Our Struggle for Democracy

I have never known a force greater than the people's strength. This is how the people responded to the biggest attack against their will. It did not disappear, it did not hide. While someone was watching the coup attempt on TV while drinking coffee, he bravely took to the field. He defended the national will many times, and when the day came, he revealed his soul. Can you imagine? F-16s are flying over Atatürk Airport. Why did we buy these F-16s? We bought them to defend this country against the enemy. We put our heads on this road, on this happy cause. We came here on this road with our lives and our shrouds. Turkey's political history was full of periods when the national will was interrupted at certain periods. A team was needed to bravely defend democracy in order to break this vicious cycle. The leader of AKP, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, was the one who strongly argued that sovereignty only belonged to the people. His journey was full of difficulties. He had signed historical services in Istanbul. All plans were made to prevent him. He was wanted to be cut off by making an excuse for the poem he read. He believed in the people, and he said that this song would not end here. Because the buildings, the domes, the mosques, the mosques are our chest. The militants are soldiers. It was a difficult road to protect democracy. On this road, all kinds of obstacles, including prisons and political bans, were overcome. As a result, the AKP was born with the great support of the people. Today will be the birthday of the AKP, founded by people who love service to Turkish political history. In Turkey, nothing will be the same as before. Some days, the AKP was tried to be cut off with slander and some days with closing lawsuits. Republican rallies were held with the support of CHP. According to our constitution, we are responsible for the prime minister because of his duties and authorities. The source of power is the people. In the elections in which the AKP entered, the people's will was at work, and obstacles were overcome with the power of the chest. From 2002 to 2023, the people gave the task of governing Turkey to the AKP and Recep Tayyip Erdogan in every election. No one has lost today. All of the 85 million have won. Years passed, Turkey was growing and getting stronger. Those who realized that they could not defeat Erdogan in the chest, changed the game once again. They mobilized the streets and tried to hit the national will with provocations. CHP was still on patrols. The march was suppressed with Erdogan's upright stance. The people were proud of the strong will of the vandalism on the streets. As in all of Turkey, the people of Ankara expressed their support by pouring into the streets from the Esenboğa airport to the city center and welcoming Erdogan. As long as this life is in this tent, we have no account to give to anyone other than God. It is not some marginal groups who ask us, it is the people who ask us. The place of accountability in the nation is the chest. When the street provocations were unsuccessful, the FETÖ came into action. In the period of 17-25 December, the national will was targeted with the coup d'etat. The people broke this dirty game with their strong support. The FETÖ, which could not find what it was looking for, this time attacked the coup with the weapons it stole from the people. On July 15, Erdogan, the president of the Republic, wrote the history of democracy by going out into the streets. The children of the people were prevented from the coup attempt with their bare hands. The millions who filled the squares said, the decision was ours. The iron will of the people regretted that the coup d'etat took place on the streets. The CHP, which made the coup a reality by saying that the coup was right when the conditions were met, revealed that it did not change today with its cover-up coup threats. I know the day I will invite to the streets. I know the day you will fall. But don't let me invite this nation to the streets. President Erdogan, however, overcame all obstacles with the support of the people. He struggled with all injustices and lawlessness, with attempts outside of democracy, while remaining within the law. We will ask the account of lawlessness within the law again. Erdogan did not bow to the threats and always stood upright. Only the people drew his path and direction. As long as Allah supports our people, no one in this country who does not take his power from the national will will not be able to move his horse.
