Azie Osborne, the prince of darkness, a
pioneer of heavy metal, a reality TV
icon, and a cultural force for over five
decades. Born John Michael Osborne in
Birmingham, England on December 3rd,
1948, he would go on to shape the sound
of modern music with Black Sabbath and
later as a solo artist. Known for his
wild antics, grally vocals, and
unmistakable presence, Azie became more
than a musician. He became a legend.
From biting the head off a bat to
collecting Grammys and selling out
stadiums, Azie lived life to the
absolute fullest. But behind the persona
was a man who loved his family,
cherished his roots, and built homes
that reflected the many layers of his
journey. Now, as the world says goodbye
to this once in a generation icon, we
take you inside the homes Aussie Osborne
called his own, both in his native
England and in the heart of Los Angeles.
This is Aussie Osborne's final home
tour. Guys, I have an important
announcement about this channel. There
is someone trying to take this channel,
Famous Entertainment, Down and have
everything that I've worked so hard on
deleted. Click the link in the top
comment and I'll explain everything at
the end of this video, so please stay
tuned. Azie Osborne has just passed away
at the age of 76. It is with more
sadness than mere words can convey that
we have to report that our beloved
Aussie Osborne has passed away this
morning. his family said in a statement
on July 22nd. He was with his family and
surrounded by love. In his final weeks,
Azie took the stage for a farewell Black
Sabbath concert on July 5th in his
hometown of Birmingham. Stated on a
throne surrounded by his bandmates and
tens of thousands of fans, it was a
fitting sendoff for the godfather of
heavy metal. In 2020, Aussie revealed
that he had been battling Parkinson's
disease, which is a progressive
neurological condition that affected his
movement and later his mobility. Over
the years, the toll on his body became
more clear. Multiple surgeries, stem
cell treatments, and physical therapy
followed, all in the hope of getting
back to the stage that he loved. Despite
those challenges, Aussie remained
fiercely optimistic. "For all my
complaining, I'm still alive," he said
in 2025. I may be moaning that I can't
walk, but I look down the road and
there's people that didn't do half as
much as me and didn't make it. He
survived by his wife Sharon, their
children, and a legacy that spans
generations. In 2023, Aussie and Sharon
Osborne announced plans to move back to
the UK, returning to their historic
estate in Buckinghamshshire known as the
Welder's House. The couple originally
purchased the grade two listed Georgian
mansion in 1993. Tucked away in the
quiet countryside of Chaon. The 8bedroom
four-b home also includes a library,
games room, indoor pool, spa, croquet
lawn, and a tennis court. All set
against the backdrop of lush English
greenery. Although secluded, the
property is only about an hour's drive
from London. The area is known for its
exclusivity with average home prices
popping almost a million pounds. And it
was the perfect retreat for the Osbornes
as they looked to escape the chaos of
Los Angeles. But this wasn't just a
return home. It was a reimagining of
what home meant for Aussie in his final
years. Earlier in 2025, the couple
unveiled a massive rehab wing, an
entirely new extension dedicated to
Aussy's health and recovery. The wing
was nearly the same size as the main
house and includes a health and welfare
exercise studio, an art room, spa, wet
room, changing area, extended gym, and
even a boating lake. Photos from here
show boats gently floating in the lake,
which is now surrounded by wildlife
habitats, bat boxes, and aquatic
features. A peaceful escape for a man
who once dominated the loudest stages in
the world. To preserve Azy's privacy,
the estate was upgraded with tall fences
and enhanced CCTV. More guest parking
was also added, likely for medical teams
and therapists that were assisting in
his care. As he prepared for his final
performance in Birmingham, he did so
from this very home, living not in
darkness, but in peace. Before returning
to the UK, Azie and Sharon spent years
living in a Mediterranean style mansion
located in the elite Hanok Park
neighborhood of Los Angeles. The 11,565
ft estate, which they purchased in 2012
for a reported $12 million was listed
for 17.5 million as the couple announced
their plans to relocate. Designed by
architect AK Kellogg, the home featured
seven bedrooms, 11 baths, and stunning
period details, including arch doorways,
a grand staircase, herring bone floors,
a wood paneled office, and a
showstoppping chandelier in the formal
living room. One of the standout spaces
is the red velvet home theater where a
fireplace is signed by Hollywood legends
like Lin Redgrave, Mel Torm, and Natalie
Wood. Throughout the home, the Osbornes
left their unique mark. The kitchen with
topend appliances opens into a breakfast
nook by a pink circular bette surrounded
by green chairs, which is definitely an
eclectic touch that perfectly suits
their style. The master suite here was
expanded during their ownership and
includes two bathrooms as well as a
dressing room along with four more on
suite bedrooms on the upper floors.
There's even a private guest apartment
above the elevator. Outside the home is
no less impressive. It sits on half an
acre with handlaid ceramic tiles in the
formal pool, lush hedges, fountains, and
access to nearby upscale Larchmont
Village. Hancock Park is home to many
Hollywood elite and Aussy's Home sits on
one of its most exclusive streets, South
Hudson Avenue. Though not the highest
priced home in the neighborhood, it
holds something even rarer. True rock
and roll history. From the foggy streets
of Birmingham to the sundrenched avenues
of Los Angeles, Azie Osborne lived a
life few could imagine. He was the
architect of heavy metal, the unfiltered
father figure in reality TV, and a voice
that inspired generations. But behind
the fame, the chaos, and the music,
there was a man who definitely found
comfort in the walls of his homes,
places where he healed, created, and
reflected. These were more than just
houses. They were sanctuaries. As we
remember the legacy of Aussie Osborne,
we remember not just the stages that he
conquered, but the homes that held his
most personal moments. Rest well,
Aussie. The world will never forget you.
