[GOLD] Katrina LEHIS 🇪🇪v Vlada KHARKOVA 🇺🇦 | Fencing World Championships 2025 - Tbilisi | Women Epee

You know, but you mentioned earlier that in the in the In the eight it was five of eight No, but but not not in terms of that, but you were talking about I guess it's both Embrick and lay his Using pistol grips, yeah And Lance is getting her arm out Which I think makes it easier For her clip to either get a block out or or or a beat to get inside the point Well, actually those lights are exceptionally bright There you go, okay very busy your hands very busy a little herky-jerky in and out motion I find anything the blade Wham right in the middle latest huge length advantage I'll bet there will be some corrective measures taken Yes You know a lot of people come on to one to the paste and go oh no, it's the tall lady and and Karkova is reading this. Yeah, really well Seems more active now coming into this second period Being active without really committing herself Again looking for that opening and finding it And she was in the she was in the ninth and final leg and And what she did No slouch and was doing she was doing that she was moving By the time one point and it was a double but she was she was doing exactly what she's doing here going pop Now lay his Realizes that Corrective action needs to be taken So at 8-4 Karkova was pitching almost a perfect game, but she has blinked here in the last two actions That attack from slightly out of distance actually previous that when she got hit I believe on the Ramiz so she's That's because she's doing things that she hasn't been doing he has too much room Wow lay has decided to come out in this third and final period just pushing and it has not worked We're down to the final minute That was well-timed Karkova slightly in politics That's a nice one there by ladies beautiful Time here Too much room to lay his to make mischief Another double Seven point nine four seconds remaining in the match. We're level at 14 We're going to a priority minute to settle this gold medal Lace is holding priority Somebody's gonna have to go for it. Her name is Vlada Harkova. Oh She did it she's done it. Oh my Our 2025 women's epee world champion is Lada Harkova from Ukraine and what? an epic an epic effort seriously What did I say what did I say that that Long reaching those long legs and and all of that isn't necessarily an advantage And when you've got somebody like Bogdan Nikishin in the box And in Natalia Conrad who you know are epic champions They that oh that was that was absolutely epic There's Natalia Conrad going out It's a big hug fest down at the end of the piece Vlada Harkova world champion Just looking around for the for the mass levitation
