Yes, I love it. はい、大好きです。 Which one do you like the most? 何が一番好きですか? I like salmon roll the most. イクラが一番好きです。 What is this? これは何ですか? This is wasabi. これはわさびです。 It's spicy. 辛いです。 たこ焼き I went to Osaka. 大阪へ行きました。 When did you go? いつ行きましたか? I went there last week. 先週行きました。 I ate takoyaki. たこ焼きを食べました。 Takoyaki is the local speciality of Osaka. たこ焼きは大阪名物です。 I want to eat it again. また食べたいです。 Would you like to do a takoyaki party? たこパーをしませんか? That's a good idea. いいですね。 そば Let's eat soba noodle with deep fried tofu. きつねそばを食べましょう。 fox I'm afraid I can't eat a fox. きつねはちょっと。 What about soba noodle with a tempura crust? たぬきそばはどうですか? raccoon dog たぬき I don't want to eat anything. なにも食べたくないです。 What's wrong? The reason why the soba is named きつねそば which means fox soba is because in Japan, it is believed that the fox likes to eat 油揚げ deep fried tofu. Regarding the name of たぬきそば which means raccoon dog soba, one theory says that Japanese term for without main toppings 種抜き sounds similar to たぬき.
