Hey it's Nam. Join me in this Okinawa adventure where I explore beautiful beaches,
food, culture and scenic sites. Let's go to Okinawa. Good morning from Okinawa. I am staying at Prince
Hotel Ginowan. I've got a very nice ocean view room. Fortunately the weather is overcast. It was
raining last night when I got here. I've got two twin bed spaces, nice furniture, very comfortable.
to a different hotel. I'm gonna be staying in different parts of Okinawa, the mainland.
So stay tuned. So this is a pretty nice hotel. Not too big, not too small. I paid $566.79
for four nights including taxes and fees. My room rate includes breakfast every morning,
buffet breakfast, nice facilities, spa, souvenir shops, laundromat,
fitness center, two pools, indoor and outdoor. So since it's very overcast and looks like it might
start raining at any moment, I am gonna probably go to a shopping mall and walk around the area.
Across the street is the beach already and a park, a beach park. So I'm gonna check that out.
It's like a food court here. More restaurants on the second and third floor.
There's another big food court on the second floor. Baskin Robbins, A&W. I am torn between
Okinawan noodles and a barbecue place. I decided on Okinawan soba. Okinawan soba.
This is under $10. I paid pork slices, fish cake, scallions.
Still hungry. Portions here are very small. I'll get something else later on.
So this is the second day. It's been raining again all morning. Was thundering a few hours ago
and it's gonna be like this for the rest of the day. So I'm gonna go to Kokusai Dori where all
restaurants and shops are. Try some local food.
So it is five o'clock. I've been walking all day at the room and the weather hasn't
gotten any better so I'm just gonna go work out. Might as well use the gym.
