[Music] hey guys it's tom here hope you're having a great day in today's video i want to share with you my current obsessions and favorites in beauty and awareness category instead of doing one three favorite videos like i used to i decided that i wanted to share with you the products i've been using for at least a month or so and share them with you periodically every few months as always all the product links and promo codes will be listed down below without further ado let's get started i love wearing nail polish however most nail polishes are they contain a lot of harmful ingredients and i've been looking for good quality vegan nail polishes and a while ago madame glam reached out to me and sent me a few of the vegan gel nail polishes packaging is great they also sent me a base coat and a top coat and a mini led lamp for quick drying this is one of their pretty colors i'm wearing this is some very pretty i would say um more like a nude color but it has some glitter to it and i really love it based in new york and uh there are nail polishes uh certified by vegan.org they are free of all the harmful chemicals and uh they are creatively so i'm really into like really soft colors right now pastels like all news like this one and i got two other colors from them and this one's called lovesick and this is a very pretty purple lavender color this one also has some glitter to it very soft and pretty it sounds out and another color i got from them this one's called the wish this is a very pretty mint color i love it as well they have a lot of pretty nice colors that i'm really into right now and their customer service is great they have a vip program where you can get discounts moving on to hair products i live in warm human climate so i have to be choosy about what i use for my hair and i've been in search for good shampoo that works for my hair my hair is texture is naturally wavy medium to fine i cannot use anything that weighs my hair down because of my hair texture i found this shampoo and hair conditioner this is called chi or chi aloe vera with agave nectar car defining shampoo and i also got the conditioner too and it's a hair oil i've been using this for about two months now because of the weather i wash my hair almost every day this is gentle enough to use for my hair almost every day hair conditioner is not too heavy hydrating enough also this hair oil from the same line these ones are not too greasy provides just the right amount of hydration for my hair and so far i'm really happy with the product and hair care routine is very simple i just washed and conditioned with this hair product line and after i towel dry my hair uh just uh apply a few pumps of this hair oil uh starting a dance and um then blow dry my hair and that's it another product i've been really obsessed with is this uh silk pillow case from silk silky i've been sleeping on this for quite some time about three or four months now and i made a video about it i think the video was called uh my relaxing nighttime routine anyway um i cannot live without this pillowcase i even take it with me when i travel silk pillowcases are really good for your hair and skin so that's another product that i've been using and loving i'm not taking care of myself on the outside like hair skin of course your health is important and i take my oral health and hygiene pretty seriously and i recently i switched my toothpaste to this karmical biorhythmic or hygiene set karmica their company is based in belgium their two spaces is a very innovative and interesting product i've been using this for about a month now and i used to experience sensitivity a lot and that's gone i was like wow and i'm really happy with it and not only that the tree space contains no fluoride my teeth feel stronger my gums feel better and overall like inside my mouth feels happy each toothpaste this one awake you use in the morning contains natural ingredients to get started on your day and one in the evening this one is a charcoal-based toothpaste and contains natural ingredients that helps you sleep better at night so with the toothpaste i've been brushing with this electric toothbrush to be honest with you i was never into using electric toothbrushes before but this one has changed my mind the brand is empties and um the company reached out to me a few months ago and sent me this i really like it the brush is detachable and they also gave me like two extra brush heads has like three speeds sensitive clean and white um i just use a sensitive one that's uh strong enough for me it has a rechargeable battery uh you just plug this into your usb port and has a good battery life which i really appreciate probably friendly as well and um my teeth feel really cleaner and i cut down on the brushing time by about half last but not the least is this book a gentle reminder by bianca sparashina and i've already finished this book but i just read the page or two sometimes we all have those days when we need a gentle reminder this is a very good book and i highly recommend it it's available on amazon and they also have a podcast this um thought catalog books
