Hi everyone! How you doing? We're doing a vlog today because you told us you like
watching them so that's what we're gonna do. We're gonna make some breakfast first.
Family. Hi family! Lucy's still in bed. She is editing some photos at the moment.
She's got, she gets like 53 prints from Jessup's or some website like that so
she is choosing some photos from our last holiday. We went on a cruise last
year to the Mediterranean so she's doing that and I am gonna make her some
breakfast. We have no eggs. Usually keep eggs in here. So I'm actually gonna have
to go to the shop and buy some eggs. And a loaf of bread apparently. And a copy of the Beano.
We can't decide whether to walk or take the car. It was raining earlier. Let's take the car, let's take the car.
We've got a few things that we're doing today. We've got to go into town and buy some travel
insurance for our next holiday we're going on. I wonder if I can put you guys here.
Will you balance? Yeah, should be fine. Turn the radio off so you can actually
hear me. Yeah we're gonna go into Worthingtown after breakfast I think and
buy some travel insurance because we booked a holiday, don't know if Lucy told
you, last year like October and haven't actually got any insurance for it yet.
It's a fundamental part of going on a holiday. It's not till November we're
going to the Caribbean which is incredible on another cruise. Let us know
in the comments if you've done a cruise, if you're our kind of age. There's a load of my
friends, they don't like the sound of cruising for whatever reason even though
I've told them it's absolutely amazing. Luckily the co-op is literally over
there right around the corner so as long as there's somewhere to park I can get in
pretty quick. I don't know where anything is in here. I want some eggs and I want some
pastries. They've moved the whole shop around recently. I literally have no idea where anything is.
Found the bakery stuff. Lucy wanted some like some sort of pastry. What shall I get her?
They're still selling mince pies, they'd better be reduced. I need like a pan of
chocolate type thing. Aha! Four pan of chocolates and that'll do.
Excuse me, where are the eggs? Oh yeah thank you very much. Cheers.
And we have some eggs which we get large. That's a solid breakfast. I've just literally got in the
door, put the eggs in the basket and I already dropped one. No! Look at that.
What do you do? I don't even know what you do in this situation. I want to quickly show
you guys something that came in the post this week and it is this little thing.
It's called a gorilla pod. It's really cool. You've probably heard of it
already if you're into like photography and filming and stuff. It means you can
put this anywhere. It's designed to be like wrapped around trees and railings
and you can literally bend it in all different ways. So I'm gonna actually try
it out now while I'm cooking breakfast. Then I have to put it maybe like on here.
Try and wrap it around this somehow and then you should be able to... That's too
far away. I'll figure out and hopefully the next shot will be using this cooking
breakfast. Ta-da! So I've actually hooked it up to this fruit bowl. Very random.
It's the only thing I could find that would actually wrap around it. So now you can see me
cook some stuff but I'm afraid it's not gonna be very interesting. All I'm making
in here is fried eggs. So sorry about that. They are healthy fried eggs though. I only
ever fry now in this stuff. Coconut oil. This I just got from a tiny little shop
somewhere. It's much healthier and it's like completely white and stuff. It's
super super healthy to cook with and people also use it in their hair, on
their skin and if you haven't heard of it or fried it, go and get some. Because if
you're frying with oil and stuff that's when it becomes really unhealthy. But if
you use this, it's fine. So at first it's like this white... I don't know what even you'd
call that. It's like... I literally don't know the word for that. It's solid
basically and then it starts to melt and it looks like normal oil once it's
melted.
Look who I found! Look who's awake! Morning Luce! I've bought you some breakfast.
Do I get boyfriend points? What are you up to? Ordering some photos. Oh can we have a look at them?
Nice. Don't know if you can see them very well but that's really good. Breakfast is ready.
Just need some ketchup. Everything's better with ketchup. Isn't that right?
Ignore everything George just said, he's an idiot. He just told you we're going
into town to look for travel insurance but it's actually like £64 each if we
do that with our travel insurance company that we put the cruise on. So I'm
going to find something a bit cheaper online. Might go with Admiral I think.
I think they sound quite good. Tonight George and I are going to the Comedium in
Brighton. Emily, Georgie's sister, was kind enough to get me a voucher to go to the
Comedia and have a burger for two for my birthday which is really nice. Thank
you Emily. That's tonight at 7 o'clock I think. It's almost midday. I'm just having my
breakfast. Oh my god it's so nice hot. All the chocolates like melted mmm-mmm.
I almost had a heart attack as well because I just started uploading these
photos onto the Jessops website to get them printed and I thought that they'd
delete themselves but they haven't and I cried for a bit but now I found them
so it's alright. Does anyone else cry at random things? Yeah. George has found some
slur in his cupboard and it's a red grape one so we're gonna have a glass.
What kind of person right uses up the last of the ice and doesn't fill up the
blooming trays? Oh by the way, ordered them. Well excited for them to come. They'll
come when I'm in Reading next week so next vlog I'll show you guys. Let's have
a slur and let's tell you guys what's coming up on the juicy vlog soon like
in the next couple of weeks and stuff.
So Lucy is away. I'm away in Reading on a business trip Monday to
Friday yeah so I've got to leave my house at 6 a.m. on Monday morning. My
friend Bronwyn, hi Bronwyn, is coming with me. That means you guys get me on my
own. Poor you. I'm gonna do a review of this camera actually so hopefully. What? This camera?
Yes this camera. After that when I'm back, I know it's like quite far into
January now but we're gonna do a New Year's video about all about resolutions
and whether or not people keep to them. If you've got me on Facebook you guys can
help me out actually some of you already have. I did a status and I need from you
guys your interesting or funny New Year's resolutions. It doesn't have to be
interesting it can be whatever really. Yeah be better if they're a bit funny and
yeah and whether you've stuck to them or not. Don't let us know let private
message George. Yeah. If you've got George on Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook
send him a message because I can't find out about it. So basically it's a
challenge where if I lose I get a forfeit. Can we tell them what it is? No no don't
give it away. Is it my clue? No. Have we got any in the fridge? That's a clue in itself.
Okay yeah. I can't believe you've agreed to it actually. You're gonna get. Yeah but
you're gonna get something else after that. Okay don't say anything else. My links for Twitter and all sorts
Snapchat etc are in the description now. Same. Same as Lucy's. Excuse me don't put your hand on my schleur.
Sorry. She's about to go to Lucy's now because she needs to pack for her business trip.
She's off to Reading. Look at her. By the fire. It's cold. Oh my god. So funny. You having fun? Yeah.
There's a little doggie as well. Aww. That looks so warm. All packed? I think so. I've got so
much stuff. I've got this bag. Coat. This bag's for shoes. Suit carrier with about five suits in.
That's just shoes? Yeah. How many pairs of shoes are you taking? Seven. Seven? This bag. One per day?
This bag. This bag. And then my clothes for tomorrow. Okay so we're in the car on our way
to the commedia. Got my heated seat on because it's absolutely freezing today. What is it? It
is 7.5 degrees but it honestly feels like 2. Oh my god look at the green traffic lights.
They make my face look so prime. Yeah now I'm freezing and my nose is really cold. For those
of you that sort of don't live in Brighton or haven't heard it before the commedia is like,
it's just like a venue really isn't it? Yeah. Well known for comedy. Yes that's what we're
going to do tonight. It's called the crater, crater? Is it crater? Yeah. Yes. It's a crater,
but basically it's like this guy called, is it Stephen Grant tonight? Yeah. Stephen Grant,
this guy and he like, compares it. And then it's like him and then like three other acts and it's
quite good because it's like you get to see four comedians in a night. I'm so excited. I love
Stephen Grant. I'm hoping we don't sit too near the front though. I know every time we go like
when the, compare he said, when he comes on like his whole like set is just asking the audience
questions and sort of ripping them to pieces. So like anything you do, so like your job,
what you look like, if you're eating, how you're eating, like it's mad, isn't it? Yeah. It's risky
sitting in the front. I don't know where we're going to put today because sometimes they just
sort of allocate you a seat. So I don't know, we pre-booked the tickets so we might well be near
the front, but I hope not. So this deal includes a burger and I'm absolutely starving and I really
fancy a burger because I think it's like burger chips and relish. Oh is it? Like a good relish.
Oh I'm well hungry. We're just pulled up by Toby Carvery. Can you see it? I'll put the window down.
You can't see it.
I don't think that mine would like to be filmed. Even on a Sunday in Brighton you have to pay for parking. How
much is it? Oh my god. How much is it? £6.20 for two hours. £6 for two hours. One hour is £3.60.
I don't have that. We only need an hour's worth because it stops the rate. Yeah we only need an hour. Do you have enough? No.
Anyway, we're at the Comedia now so we can relax. It is absolutely freezing. It's only like 9 degrees but I can't even feel my hands and I'll stand outside on the phone. Lucy waited in the car.
My mate lives in Norway and it's minus 29 at the moment. Minus 29. Can you even imagine how cold that would be? If you live somewhere really cold, put in the comments how cold it is where you are right now or how cold your country gets. Let us know.
Anyway, we are here now so we're going to go and get a burger. Hopefully we can film inside. If we can't, we'll let you know what it's like when we get back.
So we're going to get stuffed and then we're going to go. We are now really red. Cool. Excited.
Our food is here. It's so cool. Burgers.
We've got these halloumi kebab things. They look so good. We're probably not going to be able to actually film the actual show so I suppose I'll leave you but we'll see you when we're home and let you know how the show was.
Just finished. We're back out in the cold. It was very good, wasn't it? It was so funny. Really good. Four racks. All really good actually, weren't they? Normally you get a couple of rubbishy ones but it was really good.
Just walking back to the car to see if we've got a ticket or not. So wish us luck. Nope, no ticket. Yay. Phew. Right, going to drive home now. Get in the warm.
Good. Now I'm up at four o'clock in the morning tomorrow. Unlucky. Yeah. Let's get home quick. Okay.
We're back home now guys. We've got to be super quiet because Lucy's mum's asleep in the room next door. Lucy needs to get some sleep now. She's up really, really early. Four hours.
So thank you so much for watching. We will see you in the week. Get us on Instagram and Facebook and Twitter and stuff and give the video a big thumbs up if you liked it.
We're going to be doing a vlog every Monday night. There's going to be a vlog going up now and then we're going to be doing a sit down video on Thursdays. Thursday nights. Or Wednesdays. Or Wednesdays. A midweek basically.
So you're going to get two videos a week from now on. A vlog and a sit down video. Yeah. See you guys soon. Bye.
