When it comes to Hollywood stars and
their wild lifestyles, few names spark
more headlines than Charlie Sheen. Once
the highest paid actor on TV thanks to
Two and a Half Men, Charlie lived large
in multi-million dollar Beverly Hills
mansion. But fast forward to 2025 and
the actor's housing situation looks a
whole lot different. These days, Charlie
Sheen doesn't own a single home.
Instead, hopping between rentals across
Los Angeles, most recently in Malibu,
where he pays over $16,000 a month for a
coastal retreat. So, how does this
controversial star live today? And what
happened to those epic estates he used
to own? Let's take a full tour of
Charlie Sheen's homes, past and present.
Guys, I have an important announcement
about this channel. There is someone
trying to take this channel, Famous
Entertainment, Down, and have everything
that I've worked so hard on deleted.
Click the link in the top comment, and
I'll explain everything at the end of
this video. So, please stay tuned. Right
now, Charlie Sheen's main base is a
hilltop rental in Malibu, California.
The four bedroomedroom, four bath home
might not be as flashy as his former
estates, but at 16,350
per month, it still screams luxury.
Painted in munid gray with crisp white
deck, the home looks understated from
the outside, but its best feature is the
killer view of the Pacific Ocean. Nearly
every room has direct access to outdoor
decks or patios, perfect for enjoying
Malibu sunset. The main living areas
upstairs open directly to balconies
through oversized French doors, filling
the home with natural light. Below, a
cozy brick patio creates a shaded
outdoor dining space shielded by fence
for privacy. Of course, no Malibu rental
is complete without a backyard pool and
hot tub. Charlie's has both. The large
pool is surrounded by red brick with
fountains hidden among succulents. At
night, string lights set the perfect
laid-back vibe, while an outdoor grill,
fire pit, and pool table make it an
entertainer's dream. Inside, the kitchen
blends classic and modern touches with
white cabinets, stainless steel
appliances, a double oven, and a large
glass range. There's a casual breakfast
bar, a more formal dining area beside a
fireplace, and even a shuffle board
table for some friendly competition. The
master suite is bright and spacious,
opening onto a private deck. Its onsuite
bathroom includes dual sinks, a glass
shower, and a soaking tub. Other
bedrooms are equally roomy, one with
double queen beds, perfect for kids or
guests. For a man who once admitted he
had to crash at his elderly parents
place after selling his mansions, this
rental shows a step back into the good
life, even if it's a bit more modest
than the mega properties he once called
home. Charlie's Malibu rental is not his
first attempt at living modestly. After
his career spiraled in the 2010s,
sources revealed that Sheen had moved
into Paradise Cove Mobile Home Park,
which has been dubbed America's most
glamorous trailer park. Despite being a
mobile community, it's a surprisingly
exclusive spot overlooking the Pacific
with direct access to Point Doom's
private beaches. Celebrities like
Pameley Anderson and Matthew McConey
have lived there, but Charlie reportedly
couldn't stand it and soon moved on. He
also briefly lived in a much smaller
Malibu apartment without pool, yard or
staff he was used to. So for someone who
once had multiple Beverly Hills
mansions, it was a dramatic lifestyle
shift. Of course, back in his prime,
Charlie Sheen was living like a king in
Beverly Hills guard gated Mull Holland
Estates community, a neighborhood also
home to A-listers like Adele and Kendall
Jenner. In 2012, Charlie bought a warm
Spanish style split level villa for $4.8
million, later selling it for $5.4 4
million. None other than Kendall Jenner
scooped up the property in 2017 and gave
it a full makeover. This 6,625
ft home features five bedrooms, 4.5
baths, vated woodbeam ceilings,
terracotta tiles, and arched entryways.
Guests entered through a courtyard with
a fountain before stepping into a
dramatic stone column living room with a
soaring fireplace. Other highlights
included a formal dining room, screening
room, family room, office, and backyard
with terraces, a grilling station, and
pool. These days, Kendall's renovations
have transformed it into a sleek, modern
showpiece. But once upon a time, it was
Charlie's bachelor pad. Charlie's most
infamous home, however, was another Mull
Holland Estates property he purchased in
2006 for $7.2 million. Spanning nearly
9,000 square ft, this mansion had seven
bedrooms, seven baths, and some very
Charlie Sheen features. This included a
wet bar with neon signs and a cigarette
machine, a master suite with a dumb
waiter to deliver snacks, and a
children's room painted like the
universe. There was also a gym, games
room, and a home theater draped in red
velvet curtain. The backyard was pure
Hollywood excess with two swimming
pools, a gazebo bar, fire pit, and
sprawling terraces. Charlie lived here
through his marriage to Brooke Mueller,
his infamous Goddess Faves, and his very
public meltdown with two and a half men
creator Chuck Lore. 2018, he listed it
for $9.9 million, closing the chapter on
his mansion living days. These days,
Charlie Sheen's housing story is a
reflection of his career from the
heights of Beverly Hills luxury to the
more grounded lifestyle of Malibu
rentals. While he no longer owns
property, he's still living with ocean
views, pools, and plenty of space for
his five kids to visit. And who knows,
maybe one day Charlie will make another
real estate comeback just like his
Hollywood one. So, what do you think?
Would you rather live in Charlie's
modest Malibu rental with stunning ocean
views or one of his wild Mullholland
estates, Party Pad? That'll wrap up this
video. Thanks for watching Famous
Entertainment. I'm Cara the Vampire
Slayer. Follow me on Instagram to chat
and we'll see you all next time. Hey
everyone, first of all, I want to say a
huge thank you to my 500,000
subscribers. I absolutely love you all
and your support over the years has
meant everything to me. It's kept me
going through the loss of Shirou, the
economy crashing, and lots of other ups
and downs. Now, I have a little favor to
ask. I've created a backup channel for
Famous Entertainment. So, that's going
to be linked in the top comment and the
description box. And this is where I'll
be continuing to bring you the celebrity
real estate videos you know and love.
But this time I'm going to be bringing
you into my world with personal content.
I live in a historic house and I love
doing home rens. Well, at least I've
been learning the last year. I have
three dogs. I do daily workouts. We go
to events. You know, there's trips to
the hairdresser sometimes. I also have
three amazing rescue dogs. I've fostered
dogs before. I do daily workouts. We go
to events, you know, maybe I'll even
someday have a big wedding that Michael
promised me. Anyways, I've been posting
this stuff for years on Instagram. But
with me having to start all over again,
I'm going to try to merge my personal
content with the content that you come
to watch here, mainly house tours.
Regardless, if you love this channel or
have watched it over the years, I need
your support to get the new channel
going. So, please, if you enjoyed the
content that I've created, hit that
subscribe button for the new channel in
the description box and comments and
check out some of the new videos. It's
super important for me to keep our
amazing community together. And in case
anything happens to the main channel,
this is where you're always going to be
able to find me. We've recently had some
hiccups that have affected both life and
business. So, there is someone trying to
take this channel down, like I mentioned
before, and I've honestly put so much
work into famous entertainment over the
years. I want to keep my passion for
creating content alive and not let the
drama or bullies bring me down or affect
my ability to work. So, we're starting
fresh, keeping it real, and I promise
you're going to love what's coming next.
So, let's make this backup channel
something incredible together. Subscribe
now and join me on this exciting new
journey. I can't wait to see you there.
