Hey there, April Vieston X here with my mom Aiko. Hi. Today we're gonna do a fun line dance workout.
All right. Okay, so you may be familiar we did a line dance video before that that taught you
three dances. One, the cupid shuffle, the wobble, and the jerusalemma. All right, so today we're
just gonna just get into it and we're just gonna dance. Okay, we're gonna have a lot of fun with
this and really good cardio workout and really gonna work your lower body in a big way but also
get your the rest of your body engaged as well. All right, so you don't need any equipment for
this workout. Just clear the floor, make sure you have some water handy. All right, so we're
gonna pause here and we're gonna get started on the other side. So our first line dance is the
cupid shuffle and we're gonna take it nice and nice and slow and easy for this first one. Okay,
okay. Sounds good. All right, so basically it's gonna be four steps to your right, four steps
to your left, four heel touches front, and then march in place for eight. That's the movement
we're gonna just repeat for this whole song. Okay, are you ready for this mom? Yep. Here we go.
Okay, here we go. So four, three, and one. The other way. Four, two, and one. Heel touch, heel touch,
heel touch, heel touch, heel touch. Good. March in place. Seven, six, five, four, three, two, and one.
Heel, go. Two, three, and four. Four, three, good. One, heel touch, heel touch, heel touch.
March it out. Eight, good. We're going back. Other way. Heel touch, march it out. Two, good.
And breathe. Heel touch. It's the coordination, right? Yeah, I'm concentrating. Okay, good.
March it out. That's why I'm being quiet here. My brain is working.
Step touch, go. It's not like the jitterbug. No, right? Or the stroll. You have to teach me a stroll.
Heel touch, heel touch, good. Keep it going, everyone. March it out. It actually gets better.
You know, you get more comfortable with the moves. You can add, just add arms.
Yeah, whatever you feel comfortable with. Yeah, just make it your own.
And march it out. Step, and step, step, step, heel touch. Oh, you're lying down. March it out.
Eight. You're doing it. Good work. Getting a good cardio workout here. Yeah, I'm starting to sweat.
But you're doing it in a really fun way. Yeah. March it out. Good work. Step it out. Good work.
Heel touch. March it out. Step it out. Good work. Heel touch. One, two, three, four, five,
six, seven, eight. Step touch. Good work. Heel touch. Could be ready for weddings doing these.
March it out. Good work. Step it out. You're doing it. Heel touch. Good work. March it out.
Step it out. Two, three. Other side. Heel touch. Heel touch. Very nice. Good work, everyone,
on this Cupid Shuffle. You feel toasty, mom? Yeah, it's interesting. Good work. All right,
we're going to do the next one on the other side. Good job. So, our next line dance move is the
wobble. A really fun hip hop move. Okay. Okay, so quick tutorial on this. We're going to step
forward on the right. Two, three, four. Step it back. Two, three, four. Give me arms up here.
Two, three, four. This is the wobble. Yes, this is the wobble part. Two, three, four. You're going
to do cha-cha. So, right, left, right, left, right, and left, right, left, right, left. Then
march it out for one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Okay, that's the quick tutorial.
Ready to get into this? Yep. Here we go. Okay, step forward. One, two, three, four. Step it back.
Two, three, four. Give me arms. Two, three, four. Give me arms. Two, three, four. Cha-cha. Two,
one, two, three. You'll get it. Got a lot of room for this. One, two, three, four, five, six,
seven, eight. Forward. One, two, and back. Arms. Give me arms. Cha-cha next. Step back. One, two,
three. Step back. One, two, three. March it. Good. Remember, step forward. Here we go. One, two,
three, and back. Arms. March it out. Good. Step it forward. Here we go. Back. Arms. Two. Arms.
Cha-cha. March it out. Good. Ready to do this? Yep. Forward. Arms. Yes. Cha-cha.
One, two, three. Good. March it out. Ready to go forward again? Yep.
I'll let you enjoy the music here. Oh, hey. Oh, yeah. Forward.

Arms. Nice work.
Arms. One, two, three. Good. March it out. Ready? Yeah. Forward.
Arms. Arms. Cha-cha. Almost done. Thank goodness. March it out. One more. Good work.
Nice work, everyone. Good job. Give yourself a pat on the back. Take a breather.
Take a sip of water, which we're going to do right now before we get into our next dance,
the Jerusalemma. Good work. So, our final dance move is the Jerusalemma. Uh-oh. And we're doing
our yes to next take on it. Okay. So, it's inspired by the Jerusalemma. You'll recognize
a lot of the footwork in this dance move. Okay. All right. So, let me give you a quick demonstration.
It's basically four taps in front. Three and four. Switch it. One, two, three, four. Then you go
quick step one, two, three, four. Then you march it. One, two, three, four. Then you step it. Step,
touch. Step, touch. And step, touch. Step, touch. And you march it out for eight, seven, six,
five, four, three, two, and one. And then go right back into it. Okay? All right. So,
let's give this a try. Here we go. And breathe, everyone. Here we go. One, two, three, four.
Switch it. One, two, three, four. Quick. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. Step,
touch. Step, touch. Step, touch. Step, touch. March it. Eight, seven, six, five, four, three,
two, and one. And step. Good. Switch. Quick switches. Four and one, two, three, four, one.
it. Quick switch. Seven, six, five, four, three, two, and one again. Step, two, three, and four.
Switch it. Good. Switch it. One, two, three, and four. One, two, three, four. Back. Eight, seven,
six, five, four. Switch it. Switch it. Good. My brain is really working now. Step, touch. Step,
touch. This is a lot of coordination with this one. Smooth. Eight, seven, six, five,
and one. Step it. Step it. Switch it. Very good. All right, everyone. Good work on doing the
Yes to Next Inspired Jerusalema. Nice work, everyone. Yeah. Okay. Nice work on all three
of these dance, flying dance moves. Okay. Let's just cool it down a little bit. Okay. Take some
inhale. Inhale up. Exhale down. Give me another one. Inhale up. Exhale down. Let's stretch our
legs out because we did a lot of leg work here. Okay. So, bend one knee, straighten the other one,
and reach for that toe. You did a lot of leg work. Your calves are really working it here.
Yeah. Good work. And switch it. Okay. Other side. Yeah. You probably feel it. Oh, yeah. In your legs.
And I'm a little sweaty here. I'm sweaty, too. Oh, yes. Okay. Let's do that calf stretch that
we like so much. Okay. So, one leg in front of the other with that back leg straight out.
Really want you to put that heel down. Stretch out that calf. Good work. You can also do this
against the wall. Yeah. Okay. All right. Let's switch that up. Other side. Wall or chair.
Good work. And cool it down. All right. Very nice. Okay. Give me some shoulder rolls back.
Cool it down, everyone. I need a fan. Oh, yes. I need an ice cold drink.
But good thing you have your water handy. Yes. Drink that water. Okay. Very good. Okay. Give
me three inhale exhales up with a clap at the top here. Inhale up. Exhale down. Inhale up.
Exhale down. And one more clap at the top. Lean. Over. Good work, everyone. Nice work on these
line dance moves. Good work. You're ready for wedding season. And come on down. All right. If
you need additional cool down, check out our cool down video. Make sure that your breathing comes
down and your heart rate comes down and your muscles get relaxed. Okay. And be sure to drink
lots of water. Drink water. The heat is on. Absolutely. All right. So, thank you for joining
