5 Work from Home Jobs NO ONE is Talking About (Without A Degree)!

It's 2023 and let's be real everybody wants to be an entrepreneur or work from home but not many people are actually able to succeed and why? Well most people consume the wrong information especially on YouTube where some of the information being spread about different work from home jobs is terrible. I mean they're like promoting surveys or typing jobs for things that you can actually do to make money from home. Yes you can make money from those but only enough to buy a cup of coffee. I want to correct that today. I want to give you guys the information that you've been searching for and I'm going to break down the top five work from home jobs that all pay really well and you do not even need a degree for these and I'm pretty sure you guys have never heard of some of these like number one and number five so make sure you watch the video until the very end. Alright you ready? Let's go. Alright so starting from number five the first one is becoming a freelance content creator. Now this is one of the coolest work from home jobs because you don't ever have to show your face, post on social media, you make your own schedule and the earning income is great. Now I know this is not going to be for everyone but basically what you're going to be doing is you are a food photographer for bloggers. Now you don't have to have any experience in this either because I met Shannon Livingston who does this and she doesn't even like to cook nor does she have any great photography skills. She saw the opportunity and seized it and she now makes so much money. She was able to retire her husband from his job and she's a stay-at-home mom. Now I don't know if you guys know this but there are thousands of food bloggers looking for content for their blogs so as a freelance content creator what you're going to be doing is crafting photo packages for food bloggers and there's these Facebook groups where these food bloggers are literally going to looking for these packages and they're ready to pay. So I'm like how does this even really work? So I asked Shannon if she had a course and then she said yes but if you guys know anything about me I don't always just like take someone's word for it. So I wanted to see like can this really be duplicated? Does this just work for her and not anyone else? So I actually found someone who took her course and I interviewed them and then in that interview I asked her how much did she make and she told me that she made four thousand dollars the very first month after taking Shannon's course. So I know like this can be duplicated and the earning potential is great. So I interviewed Shannon on my YouTube channel so I'm going to link that up here too so you guys can check that out because this is like one of the best work from home jobs and I wanted to share that with you guys because there's like so many different ways that you guys can make money but people aren't just aware of them but I want to make you guys aware all right. Now number four is tech sales. So tech jobs are in desperate need of new remote workers to expand the workforce and companies are willing to compensate very very well for such high demand jobs. Now the best part about these jobs is that they don't require you to have any experience to begin and with the average starting salary being upwards of $80,000 your first year it like does not get any better than that and I interviewed Atiya who actually does this and it was such an awesome interview because she was sharing with us how she got her job after being a stay-at-home mom for the last four years. So she really did not have any experience and that interview she's actually telling us what she does on a daily basis and what the job requires and there's all the things that you need to know to see if this is the right field for you. So definitely go ahead and check out that interview I want to link that in the description below because this is something you guys definitely want to consider because the earning potential is so great. Now I did want to say that this job does require you to be on the phone so if you're not looking for a phone job that might not be right for you but if you don't mind definitely check out the interview to see if it's right for you. All right so number three is becoming a bookkeeper. Now this is one of the best work-from-home jobs because the amount of work is so minimal. So it takes about like one to four hours to work on your client's books per month and the pay that you usually charge your client is between $400 to $500. So do you see how that works? You could be working one hour a month earning $500. That's why this is such a great way to make money from home that a lot of people don't even ever consider. So once a month a bookkeeper records financial transactions for their clients. They analyze the data and then they report it back to their client and you don't need any experience to do this either because I interviewed a mom of nine who does this and she homeschools six of her kids. So I'm like if she can do this anybody can and she can do it because the work is so flexible. So what she did was that she took an online course to teach her all she needed to know about becoming a bookkeeper and getting clients and then that was all that she needed to do and now she does very well doing this earning over $2,000 a month and she does it very part-time so if you did it even more you make more money. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to put the interview I did with her in the description below just so you guys can check it out to see if this is something you want to do. Alright now the type of person that this is really good for is someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver. So if that's you definitely consider this as a great work from home job. Number two is becoming a virtual assistant. Now this was my first work from home job and I loved it. I was actually still working my nine-to-five while doing this just to see if I could really make money online and it did it works. So I was a general virtual assistant and what they typically do is provide administrative support. They're responsible for like scheduling appointments, managing emails, handling social media, and kind of things like that. Now you don't have to have any experience with this either because I didn't and you know you just have to be resourceful. So if you don't know something that your boss asks you to do just be resourceful and find the answer. I mean there's Google, YouTube, Facebook groups, all these things that you can get the answer in or figure it out. You know just be it's figureoutable. Everything is figureoutable. So the way I got my first online job was through Upwork. So Upwork is a website that helps freelancers actually find projects from people who are looking for someone to help them with. So it's a great platform so you can find work from people who are looking for people to work for them and then you get paid for it. So I found a three-month project and I was making $25 an hour and working only no more than just 10 hours a week which was perfect because I was still working my nine-to-five and it was a nice extra thousand dollars a month just to our income. So this was like really good for us. My advice if you want to use Upwork to find a job is to only look for jobs that you know you can do well in so you can get a good review and then when you see a position you qualify for apply for it immediately especially if it only has a few proposals submitted. So focus on the project with only like five to ten proposals or less because less competition the better for you. You also want to check that the client has this blue verified payment check before applying because you know there are some scammers out there too and you don't want to get scammed by doing work and not getting paid for it. So you always want to kind of protect yourself and if you live in the U.S. make sure to check U.S. only because those are some jobs that you know for sure are probably a little bit more legitimate maybe. You know you just do it that way that's how I did it and I think you'll be successful. And here is a little pro tip because I didn't have any references or reviews. So try to offer your services for free for one week just to ease the client's mind because you have no references or reviews. Now if the client likes you and wants to move on with you then you go ahead and do the paid service. You know that's how I won my first job and the client still paid me for my first week that I offered to give her for free. So that's a good route to go if you guys are looking for a virtual assistant job and if you're looking for an actual company and just want to apply to them. Boldly is always hiring virtual assistants. They are looking for a little bit more experienced virtual assistants but you do want to at least check out the job description to see if this is something that you guys will work for you. All right now number one and that is becoming a property preservation contractor. Now this is the one a lot of people have never even heard of before. Now the way that this works is that this is a way of getting into real estate without having to buy or sell anything. So if you look around about just any neighborhood you're going to notice that there are abandoned houses that are in need of upkeep and maintenance in order to sell. Many of those houses are foreclosed or somewhere in the foreclosure process. Now banks they don't like to manage real estate so they outsource these services to preservation contractors to preserve the property until they can sell it. So as a contractor you are only responsible for repair and maintenance like landscaping and just things like that nothing major no remodeling. Now the best part about all of this is that you don't have to do any of the work because I interviewed Danielle Pierce who does this and she outsources a hundred percent of the work and she only does the admin work at home part-time. She also homeschools her kids so I'm like if she can do this anybody can you just gotta have a little know-how. So I interviewed her and it was really great it was a step-by-step guide on how to get started. Now I did ask her how much could someone earn just getting started with this and then she said that it is very feasible to gross a hundred thousand dollars or more in revenue within 18 months of just getting started.
