Welcome to my 5-minute stomach vacuum workout.
It's used for improving the posture, tightening the waistline and strengthening the core.
Breathe in through your nose, filling your lungs completely with air.
Try to expand your rib cage and lower belly as much as possible.
Slowly exhale through your mouth, pulling in your belly button towards your spine.
Imagine you're trying to get your belly button to touch your spine as deeply as possible.
Inhale again to release the contraction.
As you exhale, tighten your abdominal muscles and keep them engaged by pulling your stomach inwards.
Release the contraction and breathe in.
Now pull your stomach inwards and hold the contraction.
We have 30 seconds of rest to change the position.
Take the time to focus on your breath.
When you're ready, exhale through your mouth, pulling in your belly button towards your spine.
Inhale again to release the contraction.
And again, tighten your abdominal muscles and keep them engaged by pulling your stomach inwards.
And release.
Exhale again and tighten your abdominal muscles.
Inhale again.
Pull your stomach inwards and focus on keeping your breathing steady while holding the contraction.
Don't let your chest rise. Keep the movement centered in your abdomen.
Release the contraction and come to a seated position.
Pull your stomach inwards and slowly twist your upper body.
Take a deep breath and exhale.
Tighten your abdominal muscles and keep them engaged.
And release. Breathe in and out.
Pull in and twist your upper body.
Inhale again.
One last time. Exhale, tighten your abdominal muscles
and keep them engaged by pulling your stomach inwards.
Thank you for joining me. See you next time.
