have created my own VPN server with the same technique and I have given it to my sister now she starts the VPN and selects India in the country so now the moment she wants to access JioHotstar in her laptop or PC so earlier what used to happen guys the browser used to detect that this is Nepal's IP address this will not work in India but the moment my sister turned on the VPN and selected the country India so the moment whatever traffic you will have first it will go to your VPN server and VPN server will convert that IP address to India's IP address so even though you are in Nepal but you are using your VPN so it will show you India's IP address so guys what I said to you means to your browser so what your browser will feel that this request is coming from India's IP address so I will to set up a VPN server there so that's why two steps first I recommend that if you are buying for the first time then simply click on open VPN and continue else in this video I am saying again I simply select Ubuntu I click on next I have to fill the address on the next page and I have to complete the part of the bill and once I complete the billing basically payment then I get a prompt where you are asking me to fill the root password this is very important because you can access your VPN from the terminal you can do a lot from there so this is the root password so write the root password properly and click on next now it is initializing and boom! this is it your VPN is set up if you have selected your VPN from the operating system through open VPN then your open VPN would have been set up already ok but hold on for a while I will tell you that step and that's step number 2 here I am assuming that you have your own VPN server so guys on the left hand side you can see we have a map bar multiple menus where you have to select OS and panel and you have to select the application so here you can see very clearly that you can see so many applications here so here you have to see open VPN and click on it so the moment you click on open VPN you get a prompt it says change OS so guys don't worry at all ok just click on ok and on the second prompt you get a tick basically a check box it is clearly written there that the moment you select this all your data or files will be deleted basically deleted so best please keep your backup I have already uploaded a video on this keep your backup ok so tick and click on next now from here it is asking you the password of the panel so what is the meaning of panel password here panel password means that you are setting up a VPN server so obviously when you have to turn on the VPN so guys you will need some software so when you click on that software it asks for username and password so that password is the password of this panel so the password that is asking you here write it very well because this is the one you need to access your VPN server ok so once you write the password then simply confirm or click on next and this is it now you can see on top you can see recreating your server so guys once this is done step no.3 so guys step no.3 is that we have already set up our own VPN so we have already installed open VPN basically we have set it up so guys in step no.3 you don't need to go anywhere on the same page on the top you will see a section of open VPN and on the right hand side you will see a button manage app simply click on it you will see a page which can be a little risky but believe me there is no tension click on advance proceed to enter and then which is open VPN login page so here you have to your username and password password is your panel password username is always open VPN and here you can see how you can access your username and then you have to login this is it the moment you log in you will see download button where by default it senses which operating system you are using I am using windows that's why I can see windows but in multiple options like mac or linux or different OS if you want you can do it but by default you get it so simply you have to click on download once it is downloaded then simply you have to install it so basically we are installing our VPN client so guys once your VPN is installed properly you can see application opens again you can see an option basically like dark mode or light mode option basically so if you turn it on it asks your password type password and then enter and boom this is it so guys your IP address is your VPN is created and we turned it on so guys you can easily go to browser and check your IP address you can
