Welcome to Self-Reliance Hypnotherapy.
This is your time now.
No one needs anything from you.
You don't have to fix anything.
There's nowhere you need to go, nothing you need to do.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for taking this time to disconnect and reconnect to that deeper vibration and
frequency that pulses within you.
Give yourself permission to let go completely.
Allow yourself to go deeper into this beautiful, relaxing state.
Feel the sensations of your body and mind, and letting go.
Letting go of what's to come today.
Simply finding an opportunity to give thanks for this moment, for this breath in your life.
Open yourself to whatever comes through this hypnosis session.
Whenever or if ever you catch your mind drifting into the past, anticipating the future, or
even worrying about the next moment, gently bring it back to your breath, the breath of
life.
Inhale deeply and exhale.
Begin to allow yourself to gently settle in.
Let your shoulders drop, your jaw soften.
Let your breath find a slower, steadier rhythm.
And when you're ready, gently close your eyes.
As you breathe in, feel your stomach gently rise.
As you breathe out, feel your body soften and melt into the support beneath you.
Each breath invites your nervous system to regulate.
Each breath is a reminder.
You are safe here.
Now, I invite you to bring your attention to your heart.
Imagine a warm light glowing there, soft and steady.
This is your inner healer.
This is the space we'll work from today.
Breathing deeply in and slowly out, you're becoming so deeply relaxed that your mind
begins to gently rest within your heart.
There is a place within you that listens with compassion and empathy.
A place where love, wisdom, and guidance live.
Let yourself relax and sink deeper into this place.
Let go of outside cares and concerns.
Let yourself open.
Make it safe to hear what will help you to heal.
To reconnect with the truest part of you.
The part that has always been worthy.
The part that is ready to move forward.
You are safe to be here now.
Let yourself rest.
Anxiety is not just in your head.
It lives in your body.
And if you've been stuck in survival mode, always anticipating the next problem, the
next bill, the next disappointment, then anxiety may have already become your normal.
So let's take a moment and ask gently, how long have you felt this way?
How long has your breath felt shallow?
Your thoughts on edge?
Your sleep disturbed?
Your stomach unsettled?
You see, anxiety isn't weakness.
It's not a character flaw.
It's not even a lack of gratitude or spiritual failure.
Anxiety is a sign that your nervous system has been on high alert for far too long.
When your brain perceives threat, real or imagined, it flips on your sympathetic nervous
system.
This is your fight or flight state.
It's designed to protect you from danger, but the truth is most of us live in this survival
state for months, even years.
You might notice it as racing thoughts or overthinking, tightness in your chest or throat,
a clenched jaw, tension in your neck or shoulders.
Digestive issues, nausea, or feeling wired but tired, feeling like you can't rest, but
your body doesn't believe it's safe.
Does any of that sound familiar?
Here's what's important to know.
Your nervous system is not broken.
It's overwhelmed, and it's been doing its best to protect you, even if that protection
feels like panic, a shutdown, or numbing.
It came from a place of survival, but survival is not your forever home.
You were not born to stay braced.
You were born to regulate, repair, and thrive.
Your body remembers how to return to balance.
Your nervous system can be rewired for safety, and that's what will begin today.
Not by force, not by fighting the anxiety, but by creating the right internal conditions
for healing to naturally occur.
Because when anxiety is acknowledged, not shamed, it begins to loosen its grip.
When the body is given permission to feel safe again, that's when the transformation
begins.
Let's begin.
Imagine yourself standing on soft earth.
The air is fresh, quiet.
You're in a secluded forest clearing, where the world feels still and safe.
All around you stands tall, ancient trees, guardians of wisdom, rooted in silence.
Feel the ground beneath your feet, solid, unshifting.
Let your breath deepen, your shoulders lower.
Right here, you are supported.
Right here, you are held.
Now look ahead of you.
There is a tree, one unlike any other.
It is grand and ancient, towering above yet grounded below.
Its roots stretch deep into the nourishing soil.
Its trunk is strong and stable.
Its branches reach toward the sky, adorned by lush green leaves.
This tree is you.
It holds the story of your resilience.
It mirrors your growth, your power, and your becoming.
Now look more closely at the branches.
Some are vibrant, others are twisted, heavy, weighed down by dead leaves.
These are the branches of anxiety, of fear, of emotions held too long.
They carry thoughts like, what if it all falls apart?
What's wrong with me?
I'm not doing enough.
With deep compassion, you acknowledge these branches.
Not with judgment, but with love.
You see, these were patterns that tried to protect you.
But they're heavy now, and you're ready to let them go.
Now look down at your hands.
You're holding a sacred tool, maybe pruning shears or a healing light.
This is your instrument of release.
It was made to free you.
Step forward.
Place your hand on one of the branches.
A thought, a fear, a memory that has stayed too long.
You don't need to name it.
You just feel it.
Whisper to it.
Thank you.
You tried to keep me safe, but I no longer need you.
And now, cut it free.
Watch as it falls onto the forest floor, and feel the lightness that follows.
Repeat this process branch by branch, thought by thought, emotion
by emotion.
Let each one go with love, with gratitude, with peace.
Repeat silently.
I choose vitality and peace.
I release what has weighed me down.
I let go of thoughts that no longer serve me.
I unhook from fear.
I return to my center.
I allow myself to be safe, whole, and calm.
Now, step back.
Look at your tree again.
It's lighter.
It's glowing.
It's alive.
And so are you.
Fresh leaves begin to grow.
New buds emerge.
Healing has space to happen.
Now, focus on the roots.
Deep, wide, unbreakable.
These roots are your foundation.
They represent your inner wisdom, your values, your strength.
No matter what has shaken you, you are still here.
You are rooted, and you are rising.
Allow your breath to settle back into its natural rhythm.
Not controlled, not forced, just present.
Feel your body resting into this moment.
Supported by the earth beneath you.
Cradled by the quiet wisdom all around you.
Notice the space inside of you.
The stillness.
The lightness.
The breath that flows more freely now.
You've done something sacred here.
You've chosen to release.
You've made room for healing.
And that choice matters.
In your own time, begin to return to the present.
You can wiggle your fingers or toes.
Gently blink your eyes open if they were closed.
But bring with you what you've remembered here.
The calm.
The clarity.
The connection to who you really are beneath the noise.
You are rooted.
You are steady.
You are becoming.
This space lives inside you.
Return to it whenever you need.
Not because something is wrong.
But because you deserve to feel safe.
Because you are allowed to feel peace.
Because healing is not something you wait for.
It's something you receive now.
You are whole.
You are healing.
And you are already enough.
