Sky High Car Audio has been known for its over sized 1/0 OFC wire and I've been sticking with a theme of green and black all throughout my build so this is no different. Making sure the trunk is glowing with bright colors I decided to add some led lights... not sure which color will be installed but one thing's for certain it will be loud!!!

What's good YouTube man, it's your boy Young Dubman coming at y'all with another video.
I've got another installment in the wire series here. I decided to go ahead and do
this one out in the lab. Y'all see those two fans right around there. Hopefully y'all can
see the inside of them right now. They are black. I just got done spraying the inside of those
with some bed liner. So I'm trying to make sure I keep everything clear of the fans themselves.
But I'm going to test it. Y'all see I got the two LEDs over in the background over there.
I'm going to test the fans out in just a second here and make sure they're good to go.
And obviously any adjustments that need to be made will be made. But y'all see the LEDs over there
might be too bright for what I needed to do in this video. That one right there
is like a white light, soft white. That one over there is a hard blue. Had that in the
Malibu if y'all have been following the channel. It was in the grill of that Malibu. So I'm trying
to decide with all of this lime green and black, do I go ahead and put one of these in the trunk?
If I don't decide on these, I think I'm going to go black light. Y'all let me know what y'all
think about that man. Should I go with one of these? I had ordered some lime green LED lights
but the seller didn't have them. So it was another eBay nonsense little sale, little experience.
I hit the seller up like, yo man, when are these going to ship? And they hit me back talking about,
oh man, I don't have these. So why the hell did you sell them? So he hit me back immediately like,
hey, I'm going to just go ahead and give you a refund because I don't have them. So whatever.
I was thinking of going lime green on LEDs, but I think I'm going to do one of these two or
definitely don't decide to go with either one of those. I'm definitely going to go with a black
light and get that going, man. But like I said, I got a ton of wire, man. I'm going to go ahead
and open this up because we got this in. Y'all know what I did. That box right there, that's
full of the welding cable. I'm not going to be able to see that right now, but that is full of
the black welding cable that I got the other day. Y'all can see this down the corner right here.
Always got that over from my boneyard, but we got more wire to go. So let me get this out.
Throw that over there. And you know, I'm just going to go King Kong on it and rip it open.
All right. Well, I got more wire, y'all. There she goes with the focus. Y'all know I got some
good old oxygen-free copper, 1-0 from Sky High. The reason why I did order this wire was to go
along with the black welding cable to go along with the theme that y'all see over there. You
see the box is green with the DUB logo in it. So to keep the theme going of lime green and black,
I decided to go ahead and get some more wire, man. So I think I did a video a while ago talking
about that zero gauge. This is part two or three of that. So there we go, man. A whole lot more
oxygen-free copper. The reason why I decided to go ahead and order this Sky High is because of
this. Y'all can see the color difference between these two wires. This is a new concept that I got
a while back. This is a Sky High. Under that is the 3-0 welding cable that I ordered, I think,
last week, man. So the 3-0 welding cable and this Sky High, they're kind of along the same lines.
I don't know if the focus is going to kill that. Copper is shiny.
But y'all see that. The 3-0 welding cable is just a tad bit more, but
basically, all in all, my main goal is to make sure that I'm good to go when it comes to
the current, the feed. Just in case, I haven't heard anything about the Orion SPLX amps being
power-hungry, but I plan on running the SPLX amp with a bigger, a full-range monoblock amp.
That's the best way I can put it. I plan on going with a full-range monoblock amp so I can make sure
that my highs are good to go. Y'all know I'm doing all PRV this year, as far as mid-ranges and
mid-basses. My highs, well, that's going to be PRV as well, but as far as super tweeters, those are
going to be SCAR. I've got some more of those on the way. I've already got two over there in the
house. But like I said, the main thing, y'all see that all of these GP car audio fuse blocks or
fuse holders, man, I'm trying to decide. That's why I'm on this LED thing. I'm trying to decide
what's going to glow nice and make the trunk look nice whenever I pop the trunk. Got the fans over
there. Those are black now. Everything's coming along. I'm just waiting for warm days to get
everything installed. This is the piece of wire I was telling y'all about the other day.
I was going to use this to replace the little Mesa wire that I had in the car.
That's good and shiny. This side, I mean, it's still decent, but I don't know if I can get a
wide shot of that. It's still decent. It's just not as shiny as this end. This end, you can tell,
is brand new. That end, not so much, but I've still got a lot of this GP wire still in my
boneyard. But yeah, I mean, if y'all take a look at the video, man, there's a ton more wire left.
Just buying stuff just to be on the safe side since there's so many runs that have to go for
the SPL exam. Y'all do see I got the orange down there. Like I said, everything's moving along
pretty good, man. I just wanted to do this video basically just to show I got more wire for Sky
High car audio, showing the color difference between these two. This is going to go under
the hood for the big three and all the positive runs. This will be in the trunk for the amp.
We'll get that going, man. Obviously, once I start installing everything, please follow the channel.
There'll definitely be a ton more updates coming along since there's such a big build going on
here. Subscribe to the Instagram channel or whatever you want to call that. There'll be a
lot of updates. Like I said, if I don't shoot it via film and I just hit it with the camera,
it's going on Instagram. So make sure you hop on there. And a shout out to Basalholic. What's
today? Sunday. Friday night, he was the winner in the drawing. Got that. The hell did I send him?
Oh, the GP dual inputs. Got those in the mail yesterday. So those are headed out to him, man.
He said he'll do an unboxing video once he receives that, man. So y'all see me, man. I'm
out here in the lab just playing with the wires and LEDs and getting those fans ready and just
showing this. It's a lot of wire that goes into your build when you're trying to make sure you're
doing everything right. Obviously, I do have a high output alternator from Excessive Amperage.
I haven't installed that yet, man. But the main thing is to get all these wires situated in the
wheel well or the trunk, wheel well to the trunk or whatever, whichever way you want to call it.
With my high Zamp and all that stuff, get those wires situated and then we'll move to the front
of the car and go from there, man. So any questions, comments, concerns, y'all make
sure y'all hit me up. It's your boy, Yon Dub, man. I try to get back to everybody that y'all
hit me with, man. Just give me some time. But right now we're playing in the wires,
playing in a ---- ton of copper, man. It's your boy, Yon Dub, man. I'm out. Y'all have a good night,
man.
