their footwork. Again, we are using the open second nature to know that players
have to alternate how important the footwork is and making space for your
teammate. One against two would definitely favor fairly well and not
worry about running into a partner. Look at two or three shots to
really allow the point to open up. And look at the croc's fashion to sprint
forward. QAA with a 2-1 win and a 2-1 loss.
Each other's position, mixing it up. Look at that point. That's it for game one. Did
you get a chance to speak with your dad last night? If so, what did he say?
It's a team effort. It's not only one individual, so I know that if something
happens to me... A whole different level. What were your expectations about what
this experience would be like? This is a completely different format than what
I've ever played before and it's definitely really unique.
Tournaments or competitions, if a person wins two out of three, the match is over.
I told myself that every single set you win, it's one point for the team.
I did play really well. I tried to play the ball more, I tried to use my serves to my
advantage. Maybe a practice session with your sister and just
jumping and putting so much pace on the ball. Catch up to her speed. My sister is
really speedy and I admire her. I haven't heard too many big sisters say
they idolize their younger sister, so that's that's pretty cool. I hope it
comes soon. Right now, I'm not really happy that I go to OCCA. I'm happy that I get all
the support from my family. This definitely was a confidence booster for
the future and really exciting. I was joking with him yesterday. It's been 45
years. I kind of know them a little bit. I know Mark. Mark goes to my club. Mark has
played with me before. He's one of the coaches and I see him sometimes.
Also this tournament, I got to be supportive and I know that if I do
something, like I messed up a little bit. Some stuff on my Instagram and then they
were like asking me about it. It's up high and it's not gonna land on the
table. Definitely give our greetings and appreciation for your parents.
Tashia, do you have, you know, ambitions for the future that you like to
articulate? Since I was younger, I was playing 2028 LA Olympics. That is
definitely the dream. Focusing and adding maybe a little bit more serve
practice would definitely help with that transition from junior against these top
players and just kind of feeling the emotions. I've won a couple, several points. My parents are
supporting me. My club's supporting me. People are supporting me and that's just
amazing. It's an amazing feeling for me at least. I envy your guys' talking too.
Points is not a lot of points. In a singles match, it's actually, you win by
two points at least. Melt national champions. To be 15 and do it, I can't
imagine what it would feel like. For anybody that you might come across. Thank
you so much. It was nice talking. Tashia Piedasa, everybody. Thanks so much to her.
This doubles match has gotten way more interesting since the first game was a
blowout. Lasers back into this match. Last year, often playing doubles for the
wind. Years old and I was not nearly as articulate as Tashia. Thankful of her
team, her family. The club makes such a big difference and look at. What a
turnaround from Feng and Yu.
