Hi everyone. This is Sol. How are you all doing this week? Today, I'm going to talk about hobbies. Do you have a lot of hobbies? I don't have many hobbies. I don't have many hobbies, so sometimes on the weekend, I think, I'm bored, what should I do? I think like this, I wish I had more hobbies. I think like this, and I'm a little bit of a hobbyist. I'm a little jealous when I see people with a lot of hobbies. I think people with a lot of hobbies are a little cool. So today we're going to talk about various hobbies. What hobbies do Koreans have? Baseball is the most popular than soccer or basketball. I'm not good at baseball, but I like to go to the baseball field. Have you ever been to a Korean baseball field? Korean baseball fields are really fun. We go to the baseball field, dance, sing, eat delicious food, and enjoy watching baseball. We don't watch it quietly like this. It's so much fun to dance and sing. That's why I went to the baseball field a lot when I was young. I still watch baseball on TV sometimes. And soccer. Do you play soccer? Do you like soccer? I don't think Koreans play soccer a lot. But soccer is popular in other countries. There's soccer and basketball. I'm not good at basketball either. Do you like basketball? And there's volleyball, and there's dodgeball in Korea. I played dodgeball a lot when I was a student. This is fun. If you're Korean, you probably played dodgeball when you were a student. And I really like water. So I like water sports. Swimming. I swam a lot in the summer. I used to surf. Do you like water sports? In fact, Koreans are not good at swimming. We don't learn to swim. If you go to the Korean sea in the summer, everyone is on a tube like this. And sometimes I go hiking. I used to go a lot with my parents. I don't think I go alone these days. But hiking is fun. Camping. There's camping. Do you guys camp a lot? There's camping in Korea. Glamping. I do a lot of glamping. There are a lot of mountains in Korea, so I think there are a lot of people who go hiking, camping, and glamping. And fishing. There's fishing. I haven't tried fishing, but I think there are a lot of people who like it. Is fishing fun? I haven't tried fishing because I thought it was a little boring. I'd like to try it in the future. Next is art. Drawing. Calligraphy. DIY. I do a lot of DIY. Drawing and designing are hobbies. I think it's a good hobby. Do you guys draw well? Do you like to draw? I don't have any artistic sense or artistic ability. Not at all. So I want to draw so well, but I'm not good at it. Especially these days, iPad. You draw a lot on your iPad. I wanted to make this cute character on my iPad, so I took a class. I took a character design class. This is the character I drew. I'm so bad at drawing. I really don't have any artistic sense. So I'm a good painter. A good designer. Calligraphy. I'm so jealous of people who write well. I'm so jealous. I'm going to take a design class in the future. It's one of the hobbies I want to do well. And we're similar. Dancing or singing. It's art. I think there are a lot of dance classes these days. I used to take salsa and tango dance classes. I'm really bad at dancing. My body doesn't move. My legs and arms don't move together. I gave up after a month of class. I think there are a lot of K-pop dance classes these days. Singing is also a talent. It's a talent and a hobby. There are a lot of karaoke in Korea. You can sing two or three songs for 1,000 won. So there are a lot of people who go to karaoke and sing. It's a good hobby. These artistic hobbies. I'm not talented at all. What are you good at? Do you have a talent for art? And my instrument. Learning instruments. I think learning instruments is a really good hobby. I learned piano and violin when I was young. I think I learned it for about three years. But I forgot everything. I don't remember anymore. But I think people who are good at playing instruments are so cool. So I want to learn piano and violin again when I have time. Especially people who are good at playing the piano are so cool. There's a piano, there's a violin, there's a guitar, there's a drum. There are a lot of instruments. Can you play the instrument well? What kind of instrument do you want to learn? I think learning instruments is a really good hobby. Next is taking pictures. Especially these days, a lot of people are doing SNS and Instagram. I think taking pictures has become a hobby. There are so many people who are good at taking pictures. Especially Koreans take a lot of food pictures. I always take food pictures and post them on Instagram. Personally, I like to take food pictures. Do you take a lot of selfies? I think taking good selfies is a skill. I don't like taking selfies. It's a little awkward. I think I usually take a lot of food pictures. And we all have a hobby of studying languages. You're all studying Korean. I'm studying Japanese these days. I'm trying to study a little more Spanish. Do you want to learn other languages besides Korean? I think learning languages is really good. I especially like reading books. I'm studying English and Spanish. I'm trying to read books in English and Spanish. It's a little difficult. But I think it's good to be able to do both reading and studying languages. Do you read a lot of books? There's an e-book these days. I think it's good to be able to read it as a PDF. I especially like crime novels. Next is a cafe visit. Koreans are serious about cafe visits. There's a cafe visit and a restaurant visit. There's a bakery visit. We're serious about eating. And there are a lot of cute and pretty cafes in Korea. So Koreans usually go to pretty cafes on weekends. I think it's a hobby that many Koreans have. I usually go to a pretty cafe on the weekend. I like to work and read books.
