The Jumbo Jubilee is one of the heavy-duty special ships of Jumbo Maritime
and is characterized by its ability to transport particularly heavy and long equipment.
It is equipped with two mast cranes, each with a carrying capacity of 900 tons,
and can therefore perform demanding tasks in the heavy and energy industry.
Thanks to its special design, the Jumbo Jubilee has already carried out numerous major projects,
including the transport of stackers, reclaimers and shiploaders.
In the manufacturing industry, the manufacture of huge steel components,
such as the world's largest steel ring, is an extraordinary technical challenge.
With a diameter of up to 12 meters and a weight of more than 100 tons,
this ring was made in the smithing process in the warm state,
using a powerful hydraulic press.
The process begins with the melting of the steel.
Then it is poured into a mold and smithed precisely under extremely high pressure.
After smithing, the workpiece is cooled, mechanically processed
and subjected to the completion of a quality test.
The Jumbo Jubilee, the FANUC M2000-IA, is currently the world's strongest industrial robot,
equipped with a special long-arm construction.
It acts like a real giant and uses the intelligent 3D image processing system
FANUC i-AirVision to automatically localize trailers and products.
The robot grabs large car modules such as seats or dashboards from the truck,
puts them on a conveyor belt, then picks up the empty pallets
and stacks them back in the truck, so that the cycle repeats itself seamlessly.
In the energy industry, the transport of heavy equipment such as transformers
is an enormous challenge.
To solve this problem, engineers installed a special system of steel carriers and support devices
to transport two transformers with a weight of 220 tons from Thessaloniki to AHS Cardias.
The steel carriers distributed the weight evenly,
while the support devices secured the transformers during the entire journey.
The installed transport vehicle not only had to be extremely burdensome,
but also flexible enough to move on special routes.
Here we see the Quickmaster 120 Plus from Elcon Polska,
a modern, mobile concrete plant in which up to 200 different recipes can be stored.
The system works in a fully automated process,
from the precise weighting of 5 to 6 tons of material,
including four additives, cement, fly ash and chemicals,
on a multi-purpose scale, to the transport on a conveyor belt directly into the mixer,
all monitored via an operating field.
In the field of airport firefighting,
reaching and extinguishing fires on aircraft is a major challenge.
The Oshkosh Snozzle was developed as an advanced solution
to safely reach and extinguish heavily accessible areas on the aircraft.
With a boom of 50 or 65 feet,
the system allows the extinguishing agent to be sprayed directly through the outer skin into the interior of the aircraft without entering it.
The 280 degree rotatability and remote control increase efficiency and safety when extinguishing.
It is surprising that in the Fis-Ladis ski area,
with an area of 214 kilometers,

to the launch platforms in the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
Built in 1965 by the Marion Power Shovel Company,
each vehicle is about 40 meters long,
about 35 meters wide and adjustable in height between 6 and 8 meters.
The weight is around 3,000 tons.
This corresponds to the weight of about 15 Statues of Liberty.
Did you know that every winter a team of silent heroes
works hard under the moonlight to make slopes as smooth as silk?
And this is where the PRINOT Leitwolf comes into play,
the strongest slope plow in the world.
Like a gigantic robot, the Leitwolf works with a 12-step snow shovel,
which is almost 6 meters wide to level large snow masses.
Then the rear milling machine with a record working width of 4.5 meters
ensures the breaking up and mixing of the snow,
so that an even layer is created.
