Parkland Golf and Country Club

Hi, my name is Leah Plotkin and my partner is Ruben Weitz. We are realtors with Berkshire Hathaway Florida Realty. We would like to introduce you to Parkland Golf and Country Club with a unique 18-hole championship golf course designed by golf icon Greg Norman. Set on approximately 791 acres, luxury echoes throughout the community and is exquisitely distinguished in the landscape and the residences, water features and brick roads. This is Parkland's Florida's most prestigious and unique country club communities. This is a very private location and yet it is only minutes from the Sawgrass Expressway. Shopping, movies and all A-rated schools are just minutes away. The community is activity driven with things to do for every age. Bars, restaurants, tennis complex, full state-of-the-art gym, kids activity center and full spa facilities. The golf course is optional and a non-equity club. A resort style pool, splash pool, quiet pool as well as a busy pool rivals any of those at the most exclusive resorts. There is no social membership or food fee. All the facilities except golf are included in your monthly maintenance fee. You only pay for private lessons. Both new construction and resale homes start in the 600 range and go to well over three million for a custom home.
