Beginning of motorcycle adventure in NORWAY 2021 - going solo [S1 - E1, Røldalsfjellet]

Hey there! All right, Arnold is all packed up and ready for an adventure again. It'll be a pretty short one this time. I got like four or five, maybe six days. I don't really have a specific plan for where I'm going. I got some ideas. I want to see if I can find some gravel roads and test that for the first time. Otherwise, I just want to relax, enjoy myself, have fun, go wherever the sun is. Half the trip with about 30 minutes in tunnels, which are not exactly my favorite, especially not the one running underneath the ocean. But I guess we're just gonna have to hit the gas and get out of there. It's so nice and sunny. Let's hope it stays like this for most of the trip. That would be more than expected, but really nice. I'm always confused coming to the ferry because some of them want the motorcycles to go in the front and others hate it. So I never know. I'm just being polite and getting in the queue. Like everyone else. What a day. I always make sure to put a little bit on the side, just that way it's more stable with the waves and everything. In fact, the road might be closed for some reason. Let's see what that man in yellow has to say. So I'm not exactly sure what to do. We're at the roadblock and it's about an hour and a half until they open again. I could go back quite a bit and then drive another direction or I could wait here and then just have lunch and wait. What to do? So I decided on waiting and right now I'm just having a cup of coffee served by the road worker and I'll just have some lunch. I brought some eggs with me. It's not the worst weather to wait in. I can do this. We are in Söda and we are about to start riding over the mountain to Röllal and I heard it's supposed to be a super nice ride. So let's see what the fuss is about. Roadblocks. Shapes are so unpredictable. Can you stay there please? Thank you. Let's take a look at this view guys. They are literally just blocking the road, aren't they? You're not gonna pass here. When I did my trip this summer, I promised myself when I got back I was gonna get one of those comfortable bags to inflate my sleeping mat. Look at me now. Still almost passing out from over there.
