Oh What's up everybody welcome back to the channel So I made it to North Vancouver and believe it or not There is actually three mountains with lift access in Vancouver and only one bike park and this bike park is brand new this year It's out here at Grass Mountain. So this is my first time here. I look forward to checking out the trail I just went the top of the mountain to have lunch with a view on Vancouver I encourage you to check that out. This was incredible. Now, let's get gear up and let's go shred Sylvain, stoked to ride your first day at Grass Mountain or what? First day, first time, yes First lap on Grass Mountain So Sylvain, this guy in front of me, he's a big reason of why I'm in Canada Met him in France, used to shred with him in France and here we are in Vancouver now So far so good Hugo, is this a mountain bike or a dirt bike? Because you're going really fast Wow, look at that view Oh wow Nice You guys okay? Okay, have a good one. Yeah Oh, that's cool Excuse him, he's French The black jump trail that they're building Hopefully that's gonna be ready this summer. I look sick Look at this. It's gonna be some some skinnies. Yeah With the pink nice drop at the end. We'll leave that to the Canadian here Good views of the terrain So it's gonna be really fun to ride Maybe let's do the take now. Yeah. Yeah. Oh buddy. I'm scared Thanks a lot I've never gone to the right here Okay, Sylvain. Paper cuts, paper shredder. That's number two Wow This is really cool So that's pretty epic. That's fun. That was really cool Classic Whoa Let me move that Maybe I can get a job with a trail crew Man, this is so fun. Almost looks like a World Cup track super fresh with a bunch of lines Sylvain I had to do some trail maintenance Yeah, thank you for doing it yeah, that's such a fun track. That's really cool. Yeah, I really like that That's so good And that's a Burmese trail super fun. Tight turns. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing hard. Oh well It's nice to be small sometimes Thank you, that was sick Thank you How do you like the 37s? I really like them. Yeah Rode the 38 in the back for a bit, but I like these for racing because they're a bit lengthier. Yeah Yeah, they have more give Yeah, the stiff are supposed to be a bit stronger, so this is stiffer, but I really like the 37s. Yeah. Thank you Okay, another lap in beautiful grass Okay, so lettuce wrap on our grass roots. So apparently there's a big drop coming up It looks a little soft in the middle Sylvain, I've seen what you can do on the bike for the past 15 years. I think you got this Okay, you go first? Sylvain first try That was a bit fast. You go first try I'm gonna do a run in as I always do Okay slow and little pop first attempt of the drop drop nice This is cool. Yeah, you landed a perfect Remy. Oh, thank you You are a guinea pig for me so I could see that you are going fast and Trim down a little bit the speed so Thanks Sylvain Thanks you go as well Okay, so the two dads haven't done the second drop yet, so I'm gonna follow Leif. He's actually my noble wheel teammate so Let's go Slow before the bridge because it's slippery Perfect That was awesome That bridge is definitely gonna be slick if it's wet, but because the jump is small you don't need to carry speed anyway So it's good. The dads made it. The dads made it You're on a downhill bike so it's okay I feel super confident on my new pedals Time Shisto clipping in and out super easy Like instant Nice Lap number four. All this in probably less than an hour. Okay, let's just wrap Yeah, Sylvain That was really fun. It's good, huh? Yeah So there's like a few tree lines that you can do. Yeah, we all took the low line, but it was high I was fast because everybody knows that you speed up your videos Good one, Sylvain, good one You're gonna have to speed up your riding, Sylvain Hey, I almost missed the corner I was touching your rear wheel I know, I almost didn't make the corner because I looked at the guy on the left There's a guy on the left and I just looked at him and when I put my eyes on the tread, I was missing the corner So far we've done four laps of Grasse Bike Park. It's been pretty great for me, but Hugo, what do you think? Oh, it's amazing. I think it's good that we have this on the non-shore It's great that we have this on the non-shore I do the real-time translation for the French viewers Because in the comments it's a bit laggy Like always, French people that are lagging That's pretty mint, good variety What do you think? Yeah, I think it's really fun.
