Swalwell Lake | Island Campout (BC, Okanagan)

A bit of a chaotic departure but we have cast off. This one is Swalwell Lake or as any local would call it Beaver Lake and there's about half a dozen islands here that we're going to check out and find our favorite to camp on for the night. Was that hard? The wind really picked up. Exploring another island. Ooh nice camp spot. Old bench here. Off to the next island. Yeah sounds like someone's chainsawing on this island. Okay island number two and this one is inhabited. Well we had to abandon the second island. It was already taken. All right here's island number three. Looks completely wild actually. I want to go back to number one. Well let's just see if there's a place to go in here. All right I think we've chosen this as our island to set up camp on. This fire pit is great.
