Boca Grande - finding shells at Gasparilla State Park. What is the deal with the 2 lighthouses?

Boca Grande was an adorable town and I had fun looking for shells and snorkeling over at Gasparilla State Park. Boca Grande was a beautiful quaint town and the state park is known for fishing and snorkeling, which I tried in my quest to find sea shells.

There are 2 lighthouses on this island, which was very confusing as I didn't know which was which and what each were called. I did my research and I'll share what I learned about the original Port Boca Grande Lighthouse and the Historica Gasparilla Island Light.
