If we talk about its size, it is built in 20/40 feet. 20 cross 40 and it is ready with a very good plan and its grill etc. is very nice. So if you also have a plot of 20/40 then you can consider this model because this model will be something special and different for you. So let's define it. So you can see the front elevation, three sides are closed, friends. There will be someone else's house or someone else's land on all three sides. For this reason I have not provided anything like window etc. If yours is open from the front only. It is open from the front. So here is the main door because I have also made arrangements for car parking here. And you must be seeing the windows etc. So let's talk about its ground floor. So friends, this is the ground floor. I zoom in to the maximum. First of all you can see this ground floor. This is your main door from where you will enter. This is your window for ventilation. So when you enter from here, first of all you reach the car parking space. And this is where your stairs are as well. You can see the stairs. It turns from here to here and comes back. Your car parking is right below that. And after this you get to see this guest room. For which there is this window from the front and from inside you get to see a door. And this is another window. After this it's a lie down and a bath. There is a big let and bath. And Let & Bath is only made here. The rest of the thing is that you will use it here. This is the main door. As soon as you go there, you find the dining hall and on this side you can see your kitchen. There is a door for this and two bedrooms at the back. So in 20/40 ft there is three bedroom, car parking and one let and bath which is outside. If you are thinking of making two small baths then you can partition it. Because the entire 10 feet bathroom is a very big bathroom, 10 feet in size. So if you make a partition in it then you can use one from outside. Use one inside. There is no problem.
