Freewing Panther F9F-5 70mm 6S EDF Jet
4000 mah 6S Flight
All right, we got the maiden flight of the F9F Panther, 70 millimeter.
We're just running a 4000 spectrum smart battery in there with a spectrum 8-channel receiver for
reverse thrusting, and if we decide to add anything else. Retractable landing gear,
removable nose cone. I'm sure there's a hundred videos out here of this,
and it slides in, slides off. Detachable quick connect wings on it, so
two little grippies. Well, if I can get the camera going right. Those two little tabs there,
you just pull them together and the wing slides right out. Pretty nice landing gear on it.
A little windy, but we're going to see what we can do here. So
we'll do a control surface check on it. Right, left, up, down. All right,
let's see how this goes. I'm going to pass the camera off to my camera crew here,
and we'll get our out there and no navigation lights or anything. I'll probably add some of
those later on. And we'll go see our high rates, take off flaps. So the wind's coming in from left
to right with a little bit of a cross. Give it enough runway because I don't know how much we're
a slow pass. We'll drop the flaps all the way down. We're riding with the wind right now, so
flaps up. We'll come back in for one more pass and drop the flaps. Try to get her slowed down.
Flaps back up. Pretty good flying jet. I just started flying a few months ago. Time remaining
drop the gear on this next pass here. Been flying it kind of hard. Looks like I got the CG and
everything down, so. 20 seconds. Do a gear pass. 10. Looks like the wind died down just now.
to be that much, but I guess it's a good thing we got the reverse thrust to keep me out of the
grass. Pretty smooth landing. It's a real nice flying jet. Pretty happy with it. There you have
it. All right, thanks for watching. That's the 70mm F5F Panther. Thanks for watching. Like,
subscribe, make some comments. I'm a noob pilot, so any tips, tricks, or anything to help me out
to get better, let me know. Thanks.
