I've been a raw vegan for over 18 years now. Yes, you heard that correctly, over 18 years. That's
more than half of my life, and I naturally reversed my type 2 diabetes hyperglycemia
by switching to a raw and vegan whole foods plant-based lifestyle. It completely changed
my life. It gave me my life back. It gave me health freedom. Juicing has been a huge part of my
healing journey. There's so much to learn about juicing, and it only gets more exciting as you
continue to evolve on this lifestyle. I am so passionate about this lifestyle, and I'm so

you're going to need a good juicer, and my favorite juicer of all time, the one I love and recommend
and use in my home every single day, is the new Nama J2 juicer. I cannot stress enough the importance
of having a good quality juicer in your home. It makes a world of difference when you get into
juicing more fruits and vegetables and different combinations. Many people are scared to invest in
a good quality juicer, especially in the beginning of their journey, but I have to tell you it is
worth it. I've made so many different juicer comparison videos on my channel showing you
why having a good juicer can be a game changer, and how over time it can save you even more money,
more time, and more effort. I've gone ahead and I've also linked some of those juicer comparison
videos for you below. The Nama J2 juicer is the future of juicing, and for those of you who've
tried this juicer, you know why. This machine is revolutionary. It has an automatic self-feeder
with a wide open hopper, which means that you can add in whole fruits and vegetables at a time,
close the lid, walk away, and when you come back, fresh juices are ready and made for you.
Overall, this juicer saves you time, effort, money, and prep. And another reason why I absolutely love
this juicer is because it is perfect for batch juicing. That means you can bulk juice up to 10
jars of juice at a time, store them in a sealed tight glass jar or container, and enjoy them
throughout the week. This machine can handle making a lot of juice all at once. This juicer
also comes with a 10-year warranty. So if you're looking to get a new juicer, definitely check out
the Nama J2 juicer. It will change your life in the kitchen. You can get $55 off the Nama J2 juicer
by using the code FULLYRAWJUICE. I've included that code on the screen and also it's linked in
the description below for you. Take advantage of this discount code while you can, and I hope that
this juicer inspires you to make more fresh juice in your kitchen every day. Now that I've shared
those resources with you, let's jump in to juicing the rainbow. Here are my favorite juicing recipes
for beginners. First up, we are making a green juice. I drink 32 ounces of fresh green juice
every single morning. Drinking freshly pressed green juice every day is one of the healthiest
gifts you can give your body. Green juices are loaded with vitamins and minerals that help your
body to feel alive. This green juicing recipe is nutrient-rich and loaded with essential minerals.
It's beaming with biophotons, important for your gut health, can also assist with weight loss,
and it can also be mucus clearing. There are infinite benefits to drinking fresh green juice.
For this green juicing recipe, we're going to keep it sweet and simple, and our key ingredients
are going to be green apples, cucumbers, celery, and lemon. When ready, go ahead and add into your
approximately three to five green apples, one to two cucumbers, one head of celery,
you can always add more celery if you'd like, and one lemon or lime peeled. If you want to take this
green juice to the next level, you can also add in a few large handfuls of fresh spinach or kale
or both. Make as much green juice as you desire. This amount will give you approximately 32 ounces
of fresh green juice. When ready, go ahead and pour this green juice into any glass jar of your
choice, and voila, you have made a green juice. Green is good and it does the body good. I hope
you love this juicing recipe as much as I do. Next up, red juice. This red juice is beneficial
for your digestion. It's liver and kidney supporting and also considered a blood builder.
Juicing beets is known to help provide you with extra stamina, endurance, and muscle power,
and also juicing beets can also serve to be a natural laxative, so juice this one in moderation
if you're unsure as to how your body responds to beets. When ready, go ahead and add into your
juicer one large beet, approximately three to five Fuji or Honeycrisp apples, one pineapple peeled,
and one lemon or lime peeled. Optional, you can also add in extra kale or spinach. Run all of
these ingredients through your juicer and look at this beautiful red juice. To me, this just looks
like self-love. This is such a surprisingly sweet juicing recipe that you can enjoy every day,
and it's also a great one to batch juice. You can make multiple jars of this juice at a time,
and it will last up to five days in your refrigerator. Pour this red juice into any
glass jar of your choice, and voila, we have made a red juice. Is your mouth salivating yet?
Next up, yellow juice. For this yellow juice, you'll need approximately one pineapple,
three to five peeled or cut oranges, one peeled or cut lime, optional is one thumb of ginger,
and a special added optional touch is approximately one cup of ripe mango. Adding
some mango into this recipe is a bit more of a medium to advanced move, but let's give it a try.
This juicing recipe is energizing, immunity boosting, anti-inflammatory, important for
heart health and brain health, and can also help assist with arthritis. I don't know about you,
but to me, this juice simply looks like sunshine. I want to drink liquid sunshine because I know
it does my body good. This juicing recipe is super sweet and also kid friendly. Run all of
these ingredients through your juicer and watch this liquid come to life. When ready, pour this
into your glass jar of choice. I hope this juice brings a little extra happiness and light into
your life. Next up, purple juice. Purple juice, purple juice. This purple juice has only four
simple ingredients and it's probably the most advanced recipe I'm going to share with you today
because it has purple cabbage. Now, I know you're probably already questioning it. Purple cabbage,
that can't taste good, but trust me when I say when we juice it with the apples, the grapes,
and the lime together, this juicing recipe is absolutely divine and it is loaded with so many
antioxidant properties that are amazing for your body. This antioxidant rich purple juice is an
energy booster that is liver supporting, gut healthy, and important for your heart health.
It can also help to lower cholesterol, may help to lower your blood pressure, and can also act as a
When ready, go ahead and add into your juicer approximately one large handful of grapes or
approximately one pound, a quarter head of one purple cabbage, you can always add more if desired,
three to five Fuji or Honeycrisp apples, and one peeled lemon or lime. Run these ingredients
through your juicer and watch magic happen. The color of this juice is simply stunning and it
always mystifies me. We get to drink a purple juice and it's good for us too. I've never
understood why companies include so many toxic food colorings or food preservatives when fruits
and vegetables have all of the rich colors of the rainbows that we need to thrive. This color is
real. It's natural, vibrant, and nutritious and believe it or not, but your kids will love it too.
When ready, go ahead and pour this into any glass jar of your choice and voila, we have a purple
juice. This is served best when chilled and this juice is also a great pre or post workout drink
to enjoy. Next up, orange juice. For this orange juice, we're going to be using approximately four
to five Fuji or Honeycrisp apples, approximately one pound of carrots, three to five peeled or
cut oranges, and optional would be to add in one peeled lime and a few extra stalks of celery.
The three key ingredients to this simple juice are apples, carrots, and oranges. That's it,
that's all you need for this refreshing juice. Apples, carrots, and oranges. It can't get easier
than that and this juice is so nutritious and satisfying. This juicing recipe is incredible
to help boost your energy and help improve your digestion. It's vitamin rich and it is said to be
good for your eye and skin health as well. It's loaded with antioxidants and it can also help to
regulate your blood pressure and improve blood circulation. Once you've loaded all of these
ingredients into your juicer, run it through your sieve or strainer and pour it into your glass jar
of choice. The color of this juice is simply gorgeous and vibrant. Orange you glad for this
orange juice recipe? I know that I am. Enjoy. And by the way, look at this incredible dry pulp.
You can use this carrot pulp to make my carrot cake recipe, raw vegan dehydrated crackers, and more.
Pink! This is one of my favorite juicing recipes and in my app this is called the Sunset Sky
recipe. I'm simply in love with the color of this juice. For this juicing recipe, we're going to be
using approximately one pineapple peeled and cut, three to five Fuji or Honeycrisp apples,
four to six peeled or cut oranges, and a quarter of one beet. This is probably one of my most
loved or favorite recipes. Everyone that I know tells me they love this juicing recipe and they
enjoy it on the regular. This juicing recipe is not only a mood booster, but I think it brings a
little bit of extra self-love and care to your day. It's energizing, anti-inflammatory, mood balancing,
and so much more. When ready, go ahead and add in these ingredients into your juicer
and watch the magic happen. More than anything, I love that this juicing recipe is easy to batch
juice, so you can make a large amount of this juice at one time. You can make three to four,
five, six, maybe even seven jars of this juice at a time, and they will store well in your
refrigerator for up to a week. The Nama J2 juicer is a slow cold press juicer that oxidizes juices
less quickly, so when stored in a sealed tight jar, this juicing recipe can last for up to a week.
So if you're like me and if you like to enjoy 32 ounces of fresh juice every morning, you can
batch juice this recipe once or twice a week, and you will have this recipe ready to enjoy every
single morning. It's absolutely delightful. Pour this recipe into any glass jar of your choice,
and you can enjoy this juice while watching a sunrise or sunset. I hope you love this juicing
recipe as much as I do. And last but not least, a bonus juicing recipe I'm going to share with you
today is a blue juice. That's right, you heard me, a blue juice. Everyone is always asking me
how I make my juice with blue, and today I'm going to show you. It's too easy. Now in all honesty,
I would not normally include this in a beginner's juicing recipe video. However, the assembly of it
is super simple. It's merely that one of the ingredients is not always that easy to find.
This juicing recipe only has two simple ingredients, and it is freshly cracked coconut
water with one teaspoon of organic blue spirulina. That's it. It is such a simple juicing recipe.
If you can get your hands on some organic, young, fresh coconuts at an Asian market,
my preference is fresh, real coconuts and not to buy packaged goods from the stores because
oftentimes those coconut waters you buy in the store have preservatives, tons of added sugars,
and more. You know what you're getting when you're cracking open your own coconut. To help you out,
I've gone ahead and I've linked my favorite organic blue spirulina in the description below
so you can use which one that I'm using. Stir until it's completely mixed together and voila,
you have a bonus blue juice today to complete our juicing rainbow. This is such a unique and
cool juice to serve up at any occasion. I hope you love it. Look at all of these delicious and
colorful juicing recipes that we have just made. Can you taste the rainbow? If you have liked these
