4 More Months Until It Begins...

We are less than four months away from 2026 and buckle up because a lot of changes are coming.
Interest rates are probably going to fall in 2026 which could make the unaffordability problem worse
in 2026 while artificial intelligence will probably take more jobs in 2026 and to top
it all off the stock market is probably going to continue to be wild in 2026. But while all
of these changes cause the majority people to freeze and panic, I want you to understand,
hike and prepare and find the opportunity that we can capitalize on whatever's coming in 2026
because everybody has an opinion. Some people say the markets are going to boom. Some people say the
markets are going to crash. You need to know how do you build wealth no matter what's happening
and that's what I'm going to show you in this video. If the stock market fell by 50% tomorrow
what would you do? Some people say I would panic, sell, freak out and never touch another stock.
Others would say I would use that as an opportunity to buy the dip. But you can't buy the dip if you
don't understand number one how do you be prepared, number two how do you be educated and how do you
have a strategy to actually invest your money and this is the key. If you want to build wealth the
markets are going up, the markets are going down or when markets are going sideways you have to know
how to do these three things. So let's talk about how do you do this for the end of 2025 to be
prepared for 2026 and this starts with being prepared. Rule number one before you even think
about investing your money you have to have some emergency savings to protect you and that starts
with having at least $2,000 to protect you against an emergency. This is not your full savings fund
but you got to start somewhere and you want to start with $2,000 sitting there extra to protect
you against something bad happening. Your car breaking, your AC going out, your heater not
working, your kid breaking their arm. You got to have at least $2,000 there to start. If you don't
have $2,000 don't think about investing your money in the stock market or anywhere else.
Get that $2,000 first. Once you got that the next thing you got to do is pay off all of your high
interest debts. If you have credit card debt, if you have payday loans, why are you thinking
about investing your money in the stock market? Get rid of those high interest debts first
because if you're paying 25% in interest on your credit card and the stock market is averaged 10%
a year you would get a better return by paying off your credit cards first. Once you've established
this now you can start thinking about investing your money and this is where you need to have a
system because what every wealthy person does is they give their money a job before they earn the
money. What every broke person in the world does is they make money, they spend money, and then
they wonder where their money went and if there's any money left over that's when they save or
invest what's left. But what wealthy people are doing is they make money, they put money aside
to save, they put money aside to invest, and then they live off of whatever is left and that's where
you need to create a system for you. And one of the simplest rules of thumbs that I teach is to
follow something like 75-15-10 which says for every dollar that you earn from here on out 75
cents is the maximum that you can spend, 15 cents is the minimum that you invest, 10 cents is the
minimum that you save. This way no matter what you do from here on out you're always working to save
and invest your money first whether you make $10,000 a year, $100,000 a year, or a million
dollars a year you're always working to put money aside to save and invest and as you earn more
money you're also saving and investing more money along with that. This way now you have the money
to invest, now you got to know how to actually invest your money because some of you are going
to say buy the dip, some are going to say dollar cost average, some people are going to say I'm
just going to invest in real estate. Well that goes into your investing education and investing
strategy but you have to have the money to invest first because you can see the biggest and best
investment opportunity in the world tomorrow. But if you have no money to invest it doesn't do you
any good. This brings us now to number two, your education on how do you actually invest your money
and this is where I want to remind you that for those of you that are investors or want to become
investors, my team and I at Briefs Pro have put together a free investing masterclass. We'll all
walk you through how you can create a system for investing your money so you can find investment
opportunities before it hits the headlines, before CNBC and Reddits are talking about these
opportunities. It is a free masterclass, we'll all walk you through some of the research that we do
and I'll show you how you can do it as well. If you want to watch this masterclass it's completely
free and as a bonus you're also going to get market briefs which is my newsletter for investors.
Just for joining the masterclass if you want to get all that I have the link for you down in the
description below. This brings us to investing education and there's more than one way to invest
your money because when people think invest your money the majority people think how do I find the
next Tesla? How do I find the next Amazon? But for the majority of Americans that's not how you build
wealth. In fact that's how most people end up losing their money in the markets. You got to know
what's right for you because if you don't want to invest your time, you don't want to listen to
earnings calls, you don't want to read financial statements, great you don't have to. You can be a
passive investor and not have to worry about that. You might not even have to invest in the stock
market. Some of you might say I'm going to invest in real estate, I don't even want to touch stocks.
That's how I started. I started only investing in real estate. I don't know anything about stocks
that came later for me. You have to know what the different opportunities are because the reality
is nowadays there are so many ways to invest your money. If you wanted to invest your money in the
stock market you actually don't even need to find the best stock to invest in because there are
funds that will give you exposure to the total stock market. There are funds that will give you
exposure to the S&P 500. There are funds that will give you exposure to the Dow Jones. There are funds
that will give you exposure to the Nasdaq and you don't have to really do any of the work. You just
find the funds and buy them. Take a look. Now I can't tell you what to do because I'm just a
random guy on YouTube. Investing has risks. You are never guaranteed to make money when you invest.
In fact you will lose money at some point so make sure you always do your own due diligence and
never blindly trust a random guy on YouTube. But there are funds out there that can give you
exposure to the market. For example VTI is an ETF meaning it is an exchange traded fund. All that
means is it is a basket of stocks and you can buy this fund on pretty much any stock brokerage out
there. But VTI will give you exposure to the total stock market. So if you wanted to invest in
the United States stock market you can buy some VTI and you're getting ownership in pretty much
every stock in the stock market. Now maybe you want it to be a little bit more niche. You want
to get a little bit more specific. You wanted to invest in the S&P 500. That's a group of the 500
largest companies in the stock market. There are funds that can give you exposure to that. For
example SPY. SPY again another ETF that can be found on pretty much any brokerage. If you buy
one share of SPY you're getting ownership in pretty much the 500 largest companies in the
stock market. And if one of those companies say Tesla starts to go bankrupt the fund SPY will
kick Tesla out and replace it with another stock and you don't have to do anything. You're just
owning the 500 largest companies. But maybe you want to be a little more niche. You might have
heard of the Dow Jones. The Dow Jones is one of the largest indexes in the United States stock
market history and it's a group of the 30 most prevalent companies in America that give a real
depiction a real basket of the American economy. Well instead of going out and investing in all 30
of those companies you can look at a fund like DIA. DIA gives you exposure to the Dow Jones.
Or you could take a look at the Nasdaq if you wanted to be a little bit more on the riskier
side. The Nasdaq is a group of 100 largest non-financial companies in the stock market.
Most of these are tech. So if you want to invest in the Nasdaq and get exposure to those 100
companies there are funds like QQQ that will give you exposure to all that. This is a way to passively
invest your money where now you don't have to go out and actually do the work to manage a portfolio.
You just find the fund that you want or the funds that you want and you can invest in those funds.
Maybe you want to be a little bit more active. You want to find the next Tesla, the next Amazon.
Great. It takes more work. It takes more time and you have to know the right strategy to do that
or maybe you want to invest in real estate. Well you could do the same thing passive versus active
investing with real estate. Yes you can be a passive real estate investor. If you go to any
real estate conference in your area and they happen all over the country and the world,
every single real estate market has developers and investors that are looking for money to invest.
You can invest your money into their deal, get a piece of ownership and not have to do any of the
work. Now yes you have to do work to actually go to the conference and find these people and
vet the deals but you don't have to actually deal with building the building or actually dealing
with the tenants or actually dealing with any of the legwork for the property. You just have to
find the investment. And if you say well Jaspreet going to the conference and finding these people
is too much work. I don't want to do all that. Well there are websites on the internet,
crowdfunding websites on the internet where you can just invest your money into these real estate
deals and again you're getting exposure to real estate without having to do any of the work.
Yes you can also be an active real estate investor which is you're going to go out and buy properties
and rent it out to other people. Flipping real estate is not investing in real estate. I know
this because I have been involved in the real estate flipping business. It is a lot of work.
When I talk about investing I mean putting your money away somewhere that we don't have to manage
it. When I talk about real estate investing I'm talking about buying a rental property.
Now you hire a team, a property manager specifically that's going to do all the
day-to-day work that way it can be much more passive for you. Today I have a portfolio of
real estate and I don't really do much work at all for it. I review my monthly reports,
property manager and I meet my manager every quarter to discuss all the numbers and everything
that's going on but I don't have to actually physically deal with the property. I don't talk
to the cities. I don't talk to the tenants. The tenants don't know who I am. It's much more
passive but it took me a lot of work to get there. It took me many years to get there. It took me a
lot of headache, a lot of stress but now I'm able to do it much more passively. It is a great
investment opportunity. It has some great tax benefits. You own a physical piece of asset,
something that you can see, feel and touch and it can provide some great cash flow
but it takes more work. So you have to know what the options are and that's what your investing
education is because sometimes there's going to be more opportunities in stocks. Sometimes
there's going to be more opportunities in real estate. Sometimes there's going to be more
opportunities with buying a business outright and you want to be able to understand what the
opportunities are. That way you can go wherever the opportunity is and that's where you have to
also understand that this strategy which is going to go hand in hand with your education because
if you are a passive investor and let's say you want to invest in some of these funds,
how are you going to actually do it and succeed? Because what some people do and the mistake that
they make is to say, sure I'm going to invest in one of these funds or all of these funds
and now I'm just going to invest $5,000 today and let's see what happens. I'm going to hope for the
best. Well that's not actually how you build wealth with this passive strategy. The way you
build wealth with this passive strategy is by following something called A, B, B. Always be
buying and what this means is you want to create a system where every week or every two weeks or
every month, you're going to have money automatically pulled out of your checking
account and invested into whatever funds that you want. It's going to happen automatically.
It should happen passively and it should happen whether markets are going up or down. Make sure
you note that part right here because the mistake so many people make is that when markets go down,
they stop buying. Why? Because now they get scared. They start selling instead. When the
only change you should be making when markets go down is maybe you buy even more aggressively
because we know market crashes happen. We know recessions happen. They've happened every decade
for the last century and they're going to continue to happen and this is where you want to understand
how the economy moves. Now we can capitalize on how the economy moves and that means you want to
be able to buy more good investments when they're on sale instead of selling those investments when
they're cheap. You want to buy them when they're cheap and sell them when they're expensive or
never sell them but you want to buy them when they're cheap and keep buying them as they go
up as well. As an active investor now, we talked about how do you actually find a good investment.
This takes more work. It takes more time. It's not for most people but for the people that are
a little weird like me and like doing that, well great. This is where you want to be investing in
your research. I call this studying the market shifts. That's what my firm and I do is we study
shifts to where the economy is moving, where money is moving, where opportunities are shifting. This
is where there's no secret science. It's more risk for more potential return and the advantage here
is if we can get slightly better returns on your investments, it can add up to much bigger gains
over the course of your investing career. But the whole idea here behind active investing is
you want to know where the money is moving. That way you can make a more confident decision, a more
educated decision instead of just throwing your money into whatever they're talking about on CNBC
or Reddit because well that's what everybody's taking a look at. So you want to go beyond it and
start studying the research, start studying the data. Again, that's one of the things that I go
over in the master class. I have the link for you down in the description but you can also look into
real estate here. An active investor in real estate is somebody who's actually buying the
properties and as an active investor you want to know where is the location, where is money moving
to, where do people want to move to, and where will they be moving over the next five years
because you can change everything about a property. You can change the landscape, you can change the
paint, you can change the doorway, but the one thing that you cannot change is its location. So
you want to be investing where the money is going because if more people are moving into the
neighborhood that you're investing, not only is the price of the property going to go up because
it's more desirable, but your rent is also going to go up. And if your rent is going up then you're
also making more money off of that same property. That's what your strategy is all about, knowing
how do you actually implement it. And these are the things you want to be working on in 2025
before the year ends because well there's going to be a lot of craziness in 2026 and a lot of
people say I'm just going to wait for the craziness to happen and then they panic when it happens.
But if you can work on being prepared, being educated, have a strategy that allows you to
capitalize on whatever is coming because well we had a wild 2025 and it doesn't look like 2026
is going to be anything short of wild and you want to be able to capitalize on all the swings
up and down by understanding how to use your money smartly. Now I know there's a lot of content on
the internet about creating passive income, but 98% of what you see is garbage. If you want to
have enough income coming from investments to fund your lifestyle, it is not going to be easy
and it's not risk-free. Investing has risks, but it is possible. So now if you're still
sticking with me, let me show you how you can actually do it.
