Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are one of Hollywood’s most beloved low-key couples — and their home reflects exactly that. The OG ‘90s power couple—made headlines at the I Know What You Did Last Summer 2025 premiere - the same movie set they met on many moons ago and yes, they’re still going strong! In this 2025 House Tour, we’re taking you inside their warm, modern Brentwood, LA estate, filled with family-friendly spaces, clean design, and tons of natural light. From a chef’s kitchen to their dreamy backyard oasis, it’s a far cry from the flashy celebrity compounds — but just as impressive in its own way. Married since 2002 and still going strong, this home is built for comfort, connection, and quiet luxury.
🏡 Location: Los Angeles, California 💰 Estimated value: $6–8 million 🎬 Credits: Seen in Architectural Digest, Food Network, and their own social media

You know, people say this, but I'll
remind you the divorce rate in our
country is 56%.
That means every other one of y'all is
getting divorced. So, it's not just it's
not just Hollywood. It's it's tough. You
know, Sarah and I were friends first.
Today, we're diving into the stunning
world of Hollywood royalty. Sarah
Michelle Geller and Freddy Prince Jr.
Guys, I have an important announcement
about this channel. There is someone
trying to take this channel, Famous
Entertainment, Down and have everything
that I've worked so hard on deleted.
Click the link in the top comment and
I'll explain everything at the end of
this video. So, please stay tuned. This
beloved couple, who've been together for
what feels like forever, have not only
built a beautiful family with their two
kids, Charlotte and Rocky, but they've
also created an enviable home life in
Los Angeles. Known for their long
lasting love and timeless careers, Sarah
and Freddy's current home is a
breathtaking colonial style mansion
nestled in the exclusive Mandville
Canyon neighborhood. Originally
purchased in 2013 for $6.1 million, this
7,310
ft estate has been the perfect backdrop
for their family's life. We'll take you
inside their luxurious residence,
explore its incredible features, and
share updates on how this power couple
has made it their forever home. Long
before Sarah Michelle Geller and her
hubby Freddy Prince Jr. had a stunning
family home in LA, the Buffy actress had
her very own starter home. In the early
1980s, Sarah began carving out her path
as a rising actress in Hollywood,
landing roles in films and off Broadway
production. By 1997, her career
skyrocketed when she took on the iconic
role of Buffy Summers in Buffy the
Vampire Slayer, only my favorite
character ever. Well, this success
allowed Sarah to achieve a big milestone
in her personal life, buying her first
home. At just 20 years old, Sarah used
her hard-earned Hollywood paycheck to
buy a beautiful house. And reflecting on
this life-changing moment, Sarah
described the joy and sense of
accomplishment she felt. She said,
"Initially, it's just the excitement,
the idea that I had a home that is mine.
And when you close those doors, that's
your sanctuary. That's your peace away
from everything." However, Sarah soon
realized that home ownership, well, it
came with its own set of challenges,
especially at such a young age. She
reflected back on this, too, saying the
realities hit you, especially at 20
years old, of what you're responsible
for with a house. growing up in an
apartment building with a maintenance
person. Sarah, while she had to adjust
to managing the upkeep of a house all on
her own, it's crazy because I was the
first person in my family to ever own an
apartment, a house, anything. At the
time of her first purchase, Sarah was
juggling her blossoming career,
including filming Scream 2. Balancing
the demands of her job and the
responsibilities of being a new
homeowner was no easy task, but Sarah
took it in stride. Decades later, her
life has evolved plenty. Sarah now
resides in a stunning Los Angeles
mansion with her husband, Freddy Prince
Jr., and their children. Their home is a
reflection of Sarah's vibrant
personality featuring colorful design
accents and a specially curated library
for her impressive collection of first
edition books, a passion she began
during her Buffy days. She said in 2022,
"Collecting first edition books started
for me when I was on Buffy once I first
started earning paychecks where I could
really spend it on something that was a
passion, not just a necessity. A lot of
our casts got new cars, and for me, it
was like books. One of her favorite
spaces in her home is her organized
library, a transformation that was
inspired by a mom from one of her
children's friend groups. In 2013, Sarah
and Freddy purchased the stunning Los
Angeles home that would become the
family's retreat to this day. Located in
the Mandeville Canyon area, the home
cost the couple $6.1 million. While they
briefly listed the property for $7.9
million in early 2014, they ultimately
decided to keep it and it's been their
family's sanctuary ever since. Nestled
in a gated community, this 7,310
ft colonial style mansion boasts six
bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a variety
of luxurious features. The home's bright
and airy interior includes Cape Cod
inspired decor, gorgeous hardwood
floors, and expansive windows that let
in a ton of natural light. The grand
entrance sets the tone with a double
height foyer, a statement staircase, and
a chandelier, which also happens to be
one of Sarah's favorite photo spots.
Beyond that, the home seamlessly
connects to a formal living and dining
spaces. The living room features a cozy
fireplace, a wet bar, and a wine room,
while the next door study provides a
second fireplace for added warmth. The
open plan kitchen, family room, and
dining area are perfect for family
gatherings, complete with
top-of-the-line appliances, ample
cabinet space, and glass doors leading
to a shaded terrace. The backyard is
equally impressive, featuring a swimming
pool with a water slide, a pergola
shaded seating area, and a barbecue
setup. It's the ideal space for their
kids, Charlotte and Rocky, to play while
the family enjoys outdoor activities. On
the second floor, the couple's master
suite is also luxurious with vated
ceilings, a private terrace, and a
marble tile bathroom that could rival a
five-star spa. The room also includes
dual walk-in closets, one of which Sarah
has proudly shown off on Instagram,
showing off her impressive shoe
collection and the thoughtfully designed
space. The home's third floor offers
even more highlights, including a bonus
room and a home gym, while the main
floor includes a staff suite, as well as
plenty of space for guests. Over the
years, Sarah and Freddy have put their
own touches in the property, from
darkening the hardwood floors to
updating the paint palette to suit their
style. In 2018, Sarah gave fans a
glimpse of the newly renovated living
room, complete with a lighter, brighter
color scheme. Sarah's Instagram has
given us glimpses of her favorite areas,
too, including her enviable library, her
massive bathroom, where she jokingly
finds peace, and even the kitchen, where
family meals often come together. Both
Sarah and Freddy have actually shared
their passion for cooking, even
authoring their own cookbooks. And as we
mentioned before, Sarah's a big
collector of first edition books, which
includes first edition Dr. pursue books
to a complete array of Arthur Rackom
books, who's her favorite illustrator.
It shouldn't be a surprise then that
Sarah's fave room in the LA home is the
library. She also uses this space when
she's working from home and for her Zoom
calls. Hey everyone, first of all, I
want to say a huge thank you to my
500,000 subscribers. I absolutely love
you all and your support over the years
has meant everything to me. It's kept me
going through the loss of Shirou, the
economy crashing, and lots of other ups
and downs. Now, I have a little favor to
ask. I've created a backup channel for
famous entertainment. So, that's going
to be linked in the top comment and the
description box, and this is where I'll
be continuing to bring you the celebrity
real estate videos you know and love.
But this time, I'm going to be bringing
you into my world with personal content.
I live in a historic house, and I love
doing home rens. Well, at least I've

three dogs. I do daily workouts. We go
to events. You know, there's trips to
the hairdresser sometimes. I also have
three amazing rescue dogs. I've foster
dogs before. I do daily workouts. We go
to events. You know, maybe I'll even
someday have a big wedding that Michael
promised me. Anyways, I've been posting
this stuff for years on Instagram. But
with me having to start all over again,
I'm going to try to merge my personal
content with the content that you come

Regardless, if you love this channel or
have watched it over the years, I need
your support to get the new channel
going. So, please, if you enjoyed the

super important for me to keep our
amazing community together. and in case
anything happens to the main channel,
this is where you're always going to be
able to find me. We've recently had some
hiccups that have affected both life and
business. So, there's someone trying to
take this channel down, like I mentioned
before, and I've honestly put so much
work into famous entertainment over the
years. I want to keep my passion for
creating content alive and not let the
drama or bullies bring me down or affect
my ability to work. So, we're starting
fresh, keeping it real, and I promise
you're going to love what's coming next.
