So on this video, I'm going to give you my top seven favorite side hustle ideas that you can use to make an extra $1,000 per month from home. And for some of these, you can actually make $1,000 in a day from home. Now, that's going to take some time to perfect them, but it's very, very possible. You just have to find a need, fill a void, solve a problem, or simply do something that you really enjoy and love doing, and then figure out ways to monetize it. So with that said, let's jump right into the video. Now, the first side hustle idea is voiceovers. Guys, I started doing voiceovers at my church many years ago. I enjoyed it, guys. And about five or six years ago, I decided, let me see if I can learn to do voiceovers on my own and see if I could get some work. So the first place I went to get voiceover work was I went to a website called acx.com, and you can read books for authors, right? And they get turned into audio books. So I narrated some books on acx.com that are still on Amazon today, and I started getting a few extra side jobs here and there. Hey, listen, if you're interested in doing voiceovers, you're going to need a few things, right? You're going to need to get some coaching. That's big, right? You got to learn how to do it because it's not just enough just to have a good voice. You have to be able to act, project, speak clearly, and you also got to be able to get rid of some accents sometimes when your accent may not be called for. But a good USB mic is usually all you'll need, along with a quiet space to work from, say in your home, maybe a closet or a room that's been treated for sound, meaning that all the hard surfaces have been covered up. And these are things that you're going to learn when you do your research. And it also helps to be able to edit your voice and your voiceovers, right? And there's some free editing software platforms that are out there. And I also suggest that you join some voiceover communities out there on social media. There's a wonderful voiceover community out there of great people that are nice, willing to help, willing to offer information. You just got to go find them. But hey, it's possible. It's fun. And you'll have to learn a lot, just like everything else on this list. It takes research. It takes time. And it's going to take your energy. But you can do it. What can you teach others about? What skill do you have that other people may be interested in learning? Whatever it is, sell it, sell those services, sell that information, sell that knowledge on a platform like Teachable or Fiverr or Skillshare, sort of like as a consultant or as a teacher or as an instructor or as a coach, right? You can create courses, you can do webinars, you can do coaching, et cetera. So many things you can do with the information and expertise or talent that you already have. You've got skills that are marketable and people want to know about. You can begin to actually sell those. Listen, go for it guys. Now, number five is this house hack people right now, guys all over America at least are hurting for inexpensive housing, inexpensive roof over their head, right? So how do we fix that problem? How can you make some money from that issue? Well, you can take advantage of it by simply renting out a portion of your home, your basement, your attic, your extra bedroom, wherever it may be in your home that you feel comfortable and safe with. Make some money on it, charge a little bit less than the going rate for the average place in your area, wherever you may live and make some money. Hey, other people can help you pay your mortgage or pay your rent. There's a need for affordable housing in a lot of places in America and you can be the one that feels that need, feels that void in your area and it can be a win-win, right? You're providing affordable, less expensive homes or housing and whoever you're leasing or renting your property to is getting affordable housing for themselves and a good, solid, safe place to lay their head at night. Now number six is this, guys, one of my favorites is this, start a YouTube channel. Guys, I started uploading YouTube videos on this channel back in April or May of 2021 and I didn't have anything but a cell phone. Look, you don't need special equipment to start a YouTube channel. I would say that probably almost half the videos that you see on YouTube are filmed with people's cell phones, whether it's just a regular cell phone camera, iPhone, Android, no matter what it is. You don't need a special camera. You don't need a special mic. You don't need a special location. You don't need a special topic. You just need a cell phone and some courage. That's all you need to start your YouTube channel today from your home. What do you want to talk about? What do you want to film? What do you want to teach other people? What do you want to show to other people? What do you want to say? All of that is completely up to you. YouTube is the second largest search engine in the world, next to Google. That means, guys, there's billions of people that are on YouTube and that may be waiting for the information that you have to share. Share it. Go for it. Punch fear in the face and press record. Now number seven is this, write an e-book. It doesn't have to be a fancy e-book. It doesn't have to be super thick. It doesn't have to be any of that. But you got to be able to market it and sell it. You can use AI technology to help you write the book. You can find a ghostwriter on Fiverr or you can simply hire somebody. An e-book is just a simple digital product that you spend tons and tons of effort in the beginning creating and putting together and then you turn around and sell it. You can sell as many of them as you want because an e-book or digital product is just like a PDF. It has massive potential for income because you spend a lot of time up front working on it, working hard on it, getting it all together. But once you get it all together, you don't have to ship it out. You don't have to package it all together and get it ready to go out to the post office or FedEx or UPS. You don't have to do any of that. All you have to do is prepare it and somebody else clicks a button and they have it where they are on their computer, laptop, cell phone because it's just a digital product. All of that is difficult to do, but if you do that up front and you create an environment or maybe a community of folks and you get the product ready and you pre-sell the product, there's a lot that could go into you actually selling a digital product.
