Hi and welcome back to Creative Digital Designs.
Think you know Canva? I'm about to show you five Canva hacks that will help save
you time, level up your designs, and help you
stand out in 2025. So if that is interesting to you,
please like, comment, and subscribe, and turn on the notification bell
so you can learn more Canva hacks and tutorials. So let's get right and started.
I'm going to go ahead and show you the first hack
to be able to save time with your designs. So the first hack is going to be
using the Magic Studio and removing your background. So this is
very helpful for having a clean design, and we can quickly do
that without the hassle. So what you're going to do is,
for example, if you had your picture, this is the template that we wanted to
use, but we want to add a picture, but it has a background that we do not
like. So let's, for example, we'll go with this.
All we have to do is hit background remover, and as you can see in two
seconds, it is gone. Now you can go ahead and stretch it out
and put it on your design, and you can use this
if you wanted to rotate it, and then bring it down a little bit more.
And then if you wanted to add a quote up here, you can do that.
So that is how you can easily remove the background. We're going to go ahead
and go into the next hack that will save you time.
The next hack is going to be able to help you to find levels from major
companies such as Printify, Etsy, Instagram, Facebook, without having to go
to Google or having to download their logo. So what you're going to do is
go over to apps, and you're going to type in brand,
and you're going to click on brand fetch logo,
and this is a great resource to save time. And then you're just going to go
ahead and search that particular brand. As you can see
here, I already have Instagram, and they give you different logo options
as well as different colors. So depending on what design you're doing,
now you can easily add Instagram to your design, or you can add
the symbol easily to your design. Maybe make it next to the Instagram if
you want to do both like that, or maybe you might choose
the black one just to match that as well.
But this is the easy way to do this. So like I said, if you wanted to do
Etsy, you can easily click on the Etsy logo,
Facebook, same thing, TikTok. So this is a hack to be able to
get your logos added to your designs, and they're the official logos without
them having them look professional. So we're
going to go ahead and go into the next hack. If you're liking this
video so far, please give it a thumbs up,

Let's go into the next one. The next hack that I'm going to be showing you is how
to star content, images, elements on canvas so
that you can be able to track it and have
use it later. This will save you a lot of time so that you don't have to go back
and try to find the content that you want to use for
different designs. So for example, if we go back and click
on, let's go back to elements and let's type in woman again.
As we can see here, we can hit three stars, uh, three dots, I'm sorry, and hit
star. And now it has been starred. So what
you're going to do is you're going to go over to the home page
of page of canva, and you're going to go ahead and hit
these create. I'm sorry, you're going to go over to
where it says templates, and you're going to click on
start at the top. So now you can easily find
all of the starred content that you want to use.
And then you can also add it to a folder, label the folder, and
have everything organized so that when you're creating your digital
product designs, physical products, um, templates, all of these things, you can
have it in one folder or one place so that you can go
ahead and grab it and create your design as quickly as possible.
So we're going to go into the next hack, and I hope that these hacks have been
helpful so far. The next Canva hack to save time is
going to be going over to brand and creating a brand template if you
haven't done so already. So if you're creating
templates or social media posts or designs all the time, you want to make
sure that you stick with your brand colors,
be able to add your logo quickly, or if you want to use specific fonts in all of
your designs, this will help you as well. As you can see, you can add icons and
photos to be able to have it. So once you go to
the home screen, you're going to go ahead and click
on brand, and we have these brand kits right here.
And so I have some examples already done here, but what you're going to do is
going to hit add new. You're going to name it your business,
business name, or brand name. Then you'll want to get your color
palettes. So if you've had a brand kit created or you can get the colors from
your logo, you want to add those individual colors
that you're going to be using in all your designs.
So you'll go ahead and type out the combination right here, or if you
want to be and go through and select the different photos that you want to, I
mean colors that you want to use, you can go ahead and use this right here.
So let's say that's your first color. Your next color
might be black, next one might be white, and maybe it's pink, and those are your
brand colors. So now you can be able to have this to select throughout your
designs without having to go in and add these colors to every single design.
And then you can also select specific fonts that you want to use
for every single title of, let's say, your social media post
or certain things where you want to have a cohesive brand.
So you can go ahead and select that and now you'll be able to have that there
already. For your subtitles, you can have them
all be the same as well and so forth. So you can go down
here, you can have some quotes, you can add some photos of yourself or
photos that you, if you have graphics that you want to use all the time in
your designs, icons, and so forth. And so this is how you go ahead and create your
brand kit right here at the top. You can upload
your logo as well and then it will show when you're
creating your designs on the side. So all you have to do is select those colors in
that brand. And the fifth and final hack for saving
you time with your Canva designs is, this is
simple but effective, is using their templates. So Canva has
thousands and thousands of templates that you can use if you're a beginner
and you are still trying to build up your designing skills.
So what you're going to need to do is you'll go ahead and hit templates and
depending on what you're creating, you can go ahead and search that in. If
you are doing a YouTube thumbnail, you can go ahead and search that in.
And you select the one that you like based off your niche.
And so of course the more details you give it, the better the search result
will be. So you can go ahead and hit select and
just start editing out these. But or for example, if you are
designing a logo for your business, you have logo design. And
you can go through the templates and edit them for a simple design
for your logo. And then as you expand on your
design skills, you can make it a more advanced design. So as you can see
here, just go ahead and click on it and edit it.
Or if you are a teacher or a student, you will need presentation.
Go ahead and type in presentation and they'll give you different ones.
Let's say that you are doing a presentation on food.
Type in food presentation and it'll give you better results.
And you can preview them before you click on it.
Or you can select it and look through it right there and they'll show you
examples that are similar as well. And you can go ahead and select it. And like
we went over earlier, you can also star it so you can use this template later if
you need. So that is how I would recommend.
This has been the last and final step or tip on how to save time with your
designs. If you like this video, please give it a thumbs up. Comment down
