The Indus Valley civilizations grew wheat, traded with Mesopotamia, and lived in peace. There were no giant kings, no pyramids, no wars within their walls. Instead, a society built on equality and order. But then, something strange happened. Around 1900 BC, this prosperous city began to collapse. The wells dried up. The streets became empty. And within a few centuries, the civilization was extinct. No one knows exactly why. Was it a massive earthquake? A severe drought? Or something darker? This is where things get even more terrifying. Archaeologists discovered skeletons lying on the streets of Mohenjo-daro, people frozen in their last moments, as if something had instantly wiped them out.
