Hello, hello, hello everyone. My name is Mya Pham and I'm 22 years old and living in New York, okay?
And if you don't know this about me, three years ago, I was pushed to make my own merch, but I hated the quality.
You know, I would never wear this. I refused to drop some merch.
But my managers told me that going solo would be way too hard, but you know what? That just motivated me.
So when I met with a production company by myself, okay, in Los Angeles, the owner literally told me,
Oh, this is just another passion project. Influencers see them in clothes all the time, but they never follow through, okay?
That pushed me even further. I was like, watch me. I set out to create the best hoodie ever.
One size, it needed to be flattering, custom cut and sew, custom milled fabric, made to fit everyone from size extra small to 3XL.
And it's made in the USA. Not just the USA though, it's made in Los Angeles, California, okay?
And after a year of development, we did it. It became real.
And I just want to thank everyone for the support because every single drop has sold out and we're working on another drop right now
and I want to show you guys the behind the scenes of it all.
And yeah, thank you for supporting my dreams because now I get to live in New York and have an office and be a boss, CEO girl.
So thank you, thank you, thank you.
This is Alchemy. Remember that everything you seek is within and your fear of looking stupid is holding you back.
Enjoy. I've worked very hard on this vlog. I love you.
Oh, I just walked up the stairs. Now I'm out of breath.
I haven't vlogged actually straight up in New York in so long.
My poof's up. I'm just gonna not look around me because I just know.
Well, no, not everyone is looking. Not everyone gives a f**k, girl.
And not everything's about you.
But hello, good morning.
I mean, as you see, I woke up. I didn't wake up late. I just, you know, I stayed in bed.
Brought it in bed till 8.
I'm out of breath. One sec.
So I was in bed till 8 and I was supposed to get up at like 6.30, do this whole thing.
I usually pack my lunch, go to the gym before.
But that's just not the case.
And oh, my bag just fell.
I hate when my bag falls off my shoulder.
But yeah, I can't be a surround.
So I'm going to really show you what it's like when sometimes you wake up.
My bag keeps falling off my shoulder.
I need to fix this problem.
I need to design a bag.
JK, I am because of this problem.
Because I hate, I hate when your bag falls off your shoulder.
It's actually the worst feeling ever.
And you're already hot and your hair is getting caught.
And then your wired headphones are falling everywhere.
I haven't gone to the office with all makeup on in a minute.
So today we're just going to wing it.
Welcome to New York.
It's been waiting for you.
Welcome to New York.
I say that song because there's so many taxis lined up.
Aesthetic. Aesthetic.
New York City. Aesthetic.
Currently, we are in the financial district known as Phi Dai.
OK, this is where my office is.
Yes, I'm in the financial district with all the finance bros.
I have not shown you my office since I got it and I did the tour.
And I'm lowkey so excited because I'm like, wait,
like I feel like I'm Hannah Montana.
Like you haven't seen this side of my life.
You know what I mean?
She is so fab.
She's so fab.
Like, look at this toe bed, OK?
And then they got the two little doggies on it.
There used to be three dogs.
I don't know where the other one went.
This is the fit.
I am wearing a freaking sweat set in 20 something degree weather with some Uggs.
Why did I do that to myself?
It was the easiest outfit I could put on.
But now I am sweating.
Are you excited?
You excited? Yay!
All right, so this is the lobby.
It's where we can hang out.
But this is the cafe.
This is where I come every single morning to get my coffee.
But look at how aesthetic it is.
They'll be organizing it.
It looks like this every single day, guys.
And then all the snacks look like this.
She is organized.
All of the pastries.
OK, ----.
These look so good.
I never get them, though.
Maybe I should get one.
Should I get one?
No.
They got all the fruits.
Girl, is this a plum?
This plum looks crazy.
Like, she's like kind of juicy and wet, though, you know?
And then these cherries, like, so juicy, so wet.
Hi, could I please do a sausage, egg and cheese?
And then I'll also do a ice latte with pistachio milk and hazelnut, please.
My bag is falling.
I am a mess.
She is a mess.
That's OK, though.
She's a hot mess.
Working girl, office girl.
Oh, what a beautiful day today.
The sun.
Hello?
Sterling.
Oh, my gosh.
I got sauce on my hoodie.
This is actually crazy.
I could just ruin this hoodie, basically, is what I just did.
Good thing I own, like, 10,000 more.
I'm kidding.
OK, well, it's so hot.
I decided to wear a hoodie.
My bag was falling off my shoulder.
I am late to what I should be doing.
But I'm not late to work, though.
I'm actually an hour early to work.
But I should have gotten here at 8 and I should have been in the gym working out.
But instead, I decided to lay in bed.
You know what?
Life is not perfect, and that's why I'm vlogging.
Can you please be proud of me?
Can you please subscribe, OK, and comment down below that you are proud of me
that I filmed this?
Because I was trying to film a perfect day.
I'm not going to lie.
I was trying to film the perfect day.
Show you what, like, usually my days are like.
Like getting ready, doing my makeup, going to the gym.
Hey, girl.
Good morning.
What did you get today?
I always get iced oat with a little bit of chocolate.
OK, OK, what was that name?
They messed up my name.
Carlette?
Yeah, they invented a new name for me today.
By the way, guys, I'm not going to lie.
You guys, she's so realistic.
We already recorded that with a real reaction of you realizing
that her name was Carlette, not Carla.
But then I wasn't recording, so we had to refilm.
So if you were like, hmm, that was so unfunny, that's why.
It was so dry.
I'm sorry. We're not actors.
We're not actors.
No, I had to tell you the reality because I would watch that back
and I'd be like, ooh, cringe.
Mmm.
Ham and cheese croissant.
Now, usually I make breakfast at home,
but like I said, we were running out the door.
I mean, no, I don't always make breakfast at home.
Sometimes I get this.
But lately, I've been trying to make breakfast at home.
Today, you're going to get the real office taste test
because I'm going to be getting lunch here as well.
Because our office building has their own cafe.
Oh, my God. New lunch menu.
When does it start?
The cafe already has new menu.
Small bagel bites with cream cheese.
What?
Mm-hmm.
Office tour.
Just kidding.
It's actually so messy right now.
If you want to see the full empty tour,
like the tour of this whole entire office building,
I did that a while ago.
I'll link it down below as well.
But this is what she's looking like.
Still super messy.
But girl, when I tell you it used to be worse, it used to be...
This is really good.
This is actually really good.
But here we have our little popcorn stand.
We have all the things that I need to approve, which we'll do today.
We have my desk set up, which usually isn't here,
but I set this up for a brand deal and I'm going to keep it here today.
This is our main table.
We actually changed this up the other day and we put it here and I like it.
It's cute.
And then I got this custom build out.
I hate this paint color.
It's my first time saying it out loud.
I need to stop caring about things so much.
But I'm not going to be organizing this alone today.
I actually have a new girl.
A new girl.
Her name is Daniela and she started last week.
She's here today and she's also going to help with that.
But we're also going to work on some social media things.
We got two packages.
Okay.
Yes, package haul.
I may or may not have opened this already.
We've got an ink stamp and envelopes.
We got envelopes because our bulk order isn't coming in on time
for a shoot that's happening this week and next week.
So we are trying to make a bunch of backup plans.
But that was last week where we were in chaos mode making backup plans.
And this week we're going to try to enact the backup plan.
Yep.
Hi.
Yes.
Thank you so much.
Every single day they come by with this little cart and some gloves
and a nice tuxedo.
And they have like snacks, popcorn, pastries, green juice, bone broth,
tea, fruit, macarons sometimes.
And then on Friday they serve a little prosecco.
But they come twice a day.
And today's option was green juice or peppermint tea.
I love it.
It's like you never know when they're coming.
And then it's like you look forward to it every single day.
And all of their food and all of their drinks are high quality.
And it actually tastes so good.
And all their food here is amazing.
Team participation.
Let's go, Justin.
Yeah, it's so cute.
We can refine it.
But it's like better than we need it to be.
You think this one over this one, yeah?
Yeah.
Let's do that one.
We can also just try both.
Low key.
We should do red.
Because we can always do a tan in any other collection.
But like a red is like very Year of the Horse.
I just think this color combination is so good.
OK.
All right.
We've picked it.
We'll do this one.
What do you think of these, Justin?
That one in the middle is super bad.
OK.
I agree.
Thank god.
OK.
Zen force.
Hell no.
Karla's just all alone in the corner.
Aw.
She had to go set up a little kid's table.
All the big kids are at this table.
Karla wore a flower shirt today.
So now she's at the little kid's table.
We need to get a Heather order in for $350.
We need to divide that between zip-ups, sweatpants,
and hoodies to just make like 10 sets of just completed Heather.
I like this one better.
For the hilltop chargers thing, how can we speed this up?
Because I just realized that their season starts
the first week of September.
That's what I asked.
So we need the first.
It's just sped up.
Like, we used to never have it like this.
But I think it's just sped up.
Well, we just have to tell them.
Because we did everything on our end.
I'll call Joe.
The way Sterling's sitting at his water bowl.
Like, more water, please.
More water, please.
OK, I'll go get you more water.
OK, time is currently 1210.
Karla is currently in a meeting room taking.
I need to pee.
All of a sudden, I need to pee.
Oh my gosh.
That just hit me like a truck.
Karla is currently on a call with our marketing social media
girl.
They are working out the email marketing today.
And it's the landing page for our drop,
which I can explain more.
But, bad luck.
No one's in here.
No, but like, look.
They have these cute towels.
OK, and then they have Byredo soap.
The travertine, the stainless steel.
Like, why is she so bad with the music?
OK, we're back.
We're back.
Also, let me show you this.
They fold the paper towel.
Like, what?
This is giving five-star resorts.
But I'm going to hop in the meeting with Karla.
Maybe after like an hour, after they go over that,
I need to do approvals.
I'm trying so many different new things.
I'm trying to delegate a lot more because, oh my gosh,
if you saw my Instagram post, I completely
crashed out last Black Friday.
Because it just gets so stressful, because like,
working with a team of just two other people,
doing a huge whole entire drop.
I am literally out here being hands-on,
doing things like customer service,
training people, designing the email marketing,
posting every single social media post,
doing so much.
Like, we have help here and there.
But like, I can't do that anymore.
So for the past couple of months,
I've been really building up systems and structuring
and hiring more people and stuff so
that I can focus on more things without feeling
like everything's on me.
Anyways, here's our lunchroom.
But look, they have chocolate cover, pretzels, nuts,
mangoes.
And then you can just grab a little container like this
and snack whenever you want.
It's so cute.
I'm going to get myself water and Sterling water.
Look, it's not just regular water.
They have hot water.
And you see this?
Sparkling water.
Oh, I completely missed.
Let me show you the fridge too.
She has pistachio milk, oat milk, and whole milk.
He's like, hello, where's my water?
Coming right at your service, Sterling.
I did it again.
Supreme did it again?
Yeah, this ---- is good.
I just got another task done.
Basically, what I had to do was go into Docs.
And then I'm doing a brand deal for Right Now,
which is this video that you're seeing.
But what I had to do was, typically,
when you work with a brand, depending on the intensity of it,
they'll send you a whole entire huge deck.
And basically, what you have to do is make a concept.
So I had to script it out, make the entire concept,
and then send it to them.
And then they basically review that.
And then they'll edit your script and edit your concept.
But I had some feedback on the edits that they sent
because I really want to make sure that it's in my style.
And that's also something that's been very important to me
recently was that any brand deal that I do,
any brand that I work with,
I really got to love what I'm saying and love the video
or else it's just not worth it to me.
I don't want to say something that I wouldn't naturally say
or promote something in a way that I don't even use it.
So that's really, really important to me.
And maybe before a year ago,
I wouldn't really do any pushbacks
and I would just do whatever to get it done.
But I don't really do as many brand deals now.
So any brand deal that I do,
I really want to make sure that it's on brand for me.
So that's something that I just did just for a little context
in case you were wondering how brand deals work.
But once they give the okay to approve your concept,
then you can start like filming and everything,
but I already filmed some of the content.
So a lot of these edits are going to happen in post,
like when we're editing.
So basically this is the document, right?
And you can see here in the red is the notes
that they've given me on my script and stuff.
And then basically I'll add comments here,
asking questions and confirming if I got it.
Here, I like put in notes of like what I really want to do.
And this is how we kind of go back and forth.
Put so much effort into this brand deal.
So I hope you enjoy, okay?
Because Google Gemini is sponsoring this video.
Yeah.
Hi, this is my, and this is Sterling.
One woman, one office, and way too much work.
She loves what she does, but today feels like too much.
That's when her friend Gemini comes in.
Hey Google Gemini, can you create a 30 day content calendar
for me based on next year's trends?
I've put together a research plan.
Okay, girl.
What felt overwhelming becomes structured, simple.
Then comes the fun part.
Hey Gemini, animate this photo of a Zen garden.
And suddenly, Mai's back in her element.
And if you're a student,
you can get Google Gemini's pro plan for free for a year
if you sign up by October 6th.
Ro wasn't picking up.
I basically need to call him and talk to him
about the Hilltop Chargers hoodie set,
which is basically my hometown,
the high school that I went to.
I'm gonna be gifting the sports teams
a full Alchemy design sweat set.
But I just checked the school website yesterday
and turns out their season starts first week of September.
And for some reason in my head,
I thought it started at the end of September,
but I guess not.
So I need to push on that and make sure it gets done faster.
So I need to call about that.
If you're wondering why,
it's because I really like my high school
and I played all the sports.
And I remember how special a team hoodie felt
and you'd wear it everywhere
and you'd be so proud to represent it.
And I just think also,
I wouldn't say my town's the coolest.
It's a really small town, but I think it's a vibe.
I think the school's a vibe.
I love the teachers there.
I love the community.
Oh, he's calling.
Hello?
For the school Hilltop Chargers sweat sets,
they're starting sooner.
Like they're starting a month earlier than I thought.
So I know we have the lab dips.
I think they might've just gotten in last week or this week.
I haven't received them yet,
but I was just wondering if we could push
on one of the colors to get done as soon as possible.
Okay, can we push the red?
Okay, all right.
Sounds good.
Okay, so that's my production guy.
So we have a production manager.
That's Justin, you guys saw.
He's the guy, the only guy.
He's the one that manages all the production,
but our actual factory,
that's the guy that owns the factory in LA.
We've been working with them for like three years now.
You'll meet them eventually.
Hey girl.
Hi.
Hey, how are you?
We've narrowed it down to like three things we really like.
Okay.
We also have to decide on the text.
I think especially with this,
we need to make it so it's just one line.
I think it'll look cleaner.
I mean, we can make the text a little bit smaller,
but it can basically be like,
it starts from here to here and make it one line.
That way we can give it a little bit more breathing room.
And then for unlock, have it say,
join the Alchemy world.
I want seven to pack each poly bag
with the pin and the postcard
so that doesn't charge us an extra $2 for packing.
You want them to pack all 3,000?
Yep.
Time is almost three o'clock.
Lunch ends at three.
So we snuck out the office.
We're going to go for a little lunch, but look at this.
What the freaky?
Are you seeing this?
It's like a whole restaurant in there.
And also just like, even look at the elevator.
I love anything food related,
and this is like fake food.
She's so fab.
It's like an art installation.
Like what?
Let me eat some, some little oyster.
Oh my God, you can touch it.
Oh, so moody.
Okay, so this is where we're going to get lunch.
Bing.
Wow.
Gosh.
Like look at this couch.
Oh my gosh, wait, reaction to the new menu.
Rotisserie chicken bowls, steak bowls,
steak frites, steak frites for only $9.99.
I'm scared.
I'm also scared.
I'm like, wait.
Don't be scared, it's pretty good.
It's good?
I'm going to do the steak frites
and then the Caesar salad, please.
I'll just do the steak frites as well.
Ooh, $9.99.
$9.99?
How can I not?
Steak takes test.
Safiya's just giving me donuts in the best way possible.
Mm.
I'm coming up here for lunch every single day.
This is great.
Ooh, second of the day.
Oh my gosh.
Here we have some truffle popcorn and some iced tea.
Okay.
This looks so good.
Oh my gosh.
Good morning.
Time is currently 7.20.
I woke up about 20 minutes ago,
did my skincare, brushed my teeth, and put on an outfit,
but I'm going to head back into the office today.
I got to get there a little bit earlier
because I want to go to the gym.
If you watched my previous videos,
you already know what this is.
This is a chia seed pudding.
Have you ever had this before?
I feel like I was just so grossed out by it,
but then recently I started eating it
and I love to crave it sometimes.
Sterling.
Hi.
I've had this makeup bag off of Amazon for years now
and it is my favorite makeup bag
because I can put it in the wash
and just wash it whenever it gets dirty.
It makes it so easy to just lay everything out.
Let's do this very quickly.
They have pre-packaged Q-tips.
I don't even know how to open it.
All right.
I just got ready.
It took me like 20 minutes altogether,
but very cute, very cute.
I just feel so much better whenever I get ready.
I like don't love the process of getting ready that much.
Like it's like average, like it's okay, you know,
but I don't like look forward to it,
but I have just been trying to force myself
to do it every day because I know that I feel better.
Like I work better.
I am more confident
and the way that I show up for myself
and other people is just better
because put together, I feel like I look good
and I want to smile at people more.
Like I want to be more whenever I'm ready, you know?
So it's a little big right now.
Uh-huh.
It's a little boxy.
Okay.
It was like this.
Oh my gosh.
Whoa.
The way they, wait, oh my gosh.
Wait, do that again.
I'm like imagining.
Oh my gosh.
That looks really good.
I was like in the bathroom.
Okay.
Wait, we're onto something I think.
Sometimes I'll just walk into the office
and I'll just see Carla wearing a sample
that I haven't seen in like two months.
Coffee time.
Avocado toast.
Protein pancakes.
Bagel bites.
Four seed oatmeal.
You want to try the bagel bites?
We love bagels.
We do love bagels.
Avocado toast.
I feel like that would smack.
Look at this.
Look at their little freaking fruit bowls today.
This is so cute.
Whoa.
I've never seen a display like this.
Can I please do a iced cappuccino
with oat milk and vanilla please?
Oh my gosh.
So many more things to review today.
We have textbooks that move in and down.
And this one you like, this one not.
Yeah.
I actually made lunch today.
It's my first time buying falafel at the grocery store
and then I air fried it.
So good.
And then I had this very interesting rice.
It tastes yummy.
It has multiple different rices.
And then I also made myself a Greek salad.
This was supposed to be my lunch, but I'm hungry.
I just did some approvals.
I'm going to now approve and send notes for a YouTube video
and then also for a couple of short form things.
And then I also got to work on some notes
for a brand deal and stuff.
So that should take me like an hour and a half.
I was like researching how to stop being so type B
and try to manage my ADHD.
But I went on a whole deep dive
and then I tried a bunch of different apps
and a bunch of different methods.
And this has been the best app and the best method
is like every single Sunday what I'll do
is I'll go into a note
and then I'll basically write down
my whole entire stream of consciousness.
And it'll take me like 30 minutes to 45 minutes
just to write it all down.
And basically that includes like everything
that's on my mind,
everything that I know that I need to do,
everything that I know that I want to do,
big goals, small goals,
random little to-do lists that I remember,
people that I need to text back.
It'll also just include like how I felt about last week,
what I slacked on,
what I thought I could have done better on.
And then I'll throw that all into my doc.
And then what I'll do is I will put it into AI
and I'll literally ask it to bullet point
every single thing for me
and categorize it into subject points.
And then once it does that,
I will go into my Timo
and then I will create a task
for every single bullet point, subject point.
Let me show you a week.
Okay, this was my last week
and you can see that red here is for YouTube
and then pink was for like my own personal stuff.
So like movie night, game night.
And then green was for Alchemy.
It's been working.
And then you can like check it off
and it's very satisfying.
And then anything that I don't get done,
I can always just drag into the next day,
which I'm doing here
because clearly yesterday I didn't get enough done.
Usually I do this beforehand,
but I just didn't get the chance to do it on Sunday,
but it's very helpful.
What the heck?
Anyways, I just finished reviewing the YouTube video
and it ended up taking two hours.
I thought it was going to take an hour max.
Ended up taking two hours.
So noted.
Whenever I review YouTube videos, it takes two hours.
Oh, got the stamps in.
Oh my gosh.
These are fat.
Whoa.
Oh my gosh.
I'm so excited.
Ah, this is what's going to look so good.
Oh, slangs.
Wow.
That one's incredible.
Oh wow.
I like, we need to make a stamp for anything now.
We're about to be so annoying at this shoot.
We're about to be like stamping everyone.
No, literally.
Oh, today we got some fresh fruit.
Ooh, this looks so good.
Thank you.
Some tea.
Thank you.
This is what we're doing for my school's sweatshop.
This is literally like the same.
And then I have this like off black.
Love me like a grayish off black.
So this is going to look really good.
Bag unboxing haul.
This is a really bad one.
It's the only one that's done so far.
I know.
Well, clearly it's done because they did it so badly.
Well, it is just the mock.
It is just the mock, they said.
What the **** is this?
How did they think that this is okay?
This looks like a ******* spaghetti noodle.
Soleil.
If you guys are wondering why ---- takes so long to make,
it's because they be sending stuff like this.
What is this?
What the freaky?
Like, look at the way that they just cut this
and was like, good to go.
Let's send this.
Yeah, I don't think we're ******* with these people.
Yeah, you gotta tell them something,
but I don't know what you're talking about.
Tell them that it was so bad
that unfortunately we can't work with you.
And this one was also like $20 or $30.
So basically whenever we make something,
we don't just hit up one factory.
We hit up multiple and then we just get them to make it.
And then whoever makes the best one,
but also mixed in with whoever is the most communicative,
then we find the factory.
But it takes so long.
Every time we make a sample, we have to pay a sample fee.
So every factory we work with, we have to pay a fee.
That'll range from like 50 to like $400.
Fun fact.
All right, time is currently one o'clock.
We're about to go eat some lunch,
but it's Sterling's key break time.
Go Sterling.
Go, go, go Sterling.
Yeah.
The weather has been so, so, so nice.
We're gonna call it an early work day today.
Instead of ending at six,
I think we're just gonna end at four
because low key, I wanna go explore the city.
The weather is very nice.
We've been working so hard.
Everything is coming together.
Although, I don't know, but I'm just gonna have faith
that we've been putting in all the work
that needs to be done.
I don't know if your water bottle
is fitting the aesthetic, Justin.
Thank you.
Stemogloss is skinty.
This is the first time I've ever wanted to use the word,
like, oh, this is good.
I've never wanted to call anything good except for this.
Wow.
I don't know how to describe wine,
but I'm gonna try to describe.
Ready?
It's very bright.
Oh, interesting.
A little sour with some wine residue.
You wanna try?
You know it's got that wine taste to it.
This is really good.
It is good.
It is.
That's why I said it's a little sour.
It kind of is like giving orange.
This is crazy for a nice midday team lunch.
Looking really good.
It's currently 3.46.
I'm about to start doing some mood boarding,
but I'm about to start doing some board boarding.
Such hard work.
No, but let me run you through a list
of the things that I've done that I haven't recorded
because it's just been me sitting at the computer
doing nothing.
No, not nothing,
but like just why would you wanna stare at me
on the computer?
I have texted people back.
I've booked Sterling a dental appointment.
I have emailed a hiring company to help me hire people.
I have DMed for some PR for a trip that I'm doing.
So much work.
I've reviewed some reels.
I have contacted the vet for Sterling's International Travel.
I've sent notes to the brand deal,
which we talked about.
I've posted a TikTok.
I've posted a YouTube community post
and I have made some phone calls and done other things.
Do you think I'm a hard worker?
No, but right now I wanna show you this
because I'm like maybe the girlies,
because like listen,
I didn't know what the I was doing.
I still don't know what I'm doing.
So we're doing a lot of trial and error,
but basically I'm trying to not be on calls anymore
because when it's like such a small team,
like I'm on every single call
and I'm having to do every single call
because it's just like who else is gonna do the call?
You know what I mean?
Who else is gonna talk?
But I'm like, I don't wanna do that the whole time.
You know, we gotta do different things.
We got the podcast to do.
We got the YouTube channel to do.
We got this brand to run.
We got lots of different things going on.
So I have entrusted this girl over here
to be the point of contact and like the representative.
You know what I mean?
So we've been weaning off
and she's just been taking calls by herself and taking calls.
But what has really helped is that before she gets on a call,
we just kind of like talk about
what is gonna be chatted about.
So for example, she's about to get on a call
with our website developer.
I literally found this website guy like on TikTok.
And if you guys are wondering like how to hire people,
I literally just go on TikTok, search it up,
and then I just figure out like
who makes content about X, Y, and Z.
So I found this guy on TikTok like three years ago
and he's been our website guy,
but she's about to get on a call.
So then what I, ooh, Jared, my business manager's on.
Hi.
I just called the guy and he said that we need
to let him know by tomorrow about it.
But it's not like the end of the world if he's like, no,
because I would rather just like not push their buttons.
But if he like understands, then that would be great.
Okay, so basically she's about to get on the call.
And so she made a document of like meeting notes
of what is gonna be brought up on the meeting.
I'm gonna review it.
And then if there's any questions that I have
or any things that I want talked about,
then I can add it here.
But then that way I know that everything
is gonna be covered and chatted about.
After she does the meeting, she comes back and she's like,
X, Y, Z was talked about.
And I'm like, cool, meeting recap.
Thank you.
I know it seems so simple, but girl,
it was not enough for us.
I don't know how to do this.
I'm learning.
We're all learning.
We're doing good though.
We're boss girls.
We're CEOs.
Maybe the reviews are like switching every like 10 seconds
or something.
I don't know.
It's just like, I think our reviews are so important.
We need to have like a good, our reviews thing
so people can really like click and read.
But also thinking about content,
like how can we promote like our reviews, you know?
The website needs to be updated by like 0920th.
I'm not playing.
It just arrived.
Whoa, this is the most intense phone charm we've ever made.
Whoa, this house thing.
Oh my gosh.
But the way that it's attached, it's giving,
it's gonna fall off in 0.3 seconds.
It's streaming quality.
Yeah, I'm like, this is heavy.
No, but I think that like,
the way that we should promote this should be like,
put this on like your bag, not like your phone.
Like this one's pretty heavy.
Oh my God, that looks fat.
Wow, this is really good.
Okay, I'm in the office alone, guys.
Everyone left to go do something right now
outside of the office.
I'm having so much fun.
I feel like just recently,
I have loved work more than I ever have.
And YouTube and social media never really felt like work.
Alchemy has definitely felt like work.
It genuinely feels like I'm going to work
and like things stress me out.
You know, because like work isn't always enjoyable
and YouTube has always been for the most part enjoyable.
Alchemy, realistically, not so much.
But I also feel like Alchemy,
there's just so many things out of my control
where it's so easy to get upset.
But I feel like recently being in office for one,
but then also having Carla just has been working here
for a little bit less than a year now.
So pretty new and she's been great.
And we've been in the office together
and we've also been making new hires.
So she's been able to connect with different people.
And I've just been able to take so much workload
off of myself and been like doing the things
that I really, really love.
And also being able to teach and learn from people
and to people like things that I know.
And it's just been so much more fun.
Like, you know, and I feel like there's less stress
because I know other people are helping as well.
It's just been so amazing.
Fallen broth taste test.
That tastes so good.
I'm currently making approvals
for a hoodie that's coming out in January.
I'm very excited about this one.
It has like a bunch of patches and stuff.
And I feel like we've been experimenting more.
