Everything I'm about to show you are real ancient Egyptian artifacts and I'm going to walk you
through a bit about what I know about each of these things and where I saw it. So let's start
with Elephantine Island. There was lots to see there but this stone box was so amazingly perfect.
It was mind-blowing and so it was in an area where they didn't like you to go into but you give the
guard a few dollars and they let you go and have a little wander around but it was
unbelievable and there wasn't just one there was another one as well. Now this is a close-up of
what they call a sacrificial table but here's a bigger version and I think I saw this
at the old Cairo Museum. I can't quite remember but there were quite a few I saw along the way.
This I saw at a place called El Todd and I found out later it's the symbol for the 13 months
calendar. This next one is in the old Cairo Museum so I have seen a wooden version of this as well
in Turkey but stone as a press I'm kind of a bit surprised about that but that's what they say it
is. The next thing is just a weird combination of symbols. Then there's one of my favourite
WAS characters. It's just such a cute face. It looks like it's alive. Then we've got some tridents
that are balancing what looks like the top of an ankh. This one's an interesting one because
it's something to do with an egg and that's one of the the weird gods there as well.
This one I'm pretty sure that was a dendera but I didn't get to find out what it was for.
Now this one is just the close-up of one of those triple statues that are in the old
Cairo Museum. I think they're greywack and they're of carvery. Next one I believe that's water
pouring so that's easy to say. This one is supposed to be holding the sky but to me that really does
look like people walking around carrying blocks but hey what do you think about that? I saw a lot
of that. This one well complete mystery to me. Now where did I see it? I can't remember.
And this one I think this was El Todd as well. Oh this one was in the Museum of Civilization.
It was part of a measuring rod or ruler. I can't remember where I found this next one.
I suspect it was Bubastis but I'm not 100% sure. It just seemed interesting and once again I can't
remember. Oh this is a good one. This is a really good one but I can't remember off the top of my
head where I actually saw it. Could be the Valley of the Kings but yeah I'm not 100% sure. Then of
and some of them are pretty hard to get into but they're really worth it. Now we're looking at
something that looks a bit like a ball on a stand. Once again I don't know what exactly what it's
supposed to mean but it's pretty interesting and another slightly different version of a ball on a
and then we have the Dendera glyphs of the helicopter and other technological looking
items which are really just two glyphs overlapping each other. One of the archaeologists said
in Egyptology there are no accidents so I don't really know what that means.
And just another really interesting little one that popped out at me. I can't remember where.
The next one is Dendera again and I think it was part of one of the Zodiac glyphs but it looked
very interesting. This one and this one. Oh not sure where I saw those. This one was in one of
the crypts and it got my attention. This one was in one of the museums and this one I think was
in the old Cairo museum. It's really mind-blowing when you look at it closely. This one I can't
quite remember. Yeah sorry about that but it's pretty interesting. This one is fascinating
because there's just so much in it to see and wherever I saw the winged goddesses or the winged
gods or just anybody wearing the winged cloaks I just had to take a picture because it reminds me
quite strongly of some dreams that I've had. So I believe this next one is supposed to be some
kind of pillar but it's really very interesting if it is a pillar. The next one is part of another
one of the Zodiac things. I think this was Esna so the ones in Dendera were more blue.
So this one I also think is Esna and I'm not sure what it's supposed to mean either.
And a few more things that look kind of technology but I'm sure there's a perfectly
normal explanation for them. And this one's from a Tutankhamun exhibition. It's a jar obviously
made of alabaster but it's extraordinary, absolutely extraordinary. Then this next one is
just an interesting collection of what looks like plants or flowers and I'm very interested in
anything that has to do with plants when it comes to ancient Egypt. And this one looks like an
infinity of some kind, an infinity that goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on.
So it's an interesting symbol. So that's just a few of some of the weird and wonderful things I've
seen. I've got heaps more photos and videos. These are just a few that I quickly put together from
out of my photo collection. So if you find it interesting, let me know. I'll try and find some
more. Okay, thanks. Bye.
