This is a 150 pound monster tarpon and today Jack and I are traveling across the state of Florida to fish with Captain Derek Mollie who's going to put us on the fish of a lifetime. Oh nice Chris! Let's go! This is a monster! This is what I've been waiting for baby. Oh baby. Now when catching these giant fish there's one problem, the sharks. So we got to get these fish in quick and to make things interesting Jack and I are going to be going head to head to see who can catch the biggest fish. We arrived in Boca Grande at 10 p.m so we only had a couple hours to prepare for our 4 a.m fishing trip. It is the night before ladies and gentlemen. We are at the Airbnb. There's Jack. There's our filmer Will. We're watching the cats absolutely smoke the rangers. Smoke them rangers. The rangers can just see ya later. It's 3-0 it's over. Check out the place. The crib looks nice. We're not gonna be here long, only one night. Fish guy Chris got the uh king size room. I'll show you where Jack's sitting. The princess. I'll show you where Jack and Will are sleeping. There's two rooms. They're gonna sit, they're gonna sleep in the bunk bed. We're gonna sleep in this one, both Will and I together. Yeah both Jack and Will are gonna sleep in here. Took us four hours to drive here. Staying the night. Tomorrow morning actually in like three hours we're getting up which is pretty insane. How many hours actually? So we took this opportunity to run over and get some more bait from a guy named Nelson, who lives on his bait boat for four months out of the year. I've never had this happen before. We are picking up bait for the day right here at a literal bait boat. He's got his bait shop right here. This is grooms bait right here in Boca Grande, Florida. And we're getting some crabs. I don't know what else, but we already got some fish in the boat. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we already caught one nice tarpon, which was epic. But we're going to load up on some more bait because I think we got a really eventful day ahead of us. We're going to grab some bait. West Coast is absolutely beautiful. West Coast is. Slick calm. Manatee's just rolling, having a good time. Right now we're running the beach, searching for some pods of tarpon, but it is absolutely gorgeous. Look at this manatee. He's coming up. We've been running up and down the beach for the last about hour and we got a bait. We got a nice frisky crab and we finally just found a school of tarpon right here. And we have to be a little bit quiet because they are really smart, but there's probably like 40 or 50 fish right here. Sitting. They're coming with the tail out of the water. They are rolling right there. And that is exactly what we're after right there. Captain Derek is going to sling this bad boy out there. Oh my God. They just rolled literally right next to my float. Oh my God. They're literally rolling right into my float, Will. So right now I got them on the drone. Seen them from above. There's a big pod of them. We're sitting right on top of them here. We're casting out, letting that thing float right down them. We should get something here. We're about to load up on this bait here. Holy crap, they're big, bro. Right here. All in this water. It's kind of dark. Can't really see it, but it's, this is pretty much all bait. Oh my God. That's an anchor. There we go. Look at that net right there. Full of fish to be specific. This has been on my bucket list to come fish Boca Grande my whole life. I've been watching YouTube videos, learning about it. And finally, here we are living the dream. Fish really tear you up.
