You're really pushing out and pulling back in. It's like a rubber band with a lot of moves are
like that. You're pushing out and then you're pulling back in with your inside of your legs.
Push out, pull in. Push out, pull in. It really is like a rubber band that you're pulling out and
then it's coming back in. Pulling out and you're doing that against the ground too.
You're pushing onto the ground and pulling back in. So I'm really thinking about this making
little circles. You really are on both wheels but you're kind of favoring a little bit of the inside.
It really is like a crab walk or a crazy legs too because at one point both knees are going out and
then at one point they're coming in. So right now both are going out, in, out, in. It's sort of like
they're going out and around. Out, in. Out, in. Out, in. Out, in. Out, in. Out, in. The feet are both going out and in.
Out, in. Out, in. Out, in. Also something that really helps is making sure to keep your footing under you.
Like if you get too far apart from each other it gets hard but if you always sort of have that
one support leg not too far outside of you, like underneath you. So keeping it tighter in.
Keeping this back one closer in.
You can try a drill where you do two heel led crazy legs and then two little... I don't know
what they're called. Two. One. Two. One. Two. One. Two. Two. And then you can get it up to four.
Two. Three. Four. One. Two. Three. Four. One. Two. Three. Four. Two. Three. Four.
I really feel like with this move it was just me getting used to that new feeling of the heel
kind of making small circles because it's not that normal of a feeling for a foot to do that.
So it's just muscle memory. It's getting used to the out, in. Out, in. Out, in. Out circle feeling.
Same with the back. Really the back for me is just going like this pretty much.
So it's just getting those together. Out, in. Out, in. Out, in. Out, in. Out, in.
And the key really for me is that rubber band feeling. The pushing out,
pulling in. Pushing out, pulling in. Hope this helps. Let me know. Bye.
