happy new year it's time here hope you
all have started the new year off with a
new fitness goal
staying healthy and active today's video
is in partnership with progana pro
canada produces quality and lab tested
all on topical cbd products
and it is a new year and uh if you are
interested in running your first 5k
or just us want to start running
i have some tips and advices here
i've been around all my life and i've
competed
for a while i am retired from
competition now
and i can give you some tips and help
you
get started running and
possibly maybe run your first 5k
and for me i still run um just to stay
fit and
my body will probably go out of luck if
i stop running because i've been running
for a while
and um
and i'm getting a little bit older and i
have aches and pains and uh i've been
using
cvd and annika
from progana this is a topical product
the cannabis plant has two compounds thc
and cbd
thc is smooth altering habit forming
illegal in many states
cbd is not mood altering not hard
forming and
not legal in 50 states
and arnica is a plant said to have
anti-inflammatory and antibacterial
properties
this is a lauren so you just
roll it on
onto your legs or
neck or shoulders or back or wherever
you are having aches and pains and this
is very
fast acting
non-greasy and fast absorbing
and it lasts for a while too
and it has honestly helped me recover
faster
so this is very easy to use let's shake
it
i often get neck pains uh i do a lot of
working from the computer massage it in
starts working very fast
and it's not greasy and uh the smell is
not overwhelming either
my legs sometimes too
and my legs are feeling a little sore
and i also have the the spray on
this one contains a
little bit more cbd this one contains
375
milligrams
the wrong contains 250
milligrams of cbd
spray-on is very convenient
for how to reach areas like really
your back where you can't reach all that
well this is a very convenient
and now also for large areas
i sometimes just spray on my arms
just rub it in
oh you need to shake this as well and
like
back area
how to reach areas
just
rub it in
so if pain is something that's keeping
you from achieving your fitness goal or
disrupting your um everyday life
then definitely give these pro kind of
topical products a try um i'll do my
promo code and link in the description
below
so after a few weeks of using
these topical cbd products i can
honestly say like
i recover faster
and
the products work really fast and
they are long-lasting
it keeps you pain-free for
quite some time
and
even if you don't run and you just want
to improve the quality of life you sit
at the desk and do a lot of work sitting
and you have neck pains and shoulder
pains
it really works well for those pains as
well cbd products are used by olympic
and professional athletes as well
especially now the
well doffing organization has approved
the use of some cbd products
ok back to running how to start running
it's very simple running is a very
simple sport so sometimes that makes it
difficult as well
but uh my advice for beginners is that
just put on your running shoes don't
worry about how fast you're going start
running
for about five to ten minutes
at a time
5k is 3.1 miles and uh it's kind of a
tricky distance in my opinion
it's not that long but it's not that
short
and
after you're able to run 10 minutes
straight at a time
just gradually build up from there
at about
two to three minutes
at a time each time you run and see how
you feel and uh
also wear a gps watch so you can see how
many miles you can run
for a certain amount of time
and
it takes about 30 to 40 minutes
for most beginners to complete the 5k
3.1 miles
so um after you're able to run 15
minutes at a time add another 5 to 10
minutes to your run
each time you go out for a run
and build it up to running 30 to 40
minutes
and this process of breathing up to 30
to 40 minutes if you are complete
beginner
should only take about a month or month
and half
if you like only run like every other
day
or
every two days or so
it just depends on you based on how you
feel as well so if you're having like
severe muscle aches and pains joint
pains
or you're really tired then don't really
force it and
give your body a break because it takes
a while for your body to adjust to this
new level of activity
running is a full body spot so
if you
are beginner
just kind of pay attention to your
posture as well because uh if you are
hunched over if you have bad posture
when you run
it can lead to injury so
try to stay upright when you're running
but relaxed and most importantly have
fun running
and
running takes time to develop
end of this consistency
never know how fast or how far you can
run thank you for watching stay healthy
and active see you in my next video
