Lost My YouTube Channel RICHALIFECARES 😢 [Both are UPSET & SAD] Life update @RichaSauravWorld

Guys, Richa is back from the office and she is very angry. Guys, my name is Richa and welcome back to Richa's Horror World. First of all, it's important to welcome the new subscribers. But I'm telling you seriously, I'm very angry today because my other channel, Richa's Life Class has been hacked. This is really really sad. I was in the office when I came to know that I was about 9.5-10 years old. I was looking at my account and I couldn't see the account. I couldn't see any video in it. The account was not visible at all. I don't know where it disappeared. Then I put it on Instagram. I don't know if other people can see it. No, I don't have any problem. So everyone told me on Instagram. A lot of people messaged me that your account has been hacked. Because I can't see anything. All the videos have been deleted. It's been hidden. I didn't understand. And it was too scary for me. I had a feeling that all my 1.5-2 years of hard work would be ruined. It's my first official YouTube account. I learned blogging from there. I did a lot of things in it. I learned a lot of editing. How to work. I learned all this. Then two or three people told me that your account has been hacked. So you will have to ask for help from the YouTube and Google support teams. So that they can recover your account. Guys, I called Saurabh at that time. Because I can't use my laptop in the office. For my personal work. So Saurabh helped me a lot. Because he was working from home. So he called the YouTube support team. He has been with them since 2 o'clock. And now it's 7 o'clock. I have been talking to the Google team and the YouTube team for 5 hours. Guys, my whole day has been ruined. In the same tension. What will happen? Why do people hack? I don't understand. What do they get by doing all this? But anyway, I am trying my best. Whatever method I am using to recover my account. I will share it with you. If this happens to anyone. You can support them. You can help them. So whatever Saurabh is doing now. He is talking to the Google team. He keeps telling you from the YouTube team. And there is only one reason to make this video. Please don't do this to anyone. And if this has happened to anyone. Help him. If I go to Richa's life care account. So this is coming. So this is the empty page. Okay. And what I have done. If I search Richa life care here. So look at this. I am clicking on the channel here. Nothing is coming. Richa Saurabh World is coming. Our old channel is coming. And nothing is coming on Google. If you do Google. There used to be a lot in Google. Look at this. We are still going on with the Google support team. Talking to the YouTube creator support team. My chat has been going on since 2 o'clock. This is going on. Look at this. At least 1000 things have been asked from me. When did you login? How is your channel? Which was the last video you uploaded? Which was the first video you uploaded? They are asking for all the details. How many of your transactions are there? They are asking for everything. I am providing them. And if I directly open the channel link from here. So this link was also lying with me. So it is coming here. This account has been terminated. This is happening because. We had told all our friends and subscribers. Please go to the channel. Write that it has been used. Report it. So that the hacker can not use this account. So sweet of everyone. Everyone has done this activity. And because of that, this whole channel is now closed. Suspended. And I have also told the YouTube team. Please recover my account. I have given them all my authorization. User ID, Password. I have shared everything. And now they are processing. They are saying that we will revert in 48 hours. And the second is. They asked for the link of our last video. You can tell that thing. What happened? And one of the most important thing. They asked me. The last video you uploaded. Send me the link of that. And I asked why. He said that if you give that link. We will be confirmed. That this account is yours. How is that confirmation? I don't know. By chance guys. When we shot the video for TV. Because they approached us for promotion at that time. And the link we sent to them. Of the final video. We had it with us. And we are so grateful. Thanks to Jab TV. Because of them, we are saved today. Literally. So now this is the process. I have also put a request to recover my Google. He said that it will take 48 hours. Google means Gmail account. And he also said for YouTube. He also said that within 48 hours. We will reply to you. And I have also approached a freelancer company. They are asking that we will charge 500 pounds. To recover your account. So I said that let's see. If YouTube can help me. That is the last resort. To recover by paying money. That is. And the second is. We will put it in the description box once. This link from here. If you have any problem. Then you can share it with someone. That link. We will put this link. In the description box. For you. Ok guys. So Saurabh, Avinash. Look at YouTube. Now YouTube is help. Here he is chatting with that guy. With the team. On Google support. Look at this. If I show you. I will show you. And thanks to Saurabh. He has been talking to him for at least the last 3 hours. He is explaining the situation to him. That my other channel. Life Care. Has been hacked. The whole chat is going on. I will show you everything. Look at this last. I authorize Google support specialist. To create a new brand account. On my behalf. And necessary. Recover your hacked channel. What does this mean? I am authorizing Google. You recover my channel. Because guys. This is really not to be done. With someone. Someone does something with so much effort. And thanks to YouTube help team. At least they are helping us. And it's really great. That I get my account back. My whole 1-2 years of hard work. If let's suppose. If your channel is hacked. If YouTube channel. So what can you do? You can go to YouTube help. You can write to them. Okay. We will do one thing. In the description box. We will also put its link. If in case you want. If you want. Someone's subscriber. On Instagram. A very sweet person. Helped me. He sent me this link. And then I tried from there. And Saurabh is actually helping me a lot. I was in the office. And I was literally. You know. I didn't feel like the whole day. And Saurabh helped me from behind. I am really thankful Saurabh. If you weren't there. What would have happened to me? No. It was for us to do. It was our channel. When this channel is. I don't know when it will recover. Will be. So Richa. What have you made for dinner? Dal. Guys. Today. She doesn't even feel like eating. She doesn't even feel like cooking. I mean. Her mood is bad. And my face is also dirty. I mean. I feel like. It is said. If someone has worked hard. His anger goes away. That thing happened to me. So eat dal. What else is there today? So guys. We will eat dal and rice. Absolutely. What was it called? Sick food. Sad food. It's not sick food. Oh man. I am trying to make you laugh a little. That's what I will say. Guys. Never click any unknown link by mistake. Because any virus. Anything can happen. I tried to hack an Instagram account before. But I recovered it at the same time. By applying two-step verification. But. I couldn't do this. I don't know how strong the hacker was. Now let's see in the YouTube team. How long will the reward come? So Saurabh has started eating food. Saurabh. Yes. You must not be feeling very bad. Why? I also worked that hard on the channel. Which hard work did you do? Who was holding the camera on the channel? Before shooting. Oh yes. You were holding the camera. Yes. So guys. See this poor guy. He is eating dinner. Because of dieting. He eats so much dinner. And. I have an idea. I don't eat after 7 o'clock. But what happened today. To eat and drink. I mean. For the first time. I have not eaten anything since evening. We are also trying to do some intermediate fasting. In which someone told us. Give a break for 16 hours. 15 hours. And eat whatever you want for 8 hours. And don't eat anything after 7 o'clock. So today. Because of me. This poor guy also left. I couldn't do the intermediate fast. Because. I am doing dinner at 9 o'clock. But this is today's day. Because. Today. I haven't eaten anything since evening. The purpose of today's video was that. How many happy moments do we share. So I thought a little. Share our sad moments. See. You are eating so much. We are eating so much. I am also eating. So we are sharing our whole life with you. Like when the day is good. So we are showing happy. And when sad is coming out. So we are actually. And no one's life is so perfect. Oh, just be happy. Sad moments are a lot. I don't even share them with you. Ups and downs. Guys come a lot. And. What is the guy saying in that? Sometimes. Such a down moment. That the person can't even speak. But then it seems that no. At least. Your friends. Family. If you are like my family, then at least share it so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. They should be able to understand how to save themselves. It motivated me a lot that it's okay Richa, just stay calm because I was crying on the phone when I found out. And then he told me that I am talking to the YouTube people, we will do something about it. So they have just said that within 7 days they will give us a reward. I don't think anything is going to happen in 7 days. So I would like to say that you should also be alert so that there is no fraud activity. And keep giving us your love like this. We are also trying to stay positive with this thing. We are motivating ourselves that our channel which is Riches For A World, you enjoy it and keep watching our videos on it. And keep giving us your love. So guys, let's say goodnight to you. We will also have our dinner and go to sleep. So let's say bye and meet in our next vlog.
