Relaxing Nighttime Routine with SILKSILKY 🌙 Tips for Better Sleep, Skin & Hair #nightwear

Hey guys, it's Tam here. Today I'd like to share with you how I relax and wind down at night. Today's video was made possible with collaboration with Silk Silky. Getting a good night's sleep is very important for your health and also for productivity and the best way for me to wind down and get a good night's sleep is to number one, wear something you feel super good in. I've been wearing silk nightgowns for a few years now and recently Silk Silky sent me a few of their nightgowns, sleep night dresses basically and I really love them. If you've watched my other videos, you know I really love silk products and I've been getting better night's sleep since I started sleeping on silk pillowcases and started sleeping in these silk nightgowns. In the evening I love taking a hot shower, soak in a hot tub if I have time and then sleep into one of these nightgowns. So this one I'm wearing is lace split hem silk nightgown sleep dress. Very nice simple design, lace details here, v-neck, split hem dress. So the hems right here the split and the split hem also has the lace details and this nightgown comes in four other different colors. The color I'm wearing this is beige and the back looks like this. I've got another nightgown here, this one's also a slip dress, simple design, short sleeves, lace detail at the neck, v-neck, split hem. This color I'm wearing is purple gray and comes in three other different colors. Very nice sheen, love this color. So these nightgown sleep dresses are super comfortable to be in. I sometimes just lounge around in them during the day when I know I'm not going anywhere and yeah these are so comfortable and nice to be in. The silk products are made of 100% mulberry silk. They also have separate pajama sets. I personally love these sleep dresses. I think they're more comfortable and they're more romantic as well and they also specialize in bedding and bedding accessories. They also sent me this eye mask. So one of my favorite things to do in the evening to wind down is of course do my skincare and after I take a shower, take a bath, I put on lotions on my skin, do my skincare on my face and a better way to wear an eye mask for your skincare to sink really into your skin especially around your delicate eye area and especially during the winter the skin around your eyes can really get a beating. Fortunately for me, I live in a warm climate but I'm in air conditioning and I can be very dry and eye mask can really help your skincare products sink into your delicate eye area and this silk eye mask it comes in other colors. I've got this in pink and the other side is black actually and it has this elastic band. The elastic band is adjustable. What I love about this is that it is quite big so it blocks any kind of light. Feels so soft and silky and so comforting and this definitely helps me sleep better. They also sent me this silk pillowcase. This is in like a steel gray color and I've been sleeping on silk pillowcases for quite some time now and it has made a huge difference in my hair. Silk is good for your skin too. It's really no wrinkles when you wake up in the morning and once you sleep on one of these silk pillowcases, you can't go back to sleeping on anything else. Another thing I do to help me get a better night's sleep is I give myself a head massage. I just use my fingertips, apply gentle pressure starting around the base of my neck, massage around the temples and do this for a few minutes and this is super relaxing. They also sent me this silk scarf. It's a square shaped scarf. I love this because it's in solid color so it's very versatile and it goes with pretty much anything I wear. So silk scarves, especially with a square scarf like this, I just fold this in half just wear it as a headband.
