you know how many shoes I'm taking?
Three pairs, including sliders. Oh, actually four. So I'm taking five. So why are you like,
you're like, do you realise how many I'm taking? I think that's quite good. That's why I was
worried about that I'd be having to- Stop taking stuff out. I know. This is a packing
video. Put it in. This bag. So I'm in like half normal top, half pyjama. These aren't
like going-out trousers, but I think I should wear them up. This is like a bag for evenings,
and so is this one. But this one's quite funny, it's like a book. And then this I want to
take around with me on days out. Quite tropical. Now, do you think I should pack bags now,
or do clothes? I think I should do clothes first, shouldn't I? So the first formal outfit
I've got, this was going to be my 21st birthday outfit actually, but then I changed my mind.
It's like, it does go together. Very nice. You look like a Tudor in that. Are you joking?
A Tudor? Yeah, a Tudor. Do you really think a Tudor would wear a sequin and pearl dress?
Yes. Then this one I'm a bit concerned about creasing, but it's another formally top. That
is so long. What the hell? Why is it so long? Yeah, but it's dragging along the floor. Yeah,
I love nails. Oh, okay. And then it's got like a big thigh-high split. Oh God,
I remember this one. Having to watch it every second. Hold it. Another long dress. Another
long dress. It's like got wire here, but it's like... Guys, just so you know, my packing's
going to be a lot more simple than this. A lot more simple. Well, no, because can we just rewind
to two years ago on our last cruise we went on? We get there, George realises he hasn't packed
any formal shoes. He's just got flip-flops and trainers. This is true. And there's loads of
nights where you need to wear like a suit and tie. And you also didn't have any suit trousers.
And there was something else that was quite important. Sunglasses. You just hadn't packed
anything. And then the last formal is this one. I like that one. You already know what I'll be
wearing for everything on the cruise now, you lot. And this is like a furry thing just to wear
in the evenings. Because I don't really wear a coat, but sometimes the air con is quite intense.
So you kind of need something to cover up a little bit. I'm really concerned because I've
packed four things and the suitcase is half full. Nah, these squish down. You just got to like...
Okay, so we're now on to non-formals, but they're all quite formal still. So there's this like
Hawaiian-y dress. They sometimes do like a tropical night. I don't know. So that's for that.
One of the nights I'm going to wear this. These like camel trousers and like a glittery top.
I just like to have loads of different types of outfit, I suppose. And this is like a little
playsuit in white. So cute. And then I've also got a black playsuit here. I think I've got two extra
outfits that I need for evenings just in case I don't feel like wearing one. This is my 21st
birthday dress. Having it's second outing ever. Really? Yeah. Oh, to be fair, you're only 21 in
November. Yeah. You're like, what? No way. This dress from Urban Outfitters. I love this dress.
It's like pearlescent-y. You don't need to go da-da-da-da-da every time you show up his clothing.
Why? It has a sound effect. Is that a dress? Yeah. It looks like a bit revealing. It's at the front.
What the hell? Bet you'll look this okay once you get it on. This is another very ridiculous dress.
It's like mermaid-y again. Oh, it's got mermaid heels in it. My last evening outfit is these trousers
and then a black top. These striped trousers, vans and a t-shirt and then like a black roll-neck
jumper over it with vans to go to Southampton. And then that means that if I'm like hot, I can
take my jumper off. But they're also quite comfy clothes to travel in. Not that we're really going
far for that. I'll keep that out of the suitcase. I also thought if it's really cold, like coming
back at some point or when we're going out and we want to go in the deck or something, because
obviously we are going to be in like cold areas for like a couple of days. So I've got like jeans
and a top just to wear. Jeans and a nice top just to wear if it's like not very nice weather. And
for some day outfits, I'm not really sure what I'm wearing in the days, but I've got two pairs of
shorts. So black and normal denim and then some tops to go with it. This is like a Hawaiian-y.
It doesn't really look like a top. It is nice, I promise. But I've lapped up underneath. This is
going to fit. Trust me, I've worn it before. Just wear it like that. Perfect. Just wear that.
And also like a black bandeau-y top. I just, I really like wearing strapless tops on holiday
because it's so, so, so holiday-y. I think I showed you these in the bikini haul I did.
Just some little shorts from Primark, just with some palm trees on. If I want to go to the buffet
while I'm wearing a bikini, you're not allowed in the buffet in bikini. So you have to put some
clothes on. That's ideal. I love this dress. I love this dress so much. I don't know why I'm putting
all my clothes on. Oh, that's one of my favourites. So nice. It's like so chilled. It's very see-through,
but holidays, holidays, isn't it? And I love wearing white clothes on holiday. Once you've
got a bit of a tan or fake tan, it's always good. Some of these things, I'm not too sure when I'm
going to wear them, but knowing me, I overpack and then just see what happens. This reminds me
of them plates that you get. Oh my God, in a Chinese restaurant. No, or in Wetherspoons.
Yeah. It's a Wetherspoons plate. To get your like chilli dog with onion rings and chips.
And then my Spanishy dress. To attract bulls. Exactly why I'm wearing it, thank you. And then
this is, this is so nice actually. I picked this up. It's new. In Urban Outfitters. The label says
£36. I've got it for £6. And I'm going to take this hat. It looks kind of weird. I've got a big
bun in as well. Oh my God, it looks awful. It is really nice. I promise. And then just a cap.
If I get a burnt head when I'm reading around the pool. And then I'm thinking just while I'm
on the ship, this is a little crop top here just to throw on with some of these kind of trousers.
And I've also got this little dress. This is very short, this dress, and it does kind of look like
a top. Oh my God. Is it a dress? No, it is a dress. I've worn it as a dress before,
but it's definitely one for around the pool and not for like going out in. My suitcase is full
and I haven't packed shoes, bikinis, or any of this stuff over here.
This is all that I've got so far for all my like lotiony stuff. So I've got some hair rollers,
loads of contact lenses, obviously, chokers and bracelets and hair things here. I'm taking both
my watches, but I will wear one on the day. I've got some seasickness tablets because last time
we went on the cruise. So we've been on two cruises before. One was the Caribbean, so we
flew out and once we got there, they were really still waters. So we didn't need to worry about,
sorry, I'm just putting you down. Didn't need to worry about like seasickness or anything.
This first cruise we went on and this one both go from Southampton. So it's a little bit choppy at
the start. Well, the first cruise we did from Southampton, the first like day I felt a little
bit sick. So these tablets, I don't know what they're like. I'll let you guys know.
Hopefully going to help with that. Prevention and relief of travel sickness,
general nausea and vertigo. The air con is always really like intense. So my eye contact
lenses dry out. So I'm going to take some contact lens eye drops just for like dry eyes to mean that
hopefully my eyes are not constantly like irritated. Paracetamol. One of Geordie's
grandparents friends that went on a cruise had like a bit of a headache or something,
went to the doctors on board to see like if they could give him some paracetamol,
charged him £60 for paracetamol. Also got some moisturiser, dry shampoo,
hairspray, deodorant, some tans, some stuff to take my makeup off, after sun, sun cream, perfume,
other hair stuff. Oh my God, I've got so much. Why is there so much stuff? Eyeshadow and hairbrush
and stuff. I'm taking three pairs of sunglasses. I think that's necessary. They're a bit dirty.
These ones, these ones, and then these ones. Then another great thing about P&O is that they let you
bring a bottle of alcohol of some sort per case you take. So we're going to be taking, is it like
five cases we're taking? Four, I think. Four. Do you reckon four or do you reckon five? Well,
two big ones each, two small ones each, and maybe an extra one after that, but we shouldn't have to.
I don't want to. No, it is a bit mental, isn't it really? So we're going to be taking some
verve clio, some Baileys kind of thing. This is like sparkling, whiny, fruity stuff. And then
Buxfizz we're considering taking just because it'd be quite nice in the mornings. But obviously
there are drinks on board, but if we can take some alcohol with us that we've got in the cupboard,
then why wouldn't we? And then for all my stuff here to go in, I got this from Primark. It's
this massive like cosmetics bag, see-through, which I think is really cool because then you
can see what you're getting when you put your hand in. And it's like holographic-y on the handles.
So I'm going to try and fit all this into there now. How are you doing? Good. I'm just folding
up some shirts. Okay. You're not taking that brown thing with you? Yes, I am. You're not taking
it. I bought this ages ago. It's like the thinnest holiday-y. It's not holiday-y. Yes, it is. It's
like old man. It's not. Sorry, comment below what you think. It's brown and it's got this horrible
black lining. It's honestly the worst shirt I've ever seen. And I'm not normally horrible about
your clothes. Like I normally like all your clothes. That is just awful. It's like a cowboy
shirt. Yes, exactly. I'm taking it. No, you're not. I'm taking it. I'm burning it. I don't care.
I'm burning it. It's so thin. Nope, I'm burning it. Just tell me a second because there's 12
evenings, four formal and eight not. Oh, I hadn't planned that. No, you need to, otherwise you won't
actually pack it all. Four formal. Four formal and eight non-formal. I told you, every formal night,
I'm going to have to wear the same outfit. You're not wearing the same shirt four times. You spill
stuff down yourself every dinner. I've got like two smart white shirts. You've got your dress
shirt as well. This is like my proper dress shirt with like the funny bits. I got you that,
didn't I? Yeah. For our first holiday. Hang on, stay still a sec. See the lines down it. You wear
this with a bow tie. Do you know where your bow tie is? I haven't seen it. Jesus. So you know how
we were just literally joking a minute ago about me not packing the right stuff? I had all my stuff
laid out on the bed. Thought, great, this is easier than I thought. Suddenly realised, hadn't even
thought about anything on my bottom half. I had swim shorts, but I had no shorts, no trousers.
Quite important. Imagine if I'd showed up on holiday with no trousers or shorts to wear.
So after mocking Lucy for taking five pairs of shoes. One, two, three. Yeah, I'm taking five
too. So I've got just some trainers. They're just for the gym. My Adidas sliders. These babies for
formal night. They come in the packaging because they're special. Look at them. Oh, they're a bit
bent. Look at them bad boys. Oh yeah. Some normal black shoes for formal night and these kind of
loafery suede things. Top tip for packing. Most people know this by now. Roll everything.
Everything here is rolled, like filled like 40% of my case and I'm pretty much done.
I'm not a roller. Why? I don't know. I just quite like the flat look. Flat look. I don't think that's
flat. Here is the end of the... It's going to fit. This one I can't really pack until the night
before because I've got loads of toiletries and stuff in it. I've got books in here and some
alcohol. Books, toiletries, stuff like that here. This is clothes, underwear, bikini, shoes, gym
stuff. I really feel like I'm forgetting something. I don't know. Right. Anyway,
thank you for watching guys. We're super excited for holiday. We hope that we've helped you pack
for your cruise. We're pretty much there. Look out for the daily videos on the holiday. Give
this video a thumbs up. If you're not subscribed, subscribe. The video is about to get sick. We're
taking all our proper camera gear with us. We're going to make some sick vlogs. We've got so much
planned. Flashing red. We'll see you soon guys. Bye.
