We're going to do a top end. We're going to do the suspension linkage. We're going to do some stuff
to the suspension. We're going to show you what we're going to do. We're also going to put some
different products in the motor to try and fix some of the inherited problems by CAS.
Putting our 24 KTM 300 SX back together, we're going to make some definite changes to this.
We're going to use this pin it thing for the pressure switch to relocate it up here so it
doesn't get any backwash in it so it gives proper readings and it doesn't leak. We've already honed
the cylinder, cleaned the power valves. We've got a brand new Wosner piston on there we're going to
run. Another thing we're doing is we're changing, we're doing another pin it racing thing. We're
changing the reed stoppers to just this fiberglass band right there. We'll clean up the bottom end
and give it more power through the range. We're also going to run a different dome in the head.
This dome changes the squish and gives it less compression but more mid to top end power.

On our 300 SX little project bike, we're doing the the motor on. We did some motor work too. Now
we're doing the suspension. We revalve the shock. We're going to put a linkage on it,
different linkage. Now this is the forks. We're revalving the forks. This is the mid-speed
valving. I've already changed it to our spec and then the compression valvings to our spec
and we're also going to change, this is the stock compression post. We're also going to change it to
a sub-valve style one which this is the sub-valve valving that's going to go on this.
So we will have a low-speed sub-valve in this fork. Now we're putting the mid-speed and rebound
together. Okay this is our sub-valve we are installing in the compression with a compression
post. Always use a little Loctite on this stuff. And now that's installed, we'll install the
sub-valve valve stack. That's our sub-valve valve stack. Now we are putting on the compression
now we've revalved the forks. It's going to be putting them back on. I like to torque the
lowers at 15 Newton meters and usually do the tops at 20. Our 300SX job is done. We did a
fork revalve, put the low-speed sub-valve in. We did some engine work, topped in. We did some
other high-performance components. We did a shock revalve and a bladder conversion.
And we also changed the linkage. We put a complete pro-circuit linkage on.
