PRV Audio Alto 10s

what's good YouTube man it's your boy young dub coming at y'all with another video here man uh just doing another update on the channel uh uh two zero two three right I've always been the guy to say if it ain't in Wood it's no good um I say that because at the end of the day man uh I'll switch up like Omaha Nebraska weather man especially this time of year uh you can get that good old roller coaster man you don't know if it's spring summer or fall winter something in between the whole nine man but um I see all that basically just to turn the camera around and show y'all show y'all something man um we got a 10 panel deal right here we got a 10 panel deal right here and right behind me so I guess y'all can kind of see the top of that um pyramid I don't know it's prv imma just turn the camera around and go from there man just stay tuned we got some on the table right now all right folks so we are on the table um yes got a little yellow package envelope whichever way you want to look at it y'all probably already seen that let me take this out um yeah y'all can see that Rhino six feet cable uh let me get this off the plastic get that paper out of the way yeah so we got uh this rhino audio Works um yeah we got a sticker man I didn't even know Rhino had a sticker um I want to say the last time I ordered their products I think it was the explicit audio if I'm not mistaken but yeah we got a little sticker throw that off to the side and we got these um cables six feet RCA cables uh to go along with my Audi 5000 Hertz bass knob last time I think my white Tahoe I ordered three foot cables it was just way too tight for me to try to move around and things so yeah it's gonna be in a way but I rather be comfortable with it now I will say this as I'm unboxing this stuff thinking about it I just seen that Jacob viral video where slam panda in the amp lab uh have a wireless Bluetooth bass knob and I'm considering it but I'm not I mean it's kind of a 50 50 shot if you don't know down for sound as far as like the JP 83s 43 63s what you know his top of the line Korean boards they have the Bluetooth um bass knob and they got this little dis that comes up where it says disc basically says disconnected uh my cousin down in Arkansas has I believe the JP 43 or maybe the 63 I can't remember uh but he has been a victim of that um the Bluetooth knob that it's not acting like it's supposed to uh so let me get all this stuff out the way just trying to see if I could find the order date on this Joker man yeah it's probably not gonna come in but that says March 11th I think um so I'm letting you all know I'm getting right on to this stuff um just got this stuff in and get right onto it like I said I got a bunch of stuff that's um sitting off in the background and whatnot and I haven't got around to it but we will uh but let's throw these cables over there now let's get to the main feature in this video man like I said in the intro if it's not in Wood it's no good so even when I open this up these won't be in wood so it might not be any good but hopefully I'll stop jumping around brand hopping and whatnot and we'll go ahead and get on to this this has a paper right off the side of it let me get that out the way let's see what was the order date on this 310 and I don't know why I'm dragging this out because it will be in the title and y'all can see it right there some good old prv so I will say this man prv is a brand I've tried I don't know man this might be time number five six seven eight I don't know um but I've tried prv a couple of times uh the one time that I did get it installed was in the Impala uh didn't dig the sound so I switched to dsat man uh but we're going to try it one more time uh let me get these Jokers out the box and we'll go from there give me just a moment all right folks so we got these uh huge ass speakers about the box man hopefully y'all can see that now uh these are the 10w 650as um dashboard for Forum these are the auto or Alto Alto whatever the hell whichever way you want to call it uh 10 in speakers from prv man uh so we did get this little uh promotion thing uh the pro audio speaker company um they got a little discount code so I don't know if y'all are in the prv or not but y'all can use that upgrade 10 obviously with more products and whatnot man um let's go ahead and get right into it I guess you know you don't answer them we'll get into it man um move that I'll show y'all um the S18 I actually got these out of something that I recorded a video for and never uploaded uh so DSA team We Like it Loud balloon uh it's been sitting around here for a little bit I don't know man uh like I said last time I tried prv actually got them installed I had the little uh six and a half inch uh Forte speaker so I will say that and they were mid Bass um this right here is a complete woofer but um the things I've heard on them and obviously being on YouTube and listening to the videos that I can um these Pack-a-Punch and they do get down um as far as vocals as well uh now all of this is depend on you know like what's your usage for it and tuning and whatnot man but let's get that open now take a look at that and come package uh like them damn mid-based speakers that I got from Tim panel them MB uh I think it's 2k15s or 2K 25s whatever the hell they are but you get this Alto series High Fidelity meets high output uh so let's see we are this here um the 10 10 W 650a-4 now I was gonna go with this one the 10 w650a [Music] um the re remodel version uh the new one has uh push terminals these old school ones don't and I'm assuming this is the old school one because the other one is only made in eight ohm and looks like we have a little spider web or something up in here I don't know whatever and we got the little warranty limited warranty paperwork if y'all want a shot of that let me know but you should be able to uh possibly read that on the website and we got this little prv sticker probably not going to use it throw that in the corner just pop the top on this thing y'all see how that comes back [Music] cardboard alone with that good old styrofoam man so she's packed nice and sweet so it is back there and hopefully y'all can see how she's packed right there within the uh the box as well let's go ahead and get her out and do we got ourselves into so it does had a full uh styrofoam packaging down within that uh not a product box but this is the one thing I do like about these it's a 10 inch woofer [Music] and my favorite part [Music] if I get the plastic on my favorite part about the speaker is that down there man uh the little prv down there um wow that does cap I don't know what to say about that dust cap man it's like a mesh material but you can see the uh the voice coil hopefully y'all can see it well not the voice coil but you can see the where the speaker like the output comes out you can see right down in there man so it's got a rigid cone let's get that out the way and this has what I would call Y connectors uh like I said man a new version does have Push terminals but for some reason as of right when I'm recording this video the new version doesn't have four on and for the amp that I'm gonna put these on I need the all four ohm versions uh so I can get that joker screaming nice and good now we got a little rubber booty on her so that's nice hope y'all can see that little rubber booty with the prv on there um yeah y'all can see me lifting that up uh so the magnet has a little rubber boot on it and it's been around so prv be tripped me out with this stuff man you got 325 Watts RMS right and then you got the 650 Watts program power and then you got 1300 Watts Peak which one do I go by and I'm asking you all that maybe there's somebody out there that messes with prv do I go with the 300 watts RMS because obviously every brand that we run we look for the RMS power so I would assume this is 325 Watts RMS right but then you get 650 Watts program power 1300 Watts Peak which is double to 650. so which freaking number is it so um that's the thing that only thing that confuses me with them uh but y'all see this is vented uh you can see every bit of how that speaker operates man uh but I do like this man nice little rubber booty on it um and damn just gonna tear my whole table apart man they got just a little bit of weight to them just a little bit uh nothing like a resilient sound team 18 or nothing like that man but uh once again like I said to me these are like a y connection um I will do it correctly I know a lot of people get that um little speaker with a terminal like that and they just take that wire and split it off and uh twist it around and whatnot I will not be doing that man I got matter of fact while I'm standing here let me grab them okay here we go I got a little a little itty bitty little workspace uh that I'm trying to sit up here man but I got this uh from Harbor Freight years ago and I got all these uh separated here man so I will be putting these little Jokers oh we got the red and blue ones and whatnot man so I'll probably be using those uh granted if they fit if they don't uh we'll find something else uh to put on it we'll put that back in my little drawer over there uh but yeah so I guess why I'm doing this I should explain myself huh so scar I have a ton of Scar audio products man I've been doing scar for years uh as I've said when I unbox those scar speakers I got motivated to do it because if you like I said if you tell me I can't do something I'm gonna do it now with that being said [Music] I had the Epiphany and somebody said it to me I'm not gonna lie about that either but I did have like a little bit of epiphany type of moment man and somebody also bought it to my attention like man you know you did run score and you already proved yourself with that um you need to get going with this and see if you can tune it and make it sound correct man so now that's what I'm gonna try so right now my truck I got the two 12 inch campanos hold on y'all let me see if okay it's right over here I have the TPT mb12 2K fives uh so I have two of those uh 12 inch speakers mid bass whichever way you want to look at it thumping and screaming like no tomorrow hopefully I can do that once again with these tents and we'll go from there just a moment we'll pick this break back up all right folks so we're back man um had to pause that for a quick second man my little man just got in from an event that he had today uh he was excited so he came in jumping all over the place and stuff started going haywire or something like man uh let me pause that right quick uh but nevertheless uh picking up where we left off man like I said if it's not in Wood it's no good um so hopefully I'll get these in some wood soon man I don't think I am considering uh as I stated I have two of the topano uh TPT mb12 2K fives uh like I said man those things are screaming like no tomorrow so I got two of those but they're 12s granted these are two tens I'm thinking about going four uh so that might change up things a little bit man but regardless uh we got two on the table right now so let's open up the second one for all of those out there um that may have looked at my channel and said uh you know because of you I'm going to run SCAR or stick with it please do man oh when I start looking at these prv speakers man now we are talking about um a Tahoe so we might still end up going with scar in my little S10 possibly in the Durango um I'm kind of on the fence with that as far as like trying to do something with the berserk the bz RK speakers uh cause man those things sound amazing and I'm not throwing around that word lately man they sound amazing so uh definitely considering the bz arcades for the Durango um or the S10 but I'm almost certain that I'm gonna go with Scar and that S10 man but uh nevertheless so we see more of the same packing with this one as well um when it comes to prv I like to open up everything uh because I can't remember what year that was um but we know a good while back man I kept getting in prv products and man everything was bashed up so um as of late everything has been cool but um let me unwrap this just to make sure our streak is still good to go here [Music] all right and so there we go again so more of the same uh everything's intact and I know I could be tripping man but I just love the way uh they got that prv at the bottom there because you definitely hopefully y'all can see how easy that's going in man you definitely I mean it's a dust cap is in theory uh but that is literally like I don't know like some jello I don't know if I should go Bill Cosby reference right there man but um yeah there's no I mean Grant is a mid base speaker man but there's no stiffness or anything like that to it um I probably should have I might put a screenshot of uh what it I can't remember what they call this dust cat man but it's basically like a specialized material uh to help for the vocals and help the cone move and whatnot what not man but I guess I should get that out of there but at the end of the day um we got two PR v10s at the moment uh like I said I'm might crazily be considering um going with 40s Jokers and going from there man so y'all stay tuned uh don't go don't don't jump jump down my throat too bad man yes I know I switched from scar uh to the prv for the Tahoe once again for the Tahoe uh so scar might still end up in one of the other vehicles and we'll go from there man but you'll know the deal any questions comments concerns uh get at me man I'll try to get back to everybody and sooner or later there will be more of the same brand right on this table man I'm Audi y'all have a good one maybe think of some stuff that y'all might want to look at because it might be different maybe y'all know some videos that I don't know man but most of the videos where I'm seeing like prv and um that's some stuff like this unboxed man it's usually a bunch of Spanish channels or Spanish speaking I should say uh so I'm just doing a quick little PS man hopefully this is uh English enough uh to
